Assumption = guess, estimate, reason, no consequence/no proof--- no matter it is wrong or right!

But lying is worse, DANGEROUS! Lie = Dishonesty, distrust, deceit, fool, sly as a fox, slick, goes on listing===it has consequence---GUILTY AS CHARGE! !

FamilyRe: Husband and Wife in the same Profession? by uspry1(f): 6:36pm On Mar 01, 2008
nothing wrong with husband and wife in the same profession as long as both has agreed commitment equally.

It is cool!!! I would accept for my man same or similar profession running our entrepreneurship---saving money to take vacation, travel together, take break, etc as well as exciting sharing ideas/brainstorms/market promotions---the same philosophy and mission statement/objective.
FamilyRe: Are You The First Born In Your Family? by uspry1(f): 6:26pm On Mar 01, 2008
I am the first born of two girls, female, deaf in my whole family who are hearing - - -all of them.

I am talented and gifted child---computer age while my family are old-fashioned christianity rural age---still lags far behind in computer technology world. They all always depend on me when their computer shut down.

Not easy to grow up as a deaf child in all my hearing family.
RomanceRe: Love & Passion by uspry1(f): 4:38pm On Mar 01, 2008
@poster

Nope, you do not love her (asewo), you just used her to pay for her sex(her body)---no string attached! period!!! Vice versa, asewo do not love you neither!

Unless you fall in love with asewo with great patience of take care of her, I mean lot of attentive, affectionate, cherish, etc. in order to get married her, then asewo will maybe slowly love you more.

Refer to the bible in the book of Hosea! Hosea is a wealthy man who married a asewo under God's command.
Christianity EtcRe: Why Condoms Should Be Distributed In The Church by uspry1(f): 4:09pm On Mar 01, 2008
Preach abstinence or condom distributed at churches DOES NOT WORK!  undecided

I prefer for MOST CHURCHES have their own either electronic visual projection screen or large poster flip-chart stand accessible showing grotesque graphically real pictures of all patients including their private parts who are HIV/AID, gonorrhea/syphillis, STD, include infected yellowish pus, busted sore opening privates, goes on!!! It was worked at all public schools at my time early 1980s long before the USA sex education went BANNED!!!

I really mean it---REAL DISGUSTED to see it REAL PATIENTS with those all kinds of diseases---that make several students at school assembly RUNNING OUT vomitting in bathrooms.  embarassed

I was the last group back 1980s saw everything---i will never forget. I limited whom I dated with all my life, not want multiple partners! I have my rights asking my man about his past relationship in order to protect my life!
RomanceRe: Love & Passion by uspry1(f): 3:48pm On Mar 01, 2008
@poster

Yes some people out there without love and passion! It is called NSA (stands for NO STRING ATTACHED) relationship, casual relationship, or sex relationship without benefits.

It means no love/romance emotional attached when it comes to relationship!!! However, some people can do committed string attached (emotionally) long-time relationship without getting married!

What do you think why most people are not interested in getting married in the first place but rather SA or NSA relationship due to HIGH DIVORCE RATES out there.

RomanceRe: She Is Threatening To Make Life Miserable For Me by uspry1(f): 3:19pm On Mar 01, 2008
@poster

I had the similiar situation you have right now with two young Nigerians unmarried couple (bf/gf) few weeks ago because I am older, experienced and wiser plus understand Nigeria culture. A  Nigerian guy from NL sought my advise and requested me as mediator between two people via YIM with my webcam.

After I explained to Nigerian guy's gal situation, a guy had great mistake getting involved two girls just like Nelson you mentioned. This guy has already arranged marriage by his family and has seen his wife-to-be frequently at the same time seeing this girl who comes to his house. This guy wants ending his relationship with this girl in order to encourage her to find someone new. But this girl refuses to let him go- - -wants him---threatens his wife-to-be. What a mess!!!

Unfortunately i have not heard both of them so far. I don't know what was their outcome? This girl is fresh college student at 19, and this guy is very much older---"pre-middle age". I don't remember his wife-to-be's age. Age difference does not affect to each other. That's all!!!

