First of all,either catholic, pentecostal,anglican , we are all christians and child of God, in the Lords eyes. There is no segregation with God, everyone is equal in the eyes of God. You have a peaceful home and you are not satisfied because of church?, na wa... I have a female friend, she use to date a pentecostal guy, while she is catholic. She breaks up with the guy because he is not willing to change to her church. She bluntly told the guy to move on with another girl, so she can marry a catholic guy. 5yrs gone. she is still waiting for the catholic guy that fits her heart desire. But none could be like her ex boyfriend, she contacted him recently, that she is now ready to marry him irrespective of their different church and that she had not found true and peaceful love like his when they use to be together. She cried that day, begging him to reconcile that she is sorry, but the fyne guy has moved on with another cute babe.

cause most guys are extremely insecure and mentally unstable in relationships.. even amongst the married ones, there are few good material husbands amongst them..alot are irresponsible and single girls see all that. Funny, i have this female friend who dates and lives with this white guy, but does not wish to get married to any dark guy, neither is she marrying the oyinbo. Cause she says oyinbo get tired easily of relationships, if u marry them.. so its better to be live in lovers they have a bouncing baby girl recently with green eyes and mixed skin colour . Recently, i saw her clutching her padded ipad with some documents. I, then asked her: babe, pls can i see yur cute baby girl pics again? cos, she had her baby pics fully loaded in her ipad with different sleeping / calm postures of the baby, with those huge green eyes . @ poster, its no use marrying him, as you dont love or feel attracted to him. Be patient the right man will come. But bear in my mind, that most Nigerian men rarely care for their gf financially, even if its little. Majority of married women wont tell you the truth of how much they bring to the table, how they singlehandledly cater for the kids, and thus ignoring the man after series of complaints to deaf ears. Thats why u see alot of married men on the prowl looking for young girls to relive their once single days, talking about imaginary love to the single girls, just decieving themselves that they are still loved elsewhere, as their wives av decided to ignore them and focus on her life, kids and work.
Marriage is no bed roses,it comes with alot of responsibilty and overlooks especially when the kids start rolling in.. Some men are not ready for that responsibilty and wants to get married , but women are.
if u were sexually attracted to him, i will say go ahead, marry him , let him move into yur house, as he is so unwilling to bring his own money and rent his own apartment, even if its self contain, for God sake, at 35 still squating , na wa..but yur not?...so no use, or else u will be very miserable as the years go by.

we blame it on the society, that pressures one to get married just for the sake of being married and not for the sake of being happily married.

Cause, there is no parent at home to train the kids... Both mum and dad is hustling to make end meets . Who then trains the child? ...the society, friends or miscreants.. It takes effort of both parents to mould the child to be respectful, hardworking and focused. Mothers cant do it alone. Mothers instill care, respect,love and nuture, while Dads instil discipline, focused mind, hardwork and diligence. It takes the two , to raise up a well brought up child.. Parents, please dont forsake your duties; for you are accountable for that child in future.

@poster, forget abt the money. People rarely pay back when u borrow them. U shud av given him, money u can afford to loose, no matter the relationship.Borrowing of money to some of category of friends ruin relationships. U, the borrower will then look like a bad person. A proverb says its only a good person that has a case to judge, bad pple dont help, so they have nothing to bemoan about.
