1.Gaddafi was able to do all that with liberal oil revenues. Libya has 5 million people, and was producing ten times more oil than Nigeria.

2.My ultimate point which you missed was that countries that are not manufacturing powers, especially in terms of military weapons are weak countries

See China and Iran. Both who learned the hard way to invest in industrial development, and as a result are not vulnerable at all to imperialist powers.

Zimbabwe now just exports diamonds, imports all it needs, thereby destroying it's local industry and job creation power, creating discontent, which leads to crisis

As King Gezo said two centuries ago..
He who makes the gunpowder wins the war.

Gaddafi fought NATO with weapons made in NATO countries. Recipe for disaster if you ask me.

See my point?
I see your point very clearly

If he was so loved by his people, why was it only his tribesmen from sirte and environs fighting for him?

42 years in power, and you could not build a sustainable institution that will continue to work even when you are no longer there.

And people hail gadaffi grin

Anyways I don't blame them, they are from Sub Saharan Africa, where they have things worse

Blantant nonsense. Libya was a desert pre Gadaffi, he ensured every Libyan lived a great life. They laid no bills on water or electricity and they were always paid educated or not. Gaddfit reduced the employment and illeteracy rate of Libya and in the midst of all these, he was at war with NATO.

The same NATO ousted him and turned the country to a failed state. Know your facts right
Gadaffi was a problem that needed to be dealt with

And the mission has been accomplished

You gadaffi sympathisers can cry all you want

A country cannot develop using an economy based on selling raw materials, and using the revenues to import.

Libya was exporting oil, and using the money to import foreign stuff, including foreign military hardware. Instead of making its own.

Zimbabwe economy was based on exporting agric produce and diamonds. Plus Mugabe's land redistribution wrecked the economy by depriving it of forex which lead to inflation and a weakened economy, and the currency becoming worthless.

Gaddafi and Mugabe.... All those years in power, and their countries cannot make cars, guns, computer, etc. Meanwhile, Deng of China and Park of South Korea spent twenty years in power, and both their countries became manufacturing hubs, now powers.

Sorry, but Gaddafi and Mugabe were the cause of their country's problems by their import dependent policies. Which made their countries more vulnerable to the same imperialist powers.
Gbam!

You nailed it

This is exactly what messed up Laurent Gbagbo! A great leader, when he lost the election, his very very foolish wife adviced him not to hand over. When the coup to remove him happened the soldiers brutally and mercilessly raped his wife in broad day light and in his presence!

Only foolish men allow women to lead them yo their deaths. Mugabe sacked his loyal vice President because he was clearing the road to put his wife in power.

Foolish fool!
Are you sure soldiers raped his wife? huh

How true can that be?

We must be careful of what we promote.
Shouldn't that also be applicable in Nigeria too?

We have smeared the image of that office, especially during GEJ

America is not Nigeria bro,

And Nigerians seems to be getting more stupid by the day

Some Nigerians who would be yabbing this lady for yabbing trump were the same people insulting and disrespecting their former president anyhow (GEJ)

I know some people like that

Then I wonder what he would have done if he had a sweet voice, if a frog has gotten to a level where he is now being compared to a "so called legendary musician" then he probably would have won the Grammy's, which you've not been able to win even with oyour sweet voice.
These were awards he (Wizkid) won last year

So you cannot blame Wizkid for trying different flow.

I'm surprised many Nigerians are complaining about stfos while many foreigners I know LOVE the sftos (which has been the aim of Wizkid ab initio)

I guess it sounds like a conspiracy theory. The "attaching" is done by their 'network'. cool
Check out the first three Presidents of a certain, West African francophone country after "Independence". Their wives were Europeans, so that African policies will favour Europe more.

When we were sending out our best for studies abroad, many of them returned with "attachments" to man commanding heights of our government. That is how we became re-colonized through the bedroom!

I hope we can see how the 'network' maintains their hold on Black American males and females.

Davido is always at is best. Despite being born with a sliver spoon, he still hustling to make sure is music get to the peak. Born abroad yet he never lost it origin. He always futures must of our artists and also those artists do futures him likewise. He has much influence to futures has many America artists has he want but he did is visibility studies and discover we Nigerians believes in our own. Backs in the days when we listen and dance to the foreign music, but now Naija music is heard but home and abroad with all our artists gaining international recognition.

Wizkid could have been my best Nigeria musician, his voice, music and lyrics says it all. But the big mistake he made or his making is for him to be trying to future only foreign artists in must of his songs. Nigerians are no more freak with that. Many artists have done that in the past but failed, it even kill some of their career.

So, to our owo OBO, we say a big congrats to you for the great achievement. More of it still coming your way.

You are so right. So many people leave their place of birth permanently not just Nigerians but also Ghanaians.

So many British and Irish people move to Australia and New Zealand as well as South Africans. It was also for a better life which their home countries did not offer. I lived in Australia for two and a half years so I have first hand experience.

In Nigeria there are Lebanese people that live in Nigeria permanently because their family settled there many years ago and made it home.
