It is you that seems to be lost in your own argument. Oil exploration activities leaves the environment degraded and waters and land polluted, the representatives of all Nigerians at the National Assembly (Not Lagos Assembly or any State Assembly) made laws to provide for those displaced by the environmental issues. It lies in the Assembly of the whole country to make such law that specifically provides for particular segment of the Nigerians living in Niger Delta regardless of their state of origin. Yorubas living in Rivers, Delta, etc are beneficiaries of any development that these State Government use their derivation to bring. Our constitution will not allow any State Assembly to make any law that excludes anybody on the basis of ethnicity, religion or gender whatsoever. Obasa can only make noise, let him try the law. Even Tinubu himself is smarter and knows he can't allow such laws to exist or he will have National Assembly to contend with.

Sharia law is Islamic law that guides Muslims. A Christian cannot be tried in a Sharia Court, are you aware. Nigeria's constitution recognizes Sharia law as for Muslims. Before Lagos can have powers to make law to define class of law that should apply to indigenous Lagosians separate from everyone else, then they have amend the constitution to get the benefits Nigerian Muslims derive from Sharia law (if any).

This is my girl. Our problems are she most times receives calls and chats with lots of guys and she lies to me alot, I've told her severally to stop and always tell me as it is, although I get angry very easily bt it would be better to digest the truth than lies cus it's hurt me a lot. All over the world, the interests of indegenes/natives have always been protected, especially if they are threatened by settlers.
America, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and India all protects natives with laws that award benefits that nobody else gets. Even as settlers far outnumber the natives . The legal protections and benefits is even more pronounced in the middle east. As a settler, your contributions in their society is used to unapologetically fund the lifestyle of an Arab and there is nothing you can do about it.
