He isn't really involved in boruto . He left Boruto to his chief assistant to handle, but anyway , he supervises boruto and he said he would still have time because he will handle the story line of samurai 8 , while another person will handle the drawings.

Since he created Naruto in the 1990s, almost all of Masashi Kishimoto's work has been connected to that ninja-filled world. But now, Kishimoto is turning his attention to science fiction with his new manga series Samurai 8.

The series will be written by Kishimoto and illustrated by Akira Ōkubo, his former assistant. Samurai 8 was announced at Shonen Jump's Jump Festa convention, where a trailer for the manga also debuted. The trailer shows off several quick scenes of cybernetic warriors and swordplay before revealing that the series will begin sometime in 2019.

In a statement from the festival translated by Twitter user OrganicDinosaur, Kishimoto reportedly said “I like Japanese-styled things: I’m thrilled about the culture and decor. I like sci-fi things too. I’m excited for this gimmick and it’s [sic] creation. Since I like both things, I’ve decided to mix them together to depict this work.”


Kishimoto added, “I’ll work as hard as possible to make it even more interesting than the Naruto series!”


Considering Natruto's immense popularity, that could be an imposing task. After a few early one-shots, Naruto ran in Shonen Jump from 1999 to 2014 and stands as one of the most popular manga in the world. The series spawned a wildly successful, long-running anime adaptation and a sequel series, Boruto: Naruto Next Generations, which has also been adapted as an anime.

Samurai 8 will begin running in Shonen Jump sometime in 2019.

Togo being a francophone country "may" have quality public schools but I'm sure a majority of the eligible kids are out of school because these schools won't be free!

Germany closed its last black coal mine on Friday, paying an emotional tribute to a 200-year-old industry that once fuelled the country's economic growth but lost the battle against cheaper foreign competitors.


After the remaining 1,500 workers of the Prosper-Haniel mine in Bottrop clocked off from their final shift, a group of seven workers exited the mine's elevator carrying the symbolic last chunk of "black gold".

Veteran pitman Juergen Jakubeit, wearing faded overalls and a black-sooted hard hat, then handed the block of coal to German President Frank-Walter Steinmeier, who accepted it with the traditional miners' greeting of "Glueck auf" of "Good luck".

In a ceremony carried live on television and attended by 500 people, including European Commission chief Jean-Claude Juncker, Steinmeier said the closure of the 150-year-old deep-shaft colliery marked "the end of an era" in western Germany's industrial Ruhr heartland.

"This is more than a piece of coal, this is history," Steimeier told the crowd, several of whom wiped away tears.

"This is a day of mourning for you but I assure you this day has moved many people across Germany."

A mining choir then sang the miners' anthem "Steigerlied" while across the region local churches marked the occasion with special services.

Although the closure comes amid a growing environmental outcry against coal, the dirtiest fossil fuel, it wasn't pollution concerns but cheaper imports from abroad that sounded the mine's death knell.

In a reminder of the dangers of the job, a 29-year-old man died in a recently shuttered mine in the same state of North Rhine-Westphalia on Monday, where dismantling work is ongoing.

The industrial mechanic died from injuries suffered after getting trapped by a heavy door.

And 13 miners were killed in a methane explosion in a coal mine in the Czech Republic on Thursday.


At Friday's ceremony, guests held two moments of silence to mourn the dead comrades.


Once the beating heart of German industry
No coal exit yet
Dating back to the 19th century, the mines, plants and steel mills that once dotted the Ruhr basin were long the beating heart of Germany's industrial prowess, powering its "economic miracle" after World War II.

At its peak, the mining industry employed 600,000 people.

But Germany's dominance in the black-coal market started to wane in the 1960s as foreign rivals made it cheaper to import the raw material.

Today most of the black coal, also known as hard coal, used in Germany's coal-fired power plants comes from Russia, the United States, Australia and Colombia.

The domestic industry has been kept on life support through massive subsidies, costing the German taxpayer over 40 billion euros ($45 billion) between 1989 and 2017.

Chancellor Angela Merkel's government decided in 2007 to phase out the aid and shutter the last black coal mines by 2018—giving the workers of Prosper-Haniel 11 years' notice.

The long preparation has been credited with avoiding large-scale upheaval or angry protests, with many opting for early retirement schemes.

Some pitmen will continue working at the Prosper-Haniel site for now, carrying out dismantling tasks.

The company in charge of the clean-up will also need people in the years ahead to pump out dirty mine water to prevent it from mixing with groundwater and possibly contaminating drinking water resources.

Germany's goodbye to black-coal mining is by no means an exit from coal altogether: the fossil fuel still accounts for almost 40 percent of its energy mix—partly because of Merkel's decision to ditch nuclear power.

To the dismay of environmentalists, Germany still has numerous open-pit mines that extract lignite or brown coal, which is softer, cheaper and more polluting than black coal.

But it's an industry increasingly under threat as countries around the world look for ways to phase out fossil fuels to combat climate change.

A government-appointed commission will in February announce a roadmap for exiting coal as part of efforts to make Germany carbon-neutral by 2050.

Let us assume Nigeria's GDP is still $500b that 5% comes to $25b or $75b or so over 3 years. At $75b over 3 years the economy will overheat
and crash.

Over a period of 10years, we calculate 5% yearly and compound it since the country's GDP will be increasing each year, lets be generous and say $500b in foreign investment over 10years,

A fraction of $78 let's us assume 2% that will come to $1.56 trillion. If $500b over 10 years can wreak the economy, how much more $1.56 trillion!!!!

What Charles Soludo said has a lot of truths in it. Massive foreign investment can lead to an overvalued exchange and signs of overheating such as shortages of skilled labour, overvalued liquid and non liquid assets, overstretched infrastructures such as ports, overbuilding and so on.

Well, I would say I do not understand any significance of being Jewish as it is an just like any ethnic sect/ Tribe though constitutes very minute percentage of the world population. They only had some nasty historical relevance and recognition amongst all.

Back to the topic. The OP fails in the bid to realize that approximately half of the Jews are atheists. So they worked majorly on their intellectual capacity to induce changes in development of the community. So it means, they do not believe in Yahweh as the source of all, I can not agree less. People with high intellectual strength tend to create their own gods. Moreso, the Torah(Book of Jews) only detailed the Five books of Moses.
