I experience same. Pure white smoke that eases of in less than a minute after first startup in thr morning. Coolant does not reduce. Its been months now and my coolant level is still the same. My car a Toyota Corolla 2010 automatic transmission model is having serious gear issues.

It started when I took it to mechanic to change gear box cop and shaft because of the noise it makes and constant vibrations. After changing all these the car started having sluggish movement, skips and de-accelerates on motion. At times when I pedal on motion it will be as if no gear was engaged until it picks. I was advised to change the gear oil, clean filter and plugs which I have done but the issue still continued. Pls car experts what could be the cause of this problem and where can I fix it in Abuja.

My Honda city 2006 model have been battling with Nozzle, Fuel Pump and plugs issues due to hard starting issues since last month.

The car have been experiencing Hard starting lately and when mechanics check, they say it's the plugs that it's overfloating and the nozzle isn't good.

So I was told to replace the fuel pump and nozzle, I had already replaced the Plugs 28th February this year, So I replaced the fuel pump twice within a week, the first one worked for 3 days and then I got another one both are V8 fuel pumps though the car is V4 cylinder ( which was the last type of fuel pump I used and it lasted 6months before I had this issue, though not the exact brand of the V8 pump).

But just less than 3 weeks I am experiencing the same hard starting again and it started when I didn't start the car for between 18 -20hours of no usage last week.

I had bought Original GPower Plugs at ₦7,000 for the 4 pieces, this February, but now the Hard Starting seems worse than the 3 times I experienced it last month after I took it to a mechanic yesterday. The plugs and nozzles were cleaned yet the car isn't firing well even when it starts, it takes time to cold run smoothly.

Please what can be done to remedy the issues. I have used the same car for over 18 months with no single record of hard starting before now though was using a 4 cylinder fuel pump initially before switching to a V8 fuel pump after the last 4 cylinder fuel pump had issues and I was advertised by Rewires that V8 will be better for the car and correct some of the issues I was having when I start the car in the mornings and when I am climbing the hilly bad road to my house slowly on my way back home.

Have you scanned this car? Or mechanic will tell you buy this part, buy that part and you will buy?

Pls! I have a problem with my Elantra 08, it vibrate at 30/40 when accelerating have change 2 shaft within 3weeks same problem so definitely the problem is not shaft cos alignment pple will always tell the problem is from shaft cup,no engine light or code from the car.

The parts are available. People say the parts might be pricey but the shaft i changed cost less than EOD shaft.

My TSX is just a re-badged Euro honda for North America. I have used it for a year and the only thing I have changed is just a shaft. I got it from ladipo. But oyingbo is the market for honda in lagos. So whatever you seek should be found there.
