The difference is in the standard of living. Because the western world has better economies, they therefore have more money to deploy to services. Also people have more money to afford more things. in America some older people will tell you that when they went to high school, they didn’t have ac in classrooms, only fans but today its unthinkable to be in class without AC in Florida. Also back in the day, many people here were using septic tanks in homes just like Nigeria. But the as years went by, the govt took them of septic tanks and put them on sewage system. So in esssnce when you earn more, standard of living improves. Nigeria is earning very little with a gdp per capita of $2,500

If you are doing well in Nigeria then there is no reason to travel out and start life afresh.

When you say the north, you have to be specific bro. There are Fulani's and there are Hausas. the Fulani's don't care if you are hausa, christian or Muslim. if you are not a Fulani man, you are as good as dead to them. Ewi is a Yoruba form of Poetry that has somehow latched onto the Yorubas everyday way of speaking


There are many Yoruba dialects for example Ijesha,Ekiti Ibadan if you listen carefully it is almost at as if they sing their Speeches

I agree. I am Igbo but when I listen to fuji music, it’s as if they sing their speech and i think of oba praise singers. I see this with musilyu ishola haruna and also Zinoleesky. Very good music

The punishment should fit the crime. This is too extreme confiscating people’s cars because of one way driving. You may say that one way driving may lead to fatal accident. Well a simple scuffle/fight may also lead to death. So tell me, what should be the punishment for a fist fight? Do you know how many times i have driven one way on a street without any sign to indicate such.

Have travelled to so many countries through company and personally yet am at home and someone in abroad cant boast they are more exposed than me, i wont agree with them. On my own, have been to Napoli in italy, UAE and india while with company many more.

Nigerians are smart and exposed like you rightly said but tradition and culture keeps most marriages in check. Now the west gives women the freedom to do as they like unlike in Nigeria where stigma is attached to a divorcee and single mama.
