purem:Yeah it was really painful to read. It is pathetic when grown ass women engage in social media battles over a man! Actually, it is pathetic for grown ass women to engage in any kind of battle over a man.

IjeleNwa:My answer might look vague, so digest it slower: Our (human) personality is not fixed. We were not born with our current personality. We have consciously or unconsciously made this personality during our lifetime. We can reshape it anytime we want. I don’t think there is anyone out there born gay or born straight. We are just like a raw material. Whatever we want this raw material to turn into, we can do that. Within each and everyone of us are two types of energy (good, bad/evil whatever you want to call them) within you. Everyone (men or women) has these energies in equal amount. Initially when we are born both these energies are passive. How much and what traits of these energies are active in you, defines your current personality People around you, situations you face, discipline you have in your life, amount of laziness you have all activates certain traits of these two energies. Qualities like leadership, courage, strength, taking responsibilities, will power defines your activated masculine energy. Emotions, being calm under pressure, cheerfulness defines the activated feminine part of you. Personalities are made, either consciously by you or unconsciously by your surroundings. You are not born with this personality. Most people try to find out their personalities, whether they are straight or gay, smart or dumb. These are those people who are not conscious enough and let their surroundings shape their personalities. Tell your friend to decide what he wants to do with his life, what is the definition of success for him at emotional, mental, physical, financial and spiritual level, how he wants to contribute back to the universe, whether he wants to or not. Let him build his personality according to that. Tell him to consciously pick the people he wants to share his moments with. He needs to move from a Fixed Mindset to a Growth Mindset

As for me, once it gets to that time for me to get married I wouldn’t care whether she is a virgin or not. I would marry a woman once I know we were genuinely right for each other regardless of whether or not she was a virgin. I am not a virgin, so I first of all think that it would be a hypocritical stance of me to insist that she be one. I have great respect for women who remain virgins for their personal convictions or preferences, and would not see this as a major cause for concern were we to marry so long as she doesn’t intend to remain a virgin once married. I imagine we would, however, potentially have to navigate some awkwardness regarding the differences between our experiences. I also have great respect for women who have morally had sex, or who learned from and turned away from immoral sex. When the time to talk of our experiences comes up, I would listen to her with the same reasonable and open-minded attitude I would hope she would offer me in return. My primary goal would be to see whether we are on the same page now as to what constitutes sexual morality, and whether we were then similarly mature in our attitudes and levels of self-control in this area. Finally, I have not only respect but compassion for women who have been sexually abused / raped. To have one’s sanctity of body and mind violated in such a way is potentially one of the most terrifying experiences people around the world, sadly, have every day. Overcoming such horrible events requires a lot of resilience and mental / emotional healing. If I were to fall in love with such a woman and come to consider her the one I’d want to marry, having this past of hers revealed to me could be a hard thing for both of us - and I would give her as much patience and gentleness she needed if I remained willing to marry her. The theme you should notice through each of these paragraphs is that the worth of women is not based in their extent (or lack) of sexual experience. It is based on who they are as people - who they have become - through whatever their experiences might be. https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/-FypCUMYk_V8/V4v16wrc5JI/AAAAAAADcII/8onU0r1nzPMKjtt0qUhwy6UWO2jP4a1RA/w530-h519-p/3M1KdxrE2VjKO8hvA7ZXnBZtBmjkFLJi3sHsBhbhfpGgCSPvwl4hcg%253D%253D.gif |

