I have a friend who ones had this pile of a thing.... all u need to do is

2.... you can alwys perform a SIT BATH. i. e, boil a warm water and pour it in to a bowl, add salt to the warm water and lay your anus in to the bowl for 20mins every day. you will see the changes nd thank me later..
