I never said computers NASA use in space. FYI, NASA's calculations for space missions are done on earth based computers in their control center in Houston. That is where the several computer breaches occured. There as even been several FAILURES at the international Space Station and space missions.

If NASA's systems are infallible how come they have downtimes and security breaches? Do you even realize there have been earth/asteroid close calls that NASA miscalculated?! Unlike you, I do not blindly speculate. The reasons why the glitch occurred for the presidential election will emerge with the facts in court. Until the facts are argued in court and the court makes a decision on whether the glitch was justified or not, I have decided to not wildly speculate or live in delusion.

Transmitting results electronically is DISCRETIONARY. Electronic transmission is only in the INEC guidelines and mot a condition mandated by law.
