As at the time that fake certificate was procured, the school said the signatories were not working with them. Even the CSU seal on the certificate is wrong. It is not a seal that was in use then. So it is not by saying it is something that has been photocopied many times.it is simply a forged certificate.

Let me put things in the right perspective, In america there are acrredited 3rd party vendors tied to the institutions/university.

There is no law or rule that stops any graduate or alummi from applying for a replacement certificate from 3rd party vendor by him/herself as long as the certificate is lost or damage
You can apply for replacement certficate from schools in US but most affected persons will rather apply to 3rd party vendor directly cos its cheaper.
Reno Omokri schooled abroad and those that school abroad have all clarified these things.
the Certificate itself is ceremonial what most employee (US) want to see is transcript.

CSU does not honor request from vendors. Their registrar said this. Request for a certificate must come from the student directly. They don't attend to request from vendors.

As I said, Tinubu graduated and got his certificate in 1979, he ordered for replacement in 1998 maybe he misplaced the original. Fortunate enough he found the photocopy of it, which he ask his lawyer to contact the CSU for it to be certified then Submitted to INEC

Same certificate that when shown CSU said it did not emanate from them?

Update, issue has been resolved. Thanks to @kingreign for linking me up with his sensor seller, the first sensor didn't work threw a p1157 code And then I went back to try another and that worked.. Thanks @jceesquare for your time.

These Electrical guys almost made me buy a new ECU.

Go and read my last post. That answers your question. Schools in America have third party vendors for their certificates but the request for a new certificate will only be received from the institution and they pass it on to the vendor. You don't make request directly to any vendor and if you do the institution will not honor a request from the vendor to onfirm if u attended that institution.

Look at the last question on page 35 and the answers from page 36 of the deposition. Replacement order for certificates must be made by the student. They don't entertain orders from 3rd party vendors.

I think Tinubu misplaced the original of the 1990 but only get the photocopy of it... Which he gave to his lawyer to contact CSU to certify it for him then submitted to the INEC.

The 2022 diploma was what is in the possession of the Enaharo ( sic).

Tinubu didn't forge the certificate and why CSU can't attest to what he's paraded is because it's a photocopy not original and no institution will affirmed a photocopy of their original under an oath.

Tinubu did not pick up any certificate. He did not qualify to graduate. Rather he forged one for himself.

Look at question 19 on page 34 and the answer on line 20. Tinubu did not pick any certificate.

The supreme court is not where you go to start arguing nonsense. It is an appellant court and you must go there with all facts.

Furthermore, in the advent that the supreme court does not admit the evidence or rule in Tinubu's favour, they should still go ahead with the Criminal investigation and prosecution of Tinubu by making CSU revoke his degree as well as South West college cos he clearly forged the documents he used to gain admission into Darley college thereby rendering his degree at CSU non and void.

Oga stop making noise. People like u have refused to read CSU deposition. The school registrar said individuals cannot get certificates from third party directly. Individuals who need replacement certificate has to apply to the school. It is the school that will give the job to a third party. Tinubu has not even collected his original certificate. So what is the need for a replacement certificate? Not collecting the original certificate and his trascript revealing he still has some outstanding criteria to fulfil in the sense that there are some exams he needs to resit should tell you that he never graduated. So stop being clever by half. Tinubu is parading a forged certificate.

True story from a former Toyota employee:

Many years ago I worked at a Toyota factory in the USA. One day we had some visitors from GM taking the factory tour and the visitor’s center was hospitable and had them meet some of the engineers and technical people (I was in IT and honestly had the best personality to deal with visitors so was invited along).

The GM people asked us to see our rework yard. I had no idea where or what that was so I asked my colleagues what it is and where it is. They were as confused as me.

When asked, the GM folks told us it’s the lot where they keep cars that come off the assembly line with defects so that they can be patched up and sold.

So we took them to the small warehouse area where we keep the dozen or so cars that come off the line with a minor issue that we can fix and make it as good as every other car. More often than not it was an issue with the stitching on the seat or a steering wheel or something like that, and we would just replace the part that was imperfect.

GM guy: “Where’s the rest of it?”

Me: “This is it. What do you do?”

GM guy explained they had a large lot for cars that come off the line with faulty body work or engines or transmissions, and they’re patched up so they can be sold. Then he said “what do you do with your defective cars?”

We explained that it rarely happens, and when it does we study it, figure out what went wrong, fix the issue so it won’t happen again, and then either keep the car for further study and training purposes or crush it. Nothing that comes off the line with a serious defect leaves the factory.

And that’s why Japanese engines (and vehicles) are known for reliability. Yes, tolerances are tight and yes, Japanese companies avoid untested technology. But that’s secondary.

The main reason is that anything defective that gets produced is studied, not sold, and then improvements are made so it won’t happen again.

The Japanese do make bad cars sometimes. They just don’t sell them.

There are ways to bench test oxygen sensors before installation. If you've been testing with bad or incompatible sensors, you don't expect the code to go.

How did you check the sensors before replacing them? - You know how difficult it is to get an O2 sensor that fits,so we were just trying all the sensors he had, since he is the only person that has the sensor in that APO mechanic. i am beginning to think that is the issue sef.
About benchtesting it, I saw some resources online on how to test it with a multi-meter.

I got mine from fonialto on jiji he uses VIN to get part number and he is legit you can try him

A/F sensor are available depends on the vehicle model and year, each vehicle model has it's part number one doesn't fit all

As long as you don't have p1157, p0410 and p0420 codes you should be fine

P1157 is your upstream sensor the first sensor by the exhaust pipe also known as A/F sensor.

P0410 can be fixed by changing the downstream sensor, that is called oxygen sensor the one bolted on the catalyst.

P0420 can be solved easily by buying a 02 spacer and bolting it to the straight pipe used to replace the catalyst then you bolt the downstream sensor to the spacer. Your fuel economy should improve
