Because people rnt always who they appear to b. Both men and woman try impress each other by wearing d coat of pretence decorated with lies. This coat can only serve till d knot is tied. Eventually d coat is pulled off and d real character is apparent, far worse than d inital alter-ego. That man that chased u relentlessly might seem 2 b truly in love bt time has proved u fell 4 an obscession. A deep intense obscession merged with passion that will only deflate into disinterest and distastefulness |

A friend of mine did a similar thing,he toasted a girl 4 over a month, but every blessed day she kept on refusing him. He was devastated yet blinded by love & refused to give up. In one seemingly final but madly desperate attempt to finally win her, he trekked in a heavy downpour all d way to her house, knelt down in d rain at her door step, fully drenched and kept calling her till she let him in. |

djeezy: Being self conscious around those you have crushes on is natural.hmm...hmm..n i mean self conscious to d point of being afraid to look or sound stupid, hence remaining mute or motionless |
It would have to be Dead Space 1 & 2. Those damn necromorphs!! ![]() I think DS took Resident Evil's place when it comes to survival horror. Silent Hill kinda lost it's scariness I guess due to the modern graphics, but it is still rather scary.
yeah i agree and i 'll get dead space soon. I just beat resident evil 4. A real good game, not fully horror but it had damn scary moments like the regenerators scenes, the oven man, mendez, the castle, the zealot and their continous chants. Some of the moments got me yelling to my horror. Even the wolves in the part scared the hell out of me. I wonder how much scare dead space has to offer |
Cant really recall any. I 've always felt self conscious around my crushes and nvr got to act on my feelings for those girls |
deshclones: Once nd I will forever be grateful to her..cos I have learnt to appreciate nd understand women better...heartbreak is indeed very painful...I promised never to love agaim but ma mumu heart has been messing me up again..met this gorgeous brillant chic at a function 3wks ago..nd ma heart as usual is making me look like a fool...I just pray this new gal doesn't break ma heart again..cos it won't be funny...Sorry dude, as painful as it is, refusing to give out our heart will only dehumanise us. Heartbreak doesn't kill us, it is our inability to realise that life isn't all about happiness and comfort that break us. Heartbreak only prove the vitality of love in our life. We nvr see d worth of a thing untill it is lost. Better to have bn in love and then break up than to nvr tasted love at all. U have a love story atleast, i have non but a sad long unrequited love story to tell |
Tgirl4real: Admire, yes. Crave, hell no! He must have the right personality for him to be desirable.I agree they may not crave for. But that admiration is something that can't be taken for a grain of salt. And yes, lot of men(xcluding me) can marry a woman just 4 beauty but a woman can't marry a man just for his handsomeness alone. Bt u r a lady and will just admit it- Most women want a handsome man, of course not a handsome devil mind u. Personality may be of paramount importance but evryone desires a fine body sometimes evn leveling it with fine character/personality though not all desires are granted...for a lot of men rnt handsome to start with, so why worry so much about something u might nvr get |
edelweiss: Ever since I got to Nairaland all I see on the romance section is ladies do this and do that and I seriously wonder are we seen as fish brains? Don't we think the men themselves need some orientation?Guys tend to talk about the ladies alone and feel as if we are the only ones with relationship issues, all thanks to u all though we pick some of our mistakes and adjust, but seriously guys u need to re orient yourselves too! Guys have lost all morales, cheating is the order of the day, the think being romantic or loving is being weak, the have lost their true self to the society and made up believes! How can u be a good husband or be responsible man when u think u are prefect? We are all human, we learn everyday. I would like to see the responsible ones who have set their priorities right to educate some of the rest.edelweiss, u should have known men by now. A few of them r ok but most won't admit they have problem as long as women submit to them just as 'a captive surrender to his captor' evn if it mean losing some of ur natural and fundamental human right. The ball is in ur court, screen ur guys back and forth b4 u accept and teach ur sons how to treat ladies regardless of who they r b4 he learns from d lions in sheep clothing |
