Food is cheap and plenty. Transport is available 24/7. Postal system works Police actually catches thief when you report. Everybody can read and write. They all speak same language So everybody understands every other person. No communication barriers. Everybody went to Secondary school with teachers.
Things just work. I studied at a Uni in 2005 and their library had latest 2005 books. They change all the books every year to latest version

In such an environment, scientist are bound to arrive at solutions to problems very quickly.

Those guys have not arrived at the solution yet and you expect Nigerian scientist with all our handicaps to get the solution before then? Is it magic we are doing or what?

Dating something millions of years is done by analysing the rock formations or sediments (strata) in which it is found.
