So far, Peter Obi's people have submitted enough evidence to prove that
1. Shettima had another nomination before he was declared Tinubu's running mate
2. Tinubu didn't get 25% of Abuja votes, which is a constitutional requirement
3. Cast doubt on how INEC arrived at the decision that Tinubu won, especially as there were thousands of blurred results, and huge discrepancies in certain states.

The only point Peter Obi now has to prove is that he actually won that election. Even though I know he has submitted EC8A forms for the election, the prosecution still needs to collate the exact results in those forms, as the court may not have time to go through that mountain of evidence.

All I can say at the moment is that Peter Obi has proven enough points for the judges to cancel that election and call for a re-run. He needs to do a bit more for the courts to have enough evidence to declare him the winner.

Let us wait for the defence, and what points they have

He can't be the winner when Atiku came second. However, with Atiku collaboration, they can get the election annulled and re-election declare.

They are not printing and releasing old notes. That is why you see that even with the announcement there is still a cash crunch. CBN's focus is on new notes. However, N600 billion worth of old notes is still hiding somewhere within our economy (outside the banking system). CBN will expect those to start finding their way to banks and will continue to remove them from circulation.

This will continue until emefiele leaves. The idea is to compel people to embrace the cashless policy no matter what.

I'm yet to see , visit or hear of any country where people don't have access to cash if they want it.
In all the countries that I have been to including the US, UK, most of Europe Asia and Middle east, there not once single country where they make you go cashless by force. NONE.
There are ATMs on every corner in the US and all countries that I know. You can get cash anytime you want as long as you have the funds in your account.
This is an asinine policy supported by Obi and his mumu crew only because they told them that it will stop Tinubu.

N2.7 trillion out of the N3.4 trillion M3 supply is outside the banking system. All those needs to enter the banking system to reduce unaccountable transactions and improve transparency. Era of Ghana must go transactions is over. Let's all transactions goes through the bank.

I am shocked at his comment as well. I schooled with Kazakhs (U.K) and still keep in touch with one of them, my closest friend among them. He even traveled to Dubai to work and is presently back home after his contract expired.