jhydebaba: The simple answer to all ur questions is that she is fish brainy. What are u telling meAww... That 's a little bit too harsh, don't u think. She has a point and i couldn't agree more with her. Am not trying to be modest but i observed that both partners r responsible to keep a relationship;a fact that most men have been steering clear of, bn full of themselves as the master of d home, deserving unrestrained servitude from d wife. Putting d blame on only one side all the time is indeed selfish. Trust me, it wud be fairer if we consider ourselves(guys) in these(ladies) shoes evn if just for a split second |
kennylabe: im a guy of 30 graduate of UNILAG. Pls need a serious lady. Note xtian call 08181565044. Tax 4 ur understanding. Hearing 4rm u soon.Man rnt there decent girls in unilag. Dude check well |
kabsun: Exactly wat I thinkIn that case let your parents help u. Seriously if what you want is a recommendation u 'd b better with arranged/traditional marriage. U jus sit back and relax while they bring someone 4 u |
Wow Sagamite vs Carefreewannabe....what a match up. Bn following your comments. I go with Carefreewannabe evn though Sagamite have made a few concrete point. Ladies admire handsomeness, they crave for it but cos only a handful guys in a bunch are handsome they tend to relax on that aspect. No matter how happily married a woman is to an ugly toned man, once in a while she misses fantasize about a handsome man with fine face, well kept finely toned skin, muscles and physique. |
Joliecoco: Why are African men so unromantic and unaffectionate ? All they want their women to do is cook , clean , take care of kids and be a wife ,but they are so unromantic, unaffectionate and Cheap to their wives and girlfriends. Is it because of African culture , their parents do not sure the kids affection when they were growing up unlike the western culture. They don't take their women to nice resturant , if they do it is like pulling their teeth. They will complain about the money that they are spending.I don't date African men because they are stuck in the 1900s.Am a guy and i agree with u but it would be careless to soley blame d guys. Some girls are at fault, they chose a guy that is hard, unromantic and unaffectionate over a nice, sweet, caring and romantic, tagging him as cheap, boring and weak. As a result d these guys are left heart broken, regretful of their affectionate, romantic and sweet attitude and become d hard, emotionless and unromantic husbands u find today. |
Now i dont cry, i weep or sob. Losing a dear on like a parent, sibling, getting my heart broken by my gf could force me to be in tears. It is d emotional saddness that consume you, d darkness and gloom that spread all over d place when you lose someone so dear to your heart that make u cry, u feel that ur life has crashed and u have lost sb that loves u genuinely, a bond has been broken, one u can never regain. Crying doesn't have to be in d eyes, evn heart weeps. |
Ok must be hard for u two. Stand your ground though but don't be hard on her as u did by going offline. With time she 'll realise how much your girlfriend worth to u and will give up. Remember d key word: Stick to ur gun but don't be hard on her |
Your intro is too short and undetailed. However i believe that if d fun is d only thing keeping u together then for what its worth u may want to question or quit d relationship. A relationship is founded by love, only care, understanding and learning about each other fuels and strengthens it. Having ur fun alone constantly on d few occasions u meet won't help in d long run. So my answer is No it isn't right unless love equal sex 2 u |
Men do. Just a few nice ones anyway will show it. I fall in love, but it only last if my feelings are reciprocated. |
legalwealth: It is obvious that women like attractive men.Now OP, no one can tell u what specifically stake out a man as attractive to women. It could be money, fame, manners, confidence, appearance, cuteness, neatness, friendliness, tolerance level, badass level, morality level. Women are not the same. They have varying taste in men. It is their scale of preference that matters and there is not single scale of preference that contain these qualites in a chronology that is true to every woman |
tzetzefly: How can you tell the difference between genuine love and correct infatuation...To be honest with u i cant answer that question and u know why?, its because i myself have nvr been in love. I dont want to go into my past but i have to admit that; i don't evn know how it feels to be in love. I believe love is a feeling, and no matter how much stories we 've heard/read or movies we 've watched about it, it is only by experiencing love that we can describe or tell what it is |
