A 3 year old is meant to be naughty and have tantrums but when it becomes too much, then their might be an underlying problem.
He is in a class full of 3 years old and if they are all scared of him, you have to try and rein him in a bit. You really don't want the teachers to label him.

I cannot speak for all but you can try naughty steps (that really helps at that age but you have to be very consistent), it also helps if your toddler knows the reason why you are punishing him (when he does something you don't approve of punish him immediately, don't wait awhile so he will know the reason he is been punished)

You could also try the ignore tactics, that works, there are a lot of ways you can discipline a 3 year old without resulting to spanking

You can also try changing his diet, make sure everything he eats is healthy. If your child is on sugar day in day out, then obviously he will be troublesome

But if you are really worried, it really doesn't cost  a dime to have him checked out for ADD, ADHD,OCD or any other problems so you will know earlier on if he is just being naughty or crying for help in his own little way

If u did any research urself u would have seen that all the doctors that have seen the boy have said he does not have any of the conditions that are associated with Haemolacria. They have no idea what is resonsible in this boys case. . .He has no tumor and has suffered no trauma to the head. Just cause a condition has been identified and named don't mean shit. If only people can use her case - since it is well publicized to talk out about the state of Nigeria prison and lack of basic ammenities but oh no they will rather rejoice in her misery!

This is not good at all. It saddens me that we are so so so far behind on basic human right in Nigeria, isn't all suspect innocent until proven guilty? if you detain a person, He/she becomes your responsibility and it is your job to ensure she is not dead  by the time she goes to trial! If that means getting a mosquito repellent so be it.
If a "powerful" woman can be treated so, I feel for the ordinary citizen.