Gender Equality means getting the same treatment whether you are male or female. It means equal job opportunities with equal pay, regardless of whether you are male or female. It means being treated the same under the law, regardless of your gender. The main advantage is that men and women can now achieve all the same things in life, from the same careers, job types, and rise up in the ranks in the same fashion, with the exact same limits. This is a good thing. On the other hand, there are some serious disadvantages as well. Gender equality destroys the traditional gender roles of society, and that includes the cultural mores and standards that govern courtship and marriage. With gender equality, women no longer need to be pretty to attract men. Women no longer need a man to provide for the family. Women no longer need men, period. And the same is true: men no longer need to protect women, no longer need to be the breadwinner for women, no longer need women. In my view, men and women are fundamentally different, especially on a biological, physical level, and we need to be conscious of this fact and accept it. I’m not saying women should not have the same rights and opportunities as men. Far from it. But we need to make sure it makes sense. Women and men are different biologically, have less physical strength compared to men.If you want to pretend that men and women are the exactly the same, you will end up with a neutered, sexless society. Society and civilization itself was built on that basic premise. We destroy it, we may end up destroying human civilization itself.

Selling sex is not the same thing as trading one's body. Despite some very bizarre (and extremely harmful) assumptions that exist, you still have all of your body after you have sex, regardless of whether money was exchanged. Beyond that, there are as many answers to this question as there are people who sell sex. Lots of people do it after evaluating the alternative employment opportunities that our Nigerian society has to offer, they realize they might as well be doing something they actually enjoy and get paid while doing it. Even for people who don't particularly enjoy it (not loving your job doesn't make it oppressive), it's also one of the few employment opportunities where some women are able to out-earn men. People have to earn money, and not everyone wants to do it working for sexist, bigoted corporate machines. Men have also joined in the business here in Nigeria (the likes of male gigolos et al)

deedy111:Most pre-mature hair loss in men can be blamed on increased stress. While genetics plays a key role in balding, a stressful lifestyle can play havoc. Simple lifestyle changes such as, getting seven hours of sleep, having a glass of water every hour (strands are made up of minerals, which only water can replenish) and eating protein-rich foods at regular intervals can bring about an 80 per cent change. Nutrition is very vital for hair growth. No other part of the human body grows at the rate of half an inch per month, except bone marrow, so you must feed it. Eat well and see it grow. The relationship between food and hair is simple. Hair is made up of a protein called keratin. So, it's essential that you include sufficient protein in your diet. A low-protein diet forces your body to save the available protein for other purposes, like rebuilding cells, thus depriving hair of it. Foods like spinach, almonds, walnuts and milk are hair-happy foods. Green tea is effective because it blocks out Dihydrotestosterone (DHT), the hormone that causes hair loss. Men are not alone. Women are also losing more hair than they did in the past, because a stressful lifestyle is a major reason for hair fall (most especially in high stress countries like Nigeria). Stress is driving their bodies to produce more androgens (male hormones), thereby upping the secretion of the hair loss-causing chemical DHT. Smoking is also a major cause of hair loss.. The carbon monoxide that you inhale, prevents the blood from transporting oxygen and key nutrients to hair follicles. Nicotine narrows the blood vessels, further stalling fresh hair growth. While moderate drinkers can hold on to their hair, regular guzzlers are at risk. Alcohol is known to suck the body of its iron supply, impeding absorption of zinc. Booze also causes dehydration, stopping the body from absorbing vital nutrients. Since hair is almost one-fourth water, excessive alcohol will invariably leave it brittle. A major reason why stress is one of the major causes of hair loss is this: A hair follicle needs energy to grow. Coenzyme Q10, found in whole grains, fish and meat, boosts the scalp's ability to produce energy, especially in a cell's mitochondria or energy factory. Stress causes oxidation, harming Coenzyme Q10 among other anti-oxidants, thereby being one of the major contributors to the list of reasons for hair fall. Feed hair with the following to prevent hair loss: Vitamins B3, B5, B9, and E (found in orange, spinach, chicken, fish, broccoli and soya beans) Zinc (wheat, dairy, oats and egg yolk) Magnesium (milk, tuna, banana, cashews) Iron (fish, leafy greens, fortified cereals, and beans) Massage your hair with hot oil Heat some oil (preferably coconut oil or almond oil) and slowly massage your scalp using your fingertips. It increases flow of the blood to the hair follicles, enhance the strength of the roots of your hair and condition your scalp.