lalaboi: Decided to go join the queue for midnight release. . .Bros, r u in 9ja, where do u get ur ps3 cds, when wud it(fifa 13) be available pls |
sino: Hmmm, i have a feeling you'll make such a good husband insAllah. I pray when the time comes, Allah blesses you with a compertible partner amin. Thanks a lot for your prayer & words of encouragement and May Almighty grant u d best too, and assist us all(Amin). |
Well my turn. Am a tall guy 20yrs, and still an undergraduate. Being a shy loner evr since, i want a girl who is beautiful, confident and smart that can relate with me or understand that am not so mean/snobbish as people take me for and i respect ladies a lot. A girl that is kind, gentle, cool tempered, generous, humble and caring with fine sense of humour. She has to be religious minded not religion obscessed, age difference +/- 2 and she should be able to cope with my shyness, though am not extremely shy. I dont focus much on beauty, just an average look of 6/10 is ok by me and a good height. These are just some of the qualities i pray to find in my future wife and work hard to imbibe in my character cos i believe whatevr quality u desire in a spouse, u should strive to achieve it too. For instance if u want an understanding spouse then u have to be understanding 2 as an understanding spouse cant cope with a non understanding one, u cant expect a generous\listening\comforting spouse when u r self centered/non listening/non comforting. I believe in emotional love very much and sex and children should be secondary reasons for marriage. I want someone with strong moral belief, relatable and down to earth |
Check 4 the walkthrough and guide for modern warfare on internet. It will guide u throughout the game and assist u |
bittyend: To be honest, not everyone is going to get married - and forcing 'marriage' down people's throat is the reason why the divorce rate is high. You need to find the right person to get married to, and in the world that we live in right now, that's the most difficult thing. Women run things right now, and they have raised the bar to a level, most men can't get to. Feminism changed the game - and women run things right now. |

omotolsy: u guys ar not talkin about pc games! y? pc games ar almst d same wit ps games if nto better expecialy wen u play wit an AMD laptop.. Dude pc games aren't as abundant as ps3/xbox36 games. Game developers create games 4 consoles b4 pc and most often time they ignore d pc versions of such games |
deols: Thank you sooo much for this video @tbaba. I enjoyed seeing the video and it is a good wake up call to Muslims. The home is what makes the society and Muslims just cannot continue to be the way they'v been. I am saddened when I see the way Many Muslim women live in Nigeria. Because I am very outspoken about it, some people term me a feminist but I am not. Hmm,hmm...u know what, i reason well with u and right from time i have noticed a good percentage of muslim men worldwide dont treat their wife as an equal. Some of them r highly islamically oriented, and they keep saying the wife must always agree with her husband, she has no personal choice except what her husband want and d door to her paradise lies in him, hence she should do whatevr he says without questioning him regardless of how fair he treats her. The truth is d muslim society has decided to neglect d importance of fairness to wife bt reinforce d need 4 wife extreme submission to her husband no matter how wrong, selfish or uncomfortable for her his decisions are. Becos of poor relationship with d opposite sex, muslim men nvr understand women or want 2 relate emotionally with their wife. Am a guy and this has been my observation 4 a while. Women should strive islamically to find guys/men that view them as an equal or a patner and welcome their views & opinions not someone that consider them as a minor or submissive servant that must live d life he decides 4 her cos as d head of d family his decisiöns r d best and final. |
gentlegg: You're now in light age, abi?Noo i am not saying a man shouldn't be worried cos he lack a male child neither am i saying that a man shouldn't remarry to get one(which wont b my decision if i have no son though) bt am trying to say both genders are equally important both from a moral and religious point of view. We r in d age when civilization has entered and we cant continue 2 think like our fore fathers in primitive days were women were second class beings just created to serve men and d birth of a female baby wz treated as a disgrace to the father. Evn d bible and quran nvr said man was more important than woman. |

That men should teach "cheap whores" as u rightly called them
