emonkey:Unfortunately the harvest time is near for Nigeria. Remember COVID-19 has found it’s way to the grassroots in Nigeria. When it was newly introduced from abroad, only a few wealthy Nigeria had the privilege (sarcastically talking) of living with COVID-19 in their system. Abba Kyari was one of them, but today he already dead. Now the disease even abides with almajiri dudes in the north. It is now present all over the country. Don’t let the numbers NCDC record fool you. Things are much worse. By the way how many test have been done in Nigeria so far? A country with over 200 million people. Now realistically talking, it will really get worse in Nigeria in the coming weeks. Do you know that the population of Spain (46,940,000) + Italy (63,360,000) + UK (66,650,000) = 176,950,000 is still 23,050,000 less than that of Nigeria (200,000,000)? For sure you know that the total death toll in those 3 countries respectively are 24,824 + 28,236 + 27,510 = 80,570. Optimistically speaking, one can assume (or better said hope) that COVID-19 is in it’s twilight in both Italy and Spain. The same can’t be said of UK yet. And mind you the disease can do a U-turn in both Spain and Italy at any time. Don’t forget the Olympic Games has been postponed till next year and even the host Japan is still scared that in more that a year’s time that COVID-19 will still be very much around. Nigeria’s official death rate today is unrealistically low at just 68. Of course with just 15,759 test done, a very different result isn’t expected. Of that number, many were repeated on same patients. Spain, Italy and UK have done 1,528,833, 2,053,425 and 1,023,824 tests respectively. Don’t forget there are already some mysterious happening in Kano. Health system in Nigeria is very precarious and can’t be compared to any of the countries I have mentioned. We are amongst the worst (last quarter) in the world. That of course favors indiscriminate death toll. Poverty, malnutrition, poor hygiene, stubbornness etc wouldn’t help issues either. Naturally our life expectancy (54.49 years) is really low, so that already gives a clear picture of our reality. The upcoming hotspot is now Brazil where the president Bolsonaro has been downgrading the disease by calling it a “simple flu”. He has been fighting with state governors to relax the lockdown and get the economy back to track. He even had to fire his health minister for sharply and openly disagreeing with him on the issue. Check out Brazil in the next coming days and weeks. I have absolutely nothing to gain to see people die in large numbers. I am not immune to the disease neither are my family members and friends. I only like being real with the situation in ground instead of just saying we are covered with the blood of Jesus. We need to also take precaution ourselves. 1 Like |

This initial false hope is what make people take down their guard. This evil COVID-19 has come to do a very cruel population control on earth. Don’t erroneously think Nigerians are a special and resistant breed. Officially around the world, more than 238,000 people have died due to COVID-19. The real figure could even be way higher than 500,000. This religious believe of we are covered by the blood of Jesus is costing lives. Quite unfortunate, but Sadly many more will still die. It has only just begun and it will definitely get worse. RIP to the dead and to the future that will die of COVID-19. USA has been recording an average of over 2400 daily deaths in the last 10 days. Nigerians are not more righteous. Poor architecture, terrible building material, senseless construction workers, chronic rain, etc could be the culprit. To be frank it is better it happen now, and not much later when a vast investment would have been made and of course when it could take many more lives. I really hate seeing bamboo stick being used as scaffold at construction sites in Nigeria. RIP to the death, and I wish a quick recovery to the injured victims 2 Likes |

3 months is fine, it all depends on how the pregnancy went. CS, normal delivery, complicaciones, etc. It is up to a couple to decide. Imposing a time frame is not really that practical, neither is it right for a man to selfishly want to get back to business as usual so soon after delivery. Postpartum depression can hinder some women from wanting to have some sex sessions soon after child birth. |

What else did you expect of him? To become an assistant boyfriend without benefits? He knew you a single, while messing around without hitting the nail on the head you went ahead to get a boyfriend (when he taught he was a serious candidate). I like the way he is handling the issue. He wants you to enjoy your boyfriend without wasting his own time. Next time he will be more aggressive when toasting a girl instead of just fooling around without making his intentions known. When I was still in the university many years back, there was this white girl I like so much. I also know she did like me a lot, but race factor was hindering her from waking it work (because of course it was a white man’s land and we were very few blacks in the school). I used to jokingly call her my girlfriend, but when I foresaw it wasn’t gonna work out I stepped out my interest without announcement. There was a weekend we went for a picnic (about 70 all university dudes). She then saw me and invited me to the stream with her her to catch some fun. I know she wanted to have sex with me, but I declined the invitation and didn’t talk to her thereafter. Of course later I regretted I missed an additional pussy, but I was at least happy I made her know I wasn’t always going to be waiting for her. |

Life is really hard. Those dudes are just like domestic animals. The explosive fertility rate in northern Nigeria isn’t helping issues at all. They procreate easily without thinking of the possible quality of life they can render the kids. By the way what is so attractive in Kaduna state for though, any job already awaiting them? They are desperate as though they are Latin American trying to cross Mexico border to enter USA. There is suffering in the land, so condemning them outright might not be really a fair thing to do. |
