We have strictly maintained that the #EndSARS #ReformPoliceNG advocacy is not a protest even while we maintained that citizens have the rights as empowered by the constitution to demonstrate their discontent. It is obvious that once protest is ignited hijackers will infiltrate.

Since we started the advocacy in 2017 until 2020 before they hatched the protest, no Nigerian has died based on the #EndSARS #ReformPoliceNG advocacy but since the Protest started we have been recording deaths and this hurts as we’ve never exposed citizens to undue risk.

We made progress with the PoliceReform Bill and the Police Trust Fund bill without seeking Governors and billionaires. It was organic, transparent and objective. There were no sinister plans to weaponize anything against anyone. But for these ones, the lives mean nothing.

Our organization remains committed to the people without strings attached. We remain self funded and seek no grants. We will not sell our soul and risk human lives because of greed and lust after power. I’m not interested in 2023. Be careful out there. This is a Game.

We have played our role and done the needful. SARS has been ended as demanded and the Police Reform is in gear beginning with the assent to the Police Bills as facilitated. Some of the demands however activated will take time to materialize. Don’t be kept on the streets unduly.

We remain on course. Our dialogue of years with the authorities can’t be derailed and the movement can not be hijacked no matter how much they try. Your genuine need to express discontent via protest is being exploited now. This is why they want to keep you in harm’s way.

I hope at this point the authorities will do the needful and make a believer of the people so as not to allow these opportunists endanger more lives even after demands are met. These headlines could have been fine if the issues were not exploited by these lots.

Businesses need not bleed while we agitate for better policing. The people don’t need to suffer more. This should end now. The exploitation of the idleness of Nigerian youth is an assault on their dignity with the commercialization of this protest. This is not Nation Building.

The hands of Nigerian “George Soros” is all over this and I implore Nigerians to be mindful. This is no longer an Organic protest and you deserve to be kept safe. You have been used once before and they are trying again. Another concert is brewing. Be wary.

Two young men have been arrested for allegedly killing a woman in Aba, Abia state. One of the suspects claimed he hails from Ebonyi state as the other revealed how they lured the deceased online before killing her.

According to the suspect, they lured the victim through Facebook chat after promising to give her N25,000 to hook up.

After falling for the trick, the lady came and was brutally murdered in cold blood after she was tied up and prevented from shouting.

The men were caught with the corpse of the deceased while trying to flee with it.  

According to reports from witnesses, it is alleged that when they kill their victim, they close the person's account to avoid being traced. 

It was also claimed that the suspects are ritualists who sell corpses/human parts to Alhajis and native doctors.

Some of the residents were clamoring for the suspects to be lynched to death over the gruesome act.

The suspects were later forced to carry the corpse before they were dragged away by the police.

An outspoken B.C. doctor threatened with losing his license is sounding the alarm on “inevitable” damage to blood vessels by the COVID-19 vaccines.

In a recent online interview, Dr. Charles Hoffe, a family physician of 28 years in Lytton, B.C., offered a grim prognosis for jab recipients.




“In a single dose of a Moderna vaccine, there are 40 trillion messenger RNA molecules,” Hoffe said. Three-quarters of these molecules leave the arm of the injection, circulate through the bloodstream, and end up in the tiny capillary vessels.

“These little packages of the genes are absorbed into the cells around the blood vessels of the vascular endothelium. The packages open, the genes are released, your body then gets to work reading these genes and manufacturing trillions and trillions of COVID spike proteins.”

Hoffe said even though there are 40 trillion mRNA genes, each gene can produce “many, many COVID spike proteins. And the purpose of the spike proteins is that your body recognizes this as a foreign protein and will make antibodies against it so that you’re then protected against COVID.”




But this antibody response comes at a heavy price, he said.

“The spike protein…becomes part of the cell wall of ….these cells that line your blood vessels, which are supposed to be smooth so that your blood flows smoothly. Now you have these little spiky bits sticking out,” Hoffe said.

From here, “blood platelets circulate in your vessels…to detect a damaged vessel and block that vessel to stop bleeding. So when the platelet comes through the capillary, it suddenly hits all these little COVID spikes that are jutting into the inside of the vessel. It is absolutely inevitable that a blood clot will form.”




Hoffe claimed the clots are “too small and too scattered” to show up on CT scans, angiograms, or MRIs, but are numerous enough to cause damage.

“There’s some tissues in your body like intestine and liver and kidneys that can regenerate to quite a good degree. But brain and spinal cord and heart muscle and lungs do not. When they’re damaged, it’s permanent, like all these young people who are now getting myocarditis from these shots. They have permanently damaged hearts,” Hoffe said.

“This is the terrifying concern. And not only is the long-term outlook very grim, but with each successive shot, the damage will add and add and add. It’s going to be cumulative.”

Hoffe said 10 of his patients who took the jab have shortness of breath or ongoing neurological problems. When he began to see new and lasting issues in post-vaccination patients, he e-mailed local health care providers to say: “This is causing harm, should we be pausing this just to take stock?”

