It is not African culture to do public proposals, SO DONT DO IT. Do your proposal privately where you can both respond to & manage the acceptance or refusal well. And an engagement ring is not mandatory for a marriage proposal, so stop fretting! There are many other ways to be romantic and not risk rejection with your partner.

On glitches, it is my experience that systems that appear to have no glitches have some redundancy and error checking functionality as part of their design. It is not true to say no computer suffers glitches.

I never said computers NASA use in space. FYI, NASA's calculations for space missions are done on earth based computers in their control center in Houston. That is where the several computer breaches occured. There as even been several FAILURES at the international Space Station and space missions.

Until the facts are argued in court and the court makes a decision on whether the glitch was justified or not, I have decided to not wildly speculate or live in delusion.