RomanceRe: Condom Horror Stories by uspry1(f): 10:43pm On Feb 28, 2008
wetin hard to believe to hear that (condom stuck 4 2-days)! @adeboo  shocked

My past experience to share with you all:

10 years ago, I had one-night stand with white deaf dude (i know him well) at a hotel for our deaf big event at my alma mater university. I arrived hotel first b4 him to get room in prepare for me insert a spermicide suppository into my vagina pushing up to my cervix that dissolved about 20 minutes to become effective. Of course I had alternative contraceptive at that time---but for me double sex protection.

Then he arrived at the hotel just right time putting his condom and we were doing our thing. After he pulled out his manhood, he began panicked telling me that his condom went loose inside me. I told him calm down and i would pull it out for you.

He freaked me out. He pulled his hairs worrying about spilling sperm inside me. I assured telling him that it won't happen (sperm spilled) because i already inserted spermicide suppository 20 minutes ago before we doing thingy. He still don't believe me.

Two week later when i got my period letting him know via IM/email that i did not get pregnant at all! He ought to trust me knowing what i am doing! What a laugh! cheesy

Yes men can hurt as much as women do equally.

Majority men have been taught not to show emotions since slavery took place 400 years ago like @4Him and @Encomium have said it.

@4Him

I used to date with a guy who was super sensitive than mine even weeping over Veteran War memorial and Memorial day (USA holiday) to honor fallen soliders, he let me consoled him. I don't mind! It does not make him weak! He was just human being like everyone else.
uspry and adeboo, are you two justifying cheating or what?

From what I;'ve read, all I see is blame being placed on females

blah blah the woman doesnt like sex

What woman would run from sex if it's good enough to make her crazy?
@D-reloaded, I answered to the topic question: Why Do Husbands Cheat On Their Wives?

if you really want to know why a man cheats, please read the book by Michael Baisden called "Never Satisfied: How and Why Men Cheat". It will open your eyes thats for sure. http://www.michaelbaisden.com/

Also other books available at below:

"Men Cry In The Dark" (I have read this and above book)

"The Maintenance Man"

"God's Gift to Women"

Michael Baisden is American-african writer and popular host on his own tv talk show "Baisden After Dark" and New York (US) radio 98.7 KISS FM.

BTW, i do aware that wives do also cheat on their husbands the same!!! No Difference!!!

RomanceRe: Will Men And Women Ever Understand Each Other? by uspry1(f): 1:22am On Feb 28, 2008
@poster

I had been thru before. Yes, you are correct that only uneducated or desperately immature jobless African guy DO NOT UNDERSTAND the meaning of PLATONIC FRIENDSHIP of opposite sex, while real matured African guys do understand the meaning of platonic friendship.

You can see the difference.  Most immature African guys CANNOT STAND hearing the word "FRIENDSHIP" of opposite sex, expect to date the next level of the relationship.

You also should make aware the fact there is pest NL members out there.

Next time when you have conversed with an African guy, you speak straightforward saying, "sure, you can have only strictly platonic friend and keep in your mind that I have a fiancee." If he does not like it, then you have your rights to block him off your email or IM.

I have not bothered like that or I removed my email/IM off my NL profile.
EventsRe: How Necessary Are Big Weddings? by uspry1(f): 12:48am On Feb 28, 2008
Not necessary to have big wedding! I rather small simple wedding at least between 25-100 people at church or outside beautiful scenic place filling with visually equipped(i mean videographers and photographers) as well as sign language interpreting provided with deaf choir singing in sing language.

In my previous marriage, I never been wedded in a church. Done in a small private family-only wedding right at my parent's house with family friend ordained pastor and unsigned marriage certificate my previous husband and I paid for. There were only 15 family members/relatives invited to attend including potluck wedding reception.

I wore my silk-laced blue-sky prom dress from secondary school that fit me well despite of my 7-month pregnant (to people i look like 3-months pregnant---very small frame petite). My previous husband wore navy blue church suit. It was beautiful ceremony I ever had before my first child was born. That was 20 years ago!