Hoffe was subsequently forbidden by the College of Physicians and Surgeons of British Columbia to say anything negative about the vaccine, lest he causes “vaccine hesitancy.” He was barred from the local emergency ward, but maintains his family practice.

In recent weeks, Hoffe has sought patients who have received a COVID shot within the previous four to seven days. He gives them a D-dimer test, which is the only one that will indicate the presence of new clots.

“So far 62% of them have evidence of clotting, which means that these blood clots are not rare. It means that the majority of people are getting blood clots that they have no idea that they’re even having,” he said..

Cubans Turn to Homemade Radio After Web Blocked, Govt Jams Signals
Communist Cuba has engaged in a massive campaign of radio jamming this week in response to protesting Cuban citizens taking to the airwaves – often with homemade radios – to get news in and out of the country after the regime turned off the internet.

Cuba’s state-run telecommunications firm severely constricted the access of ordinary citizens to swathes of the internet in recent days, with social media and messaging apps all impacted. As Breitbart News reported this week, the anti-information move comes amid a rising tide of anti-government protests on the island, which are being violently repressed by the regime.

Resourceful Cubans were able to sidestep the government’s attempt to crack down on the flow of information on and off the island, however, by using Cuba’s proximity to Florida and the availability of hobbyist amateur radio operators to keep talking. Relatively simple, low-power, homemade radios allow voice communication on common civilian frequencies between Cuba and the Southern United States now, as it did decades ago in the pre-internet age.

The Cuban government soon got wise to this, however, and rapidly started using extremely high-power jamming equipment to render the useful parts of the radio spectrum unusable. At the time of publication, that jamming was still ongoing, Floridian radio amateurs said.

Cuban exile and licensed U.S. amateur radio station operator Alex Valladares spoke to Breitbart London from Florida and explained how, after the internet went down in Cuba, he felt he had a duty to let Cubans know they weren’t alone and to help convey information in and out of the country.

Valladares said: “if they are protesting in Cuba and I’m a free man, I think the best thing that I could do is pass them the welfare information, the emergency communication. They don’t have the internet now, the government don’t want them to know the truth, they don’t want them to know they are organised, that they are all out on the streets.”

He said he started talking to Cubans on shortwave on the frequencies he knew most Cubans would be able to receive and transmit on, with the rudimentary equipment they had. But he soon found the frequency he was using became completely flooded with high-power noise, so Valladares switched to a new one, and the same soon followed.

In fact, he said, wherever Cubans were trying to talk to exiles in Florida on amateur radio, massive jamming knocking stations off the air quickly followed.

“[The interference] is following me and following the Cuban people when they have their daily nets. They don’t want the people to communicate in Cuba, that’s why they cut off the internet and all sorts of media is blocked … They tried to block any signal there because they don’t want the Cuban people – many who have homemade radios – they don’t want them to listen to the exiles in Miami like me, and many others around Florida delivering the world to them,” Valladares said.

This was possible, he said, because the Cuban government has a large amount of decades-old jamming equipment dating back to the Cold War, when the regime would try to block broadcasts of U.S. government anti-Communist stations like Radio Martí from reaching Cuban ears.

Valladares is now concerned for the wellbeing of radio operators on the island, given the degree to which speaking to the outside world is an act of defiance to a murderous regime. While he encourages his listeners not to reply vocally to his messages and to make non-verbal sounds instead to let him know they are out there while avoiding identification, it remains the case private radio operation in Cuba requires a government license, meaning the regime has a list of radio owners and their addresses.

“I always look for the best empty frequency, and I talk at 1.2kw, I know they are listening to me because I have had feedback from Cuba and they say they are listening to me,” Valladares explained. “There are a couple of Cubans I talked to on Sunday and Monday, but I couldn’t talk to them yesterday and I’m a little bit concerned about their lives, maybe the government went for them, you know?”

“They are going after these protesters, they are looking at the [viral protest] videos and they are going after them, to their houses, they take them out at night, and they kill them. With no justification,” he added.

As Breitbart has reported this week, the Communist regime has indeed been absolutely brutal in its repression of protests, including firing into crowds, public beatings, and visiting suspected protesters at their homes and shooting them in front of their families.

As for what comes next, Valladares said he would keep broadcasting and trying to find a way around the jamming. He said that, while he recognized many Americans would normally be rightly against the government getting involved in a foreign civil war, such a thing generally involves two armed sides fighting, which he said wasn’t representative of the situation in Cuba. With the population totally disarmed, the protests were characterized by citizens with stones against soldiers with guns, he said, and the Cuban people needed help.

He called for aid from the United States and NATO, saying: “The government of Cuba is massacring the people who do not have weapons. Nobody in Cuba has weapons. Fidel Castro took the weapons in 1961. Anyone with a weapon has been put in jail.”

There are people who rent houses and those who buy them. Some men are like people who are looking for houses to rent. They are just looking for “ladies to rent”. They are not looking for a long-term relationship. They only want a lady who will be there to satisfy their needs for the meantime.

