Focus on high quality of life of the population: - extremely low in Nigeria

A good quality of life is very simple: having safe clean drinking water, nutritious healthy food, secure shelter and warmth, clean environment, economic infrastructure, education, freedom of speech and fair opportunities. A universal basic income would ensure all citizens have this basic quality of life necessary for their immediate survival.
