motivate555:This is a disaster situation well beyond patient confidentiality matters. Where were you when Boris Johnson and co were announcing there results? |
12inchess:Banned how??NCDC Facebook update said the man had underlying health conditions including diabetes, multiple myeloma and was undergoing chemotherapy |
Yenefer:The NCDC Facebook update told us he was undergoing chemotherapy and had multiple myeloma whatever that is |
I don't blame him.I blame the idiots who sheepishly followed him to his church.Even the Bible instructs us to obey the government. All the guy cares about is the tithes and offerings he will be harvesting today |
Xavi2019:I don't think so,given these organizations are more commercial than humanitarian |
helinues:Lazy Nigerian youths. The old men like Abba Kyari who have continued to dominate and subjugate over us were and are avid knowledge seekers. This is their staying power. With our lazy and easy attitudes we can only dream of taking over them. It's really painful you missed out on the substance of the article.Someone invented nairaland for you.Another wrote an article there in for you. You are now demanding for a summary.I only hope u won't take the summary to your Mom to read it out for you |
Vyvyanvyvy:Your husband could be right.I have seen my neighbour's wife daughter from a previous relationship come to damage his two younger daughters. From the point of view of a man,it's either your husband married you out of poverty, ignorance or a lack of foresight. You should be eternally thankful to him rather |
Nigerians are by their nature very deceptive, secretive and conservative especially when it comes to such matters as sex.You don't expect any man to come here confessing they once cheated on their wives. They would rather come here quoting one religious book or the other. If u dropped this kinda topic on some Zambian forum I will expect some true and heartfelt confessions.... |
Lostz:Of course that was the substance of that advice. |
Lostz:SLS was a well educated billionaire. He could afford to take care of his wives and kids many times over. What he advised against was the absolute poor having kids they will never be able to cater for.To my mind he was right. In our country, we view things either from a religious, political, regional or ethnic prism. We hardly view things on the basis of correctness. If someone sees black and calls it black,we can only agree with him if we feel he is from the side we are comfortable with. This guy was accused of been anti gej, today he been accuse of been anti pmb just like his grandfather who was accused of been anti Ahmadu bello. Some traits are natural to some people |
Lostz:It's unfortunate you will have those views. This guy spoke out for good governance even when it will cost him his plum seat as CBN Governor. As Emir,he went against the archaic practices of his subjects engaging indiscriminate polygamy, child abandonment, wife beating, uncontrollable birth rate by the poor etc. What really set him up against a Ganduje was his fierce opposition to the fraudulent Chinese loan which didn't make any economic sense.I see this man staging a comeback in a better capacity |
johnmattew:While your story which is doubtful might be true,no system is perfect. Recall the federal government with it's world bank approved IPPIS recently uncovered a whopping 70k ghost workers. In itself, Npower has been a game changer especially with it's Nteach component, whose staff have rejuvenated our rural school system which was on the verge of collapse due to lack of adequate teacher personnel |
SUPERPACK:What's so hard in asking her to do it herself? And if it's such a difficult task, why do u feel the teacher is best positioned to do it?I dont want to say it's people like you spoiling kids all over by way of pampering |
Built2last:As I have always said,if the present regime decides to fight corruption among Christian governors,it simply means good governance is been encouraged in those states.Sparing Muslims is to rather encourage underdevelopment in their regions.Bottom line is whether you stole or not |
lessonsoflife:If you were a careful and mindful reader, you would have seen the source there. Now go back and check the first line, you will see Bloomberg there as the source |
Who is cheating who in this Nigeria? All the name I saw are Igbo names in a Federal institution. Yet in a recent similar appointment in our state university teaching hospital (Benue), a good number of Easterners made it through even when some indigenous applicants failed to make the list |
manGODDED:Baron is still less than 10 |
MelesZenawi:The transcript have been published on the personal Facebook page of the governor. If you really wanna know. You can search for "Prof Zulum" on fb or rather "Governor of Borno state" |
nakaman:Everywhere else people get singled out for award for exceptional performance. A teacher who resumed work by 6.30 and was the only one there surely deserved to be recognized to serve as a motivation to others |
MelesZenawi:But she said she was on level 12,so how could you say she has been stagnated given her NCE was recently obtained |
NwaAmaikpe:He may be a pensioner with a house, a car,big bank savings, social connections as in highly placed friends, mates and so on.Let alone a more stable relationship arising from maturity at everything.Who says a 60 year man can't baby swing?Does Trump at 76 looks to u like a man too old to play with his baby?. |
Obton:You compare with Delta and River states universities and you ask yourself what's happening with the billions the Niger Delta states collect monthly |
Neimar:Try Google the relatively younger Gombe state university and you will be thoroughly shocked with what those Aboki guys have achieved with far less money.Honesty is the the north's biggest asset |
Ramon92:A sharp contradiction to the GEJ era when, any pressure group, no matter how feeble could railroad the government to any direction |
edoairways:Regardless of your profile name here, you sound to me like one of those southern guys that blame every of their misfortune on the north. Let me reemphasize as I have always said that the difference between the north and south in terms of development is honesty and empathy. If you have ever lived or visited the north, the level of injustice, inhumanity and wickedness that pervades the south will not seize amazing you.I for one is from the south but had the privilege of schooling in the far north for my undergraduate.I didn't quite appreciate the straightforwardness and simplicity of an average northerner until I went for my PG at Unical. The other day someone was posting and comparing the level of infrastructural development between Kano state on less than half the allocation to that of Delta state, with Kano been miles ahead.Go to the relatively younger Gombe state university and you will be thoroughly embarrassed with many older state universities of the oil rich Niger Delta states. It's all down the honesty of the average northerner |
I'm reading this out to my wife. Only two days ago she was angrily accusing me of stealing her spoons, since it's only two of us living in the house.Thank God for this post jare |
Isobug:Take time to read the particulars of that judgment before you rush to condemn the judiciary. it was a case of 3800 polling units results declared at those units cancelled at the collation centre.By law the collation centre does not have the power to reverse what was declared at the polling unit.meanwhile Ararume's team didn't pursue this line of argument and Uche was already disqualified making Hope the winner |
15k?This is wickedness at the highest levels |
yakson123:There is hardly any hamlet in the Christian parts of Nigeria where you don't find a huge number of churches competing among themselves.Ironically, in the Muslim north where most haven't heard about the message of Christ, our churches curiously shun such areas for whatever reason.I can bet you that most of these churches are to be established in Christian strongholds while the north and many other non Christian societies will be excluded |
Expert17:I thought it's Christ teachings you guys are dealing with and not personal opinions. Has God not been forgiven us all along? Are you telling me because there is a hell fire, that make God unforgiving? Can you tell how many times Oyedepo himself has been forgiven? How about you reading me now?I asked you a very simple question as per Christ teachings on forgiveness and you resort to personal opinion as to hellfire and God |
