i have a friend at illupeju who is into barbecue chicken. The man is married with kids, all his 4kids are in private school, he opened a big supermart for his wife, he has built 2 houses. He has a car, and all this one through barbecue.. He barbecues his chicken so well, that u cant help but buy most times.. Our youth these days are so lazy upstairs, to think of something creative is a huge task.. i simply shake my head... there is no easy way to sucess o... there is always a price to pay, either being successfully through Gods way or the devils way... no easy way out, at all.

Humility is very important and professionalism. Although some people are more opportuned than others, that's life.
Take Paddy Adenuga for instance who slaps his managers. I mean that's another thing else.
GEJ is younger than some of the people he fires. That's the way it works some times. I can accept it but there are some extremes.

Haba, thats too much ?... i wont accept such treatments... and their is a married lady boss, next to my office, that is exactly like those ones u av mentioned.. She has actually employed and sack numerous workers within 1yr.. Some will cry while leaving, while some will exchange hot words with her b4 they quit...just too bad.

90% of my workers are older than me..Although, it was very tough when handling workers older than me initially,cause i use to be very flexible, until my understandable gestures was abused.. So, in the recent past, it has become purely official from day one till the end. Also a code of conduct is initially signed by each worker and gurantors before employing. Then once in a while , if anyone is ill, i tend to be caring then give the day off.. Am always principled and respectful in handling them.. I always remind them, if you respect me, i respect you..if not your fired!

@op, there is nothing wrong with you... it has happend to me , exactly like yours in the past few years but after trying your best.. u just realise that u cant change what is not yet time for.. I had to slow down and simply relax, pray and watch... thats all u can do... dont be agitated, dont get worried, and dont have too much materialistic standards and dont wait for the perfect guy. There is no perfect guy... i realise that its either u make do with a guy who is ugly with money and also proud because he is loaded or a fyne boy who is also loaded with money but incredibly arrogant , or an ok guy who is always distant cos he is try to make megamillions as his first break through and will not even call, because he claims to be pursuing money or an average guy with a normal job, but a chronic womaniser, who is yet to taste the beautiful ones are not yet born or a fyne boi, who is averagely ok, but humble and loving due to life experiences.
My dear, the one i eventually chose, is the last one o... and it took me 7 lonely years after school, to meet this kind of gentle focused guy and without stress and after av removed my mind from dating, we simply bumbped into each other. So chill, pray about what you want but be realistic abt your demands to Baba God.

Almost everyone here is screaming weed smoking is ok, but from experience through my cousin, i realise its not a safe habit. My cousin use to smoke weed due to issues known by him, then he later graduated to other substances, when he got bored and wanted more inspirational thots to always flow in his head, so he says sha o . He is always calm after smoking then later he became agressive and extremely aggressive, his parents had to take him to Yaba left, when he became uncontrollable and came home one day with a mad man, who usually stays around where he worships in the church he goes to.
Everyone was shocked when he brought d mad man home, they now, knew his case has to be treated with firm hands.. He has just completed his healing programme at Yaba left. He is sober nw, i pray he doesnt go back to it..

Nothing comes to my mind...it has become a norm these days to see matuured single mothers. Even. there are many married couples out there living like single mums and dads, but offically and in their neighbourhood they are married, but have nothing incommon in their homes. But being a pregnant teen, is a big shame..not good at all for her family or for the young teen..and men should stay clear of young teens forr christsakes, even if she gives the green light or brown llight due their hormones...just let them be.....it takes two to be pregnant.

@op, although am single but welcome to Nija , as it is...Its either most of men wander around town with their frnds /neighbours or strolls off.. Its so sickening, because the men doing such are even proud of themselves..no shame...what a pity ... and the wives cant see their children starve or landlord disgrace them, out of the house.. the wives have to work, and i mean double shifts work and doing runs by the side , just to make end meet..some married women do confide in me, due to frustration...i reject such lifestyle, amen.

The robbers deserved what they got and even much more. I had experienced a robbery incident at my ex fiance house. He just came back from the UK, he visited his close friends that same day, happy and bubbly even bought gifts for them. Then at early hours of the morning, thieves came , they smashed the doors, beat us black and blue demanding for pounds, which he didnt even carry on him. In their frustration, one of the thieves CUT OFF MY TWO left hand FINGERS, boxed my eyes to a pulp and beat him up too. Blood was everywhere. Then they ran away when our neighbour shot a gun in the air twice. It was one horrible experience, that will leave with me for the rest of my life. I was rushed to the hospital for emergency surgery, my fingers were POPD, stitched, eyes bandaged. when i woke up, the pains i felt was excruciating, i couldnt even cry, i was just sobbing softly with pains all over.
My finger got healed but slightly crooked, my eyes got better after a long while... With such experience, they should even be axed and burnt instantly to Hell.. Cause they deserve it. . People saying they should be pardoned or arrested av not tasted the terror of robbers, if not they will think twice.. av seen pepper, sha... But God dey and he pass them.