Some people who are financial buoyant can buy a house. Such people are not looking for houses to rent. Likewise, there are men who are looking for women to marry and not ‘rent’.  

If your man falls into the first category i.e. the "apartment renter", he will lose interest in you very fast because he is just renting your “space”. When he is done with you, he will move on to other available “spaces”.

This one will sting, so get ready ladies!

Some men are achievers. They are gunning for the top of their profession. They are professionally certified or reading to get certified. And you are there sitting down with your Diploma, HND or Bachelor’s degree. You are satisfied with where you are. You have no plans to move forward in your professional career. You are done with education!.
 
Perhaps, he has even advised you on several occasions to up your game, but you are just comfortable with whom you are and where you are. 
Hmmm! This is a recipe for your man to lose interest in you very fast.

3. The dude has his eyes on a new “hottie”

Remember the apartment rental I mentioned above, most of them don’t stop renting. They will go to other fine places to look for newly built modern houses that are modern. 

Some guys are like that too. They are constantly searching for slaying ladies in their office, entertainment places, school, etc. Whenever they get a new lady, they lose interest in you very fast. 

The truth is, men are fired up with the thrill of a new chase. He will stay with you for as long as there is no other option in sight. But as soon as a new opportunity arrives, you become an old story.

4. You are not a “ride or die”
“
A ride or die” means you are a liability and not an asset to your man. Your man will evaluate your value based on what you bring to the table. He will consider the value you are adding to his life and goals. 

If instead of improving his life, you made it bitter; you are not adding value to his life. 

If he feels that you are not beneficial to his life and his dreams, he will pack his bags mentally and follow suit physically in no time. 

5. He has eaten the forbidden fruit


Call it old school or something else, I still believe in no sex till after marriage. 

When there is nothing to look forward to in a relationship, it is boring. 

When, instead of keeping yourself, you freely give yourself to your man for as many time and he wants, it will be boring. It is a matter of time, it will park up. 

6. You turn him to your ATM


This is common. In fact, most ladies go into relationships because they need someone to take care of their financial needs. 
Once a man comes into your life, you automatically become his responsibility. You want him to be responsible for your daily upkeep, your pocket money, your recharge cards, your school fees, etc.

This is the reason you see many young and upwardly mobile men running away from dating relationships. They can’t cope because of incessant demands from ladies who have turned them into an ATM.

It is time to wake up and start doing the right thing.

Cervical Cancer and lack of information in Nigeria
On September 2021, we learnt that our mother was ill. She had been bleeding for over 5 months and had resigned herself to simply wearing her pads at all times. Being a very religious woman, perhaps she strongly identified with the woman with the issue of blood on the Bible. All I know is that she was always prayerful. She also had other health issues and perhaps simply chalked it up to another thinking she had to live with. It was on a visit to the hospital for a leg sprain that she finally told the doctor about her nonstop "period". After series of test, a surgery was carried out immediately. The bleeding stopped. For a few weeks, it looked like the worse was over. That was until she stated complaining about pelvic pains and spinal pains. In the end, it was ascertained that she had cervical cancer late stage and it had spread out to other regions. Despite the treatment and faith, she died two months later.
Between September and November, I learnt more about cervical cancer than I had ever cared for before in my life. You see, like a typical young lady, it didn't cross my radar until it affected someone close to me. Currently, there's a free screening for cervical cancer being carried out in strategic locations in Lagos by the 100k club in collaboration with some medical bodies and organisations. Over 30 positive late stage cases had been detected. These are over 30 cases that could have been prevented if early diagnosed and treated. The sad thing about cervical cancer is that it is very treatable if detected early with little to no effect on fertility. If not detected early, the treatment options might affect fertility and if at the last stage, is fatal.
Until last year, I never knew that there were actually vaccines for cervical cancer. Two in fact are very popular, the cervarix and the Gardasil vaccines are both administered to prevent HPV virus which is what causes cervical cancer. I bet you could stop ten people on the street and only one of them might know this. That shows how much sensitisation and awareness needs to be created about this. These vaccines are administered to children as young as two in developed countries. You can even get some in your pharmacy if you reside in the developed world. The good news is that you can still get the vaccine as an adult if you are less than 40 years old.
I wish I had learnt all these earlier in 2021. Maybe Mom would still be here.

Humans as a collective can't deal with the fact that even with our so called higher intelligence, it may be possible we are here for nothing. We can't wrap our heads round the fact that life may be meaningless. That our life as humans equates with that of any other living thing.

My first encounter with near-death experiences was in a book that I read back in the early 1980s which belonged to my father. Since then, I've read more books and watched videos and documentaries on this.

There are other dimensions than this physical planet. We are made up of atoms and everything is in a state of different states of vibration or energy!

Near-death experiences are real and many people who were certified dead in hospitals, reported floating out of their physical bodies and accurately described what happened in the operating rooms and other places. They (souls) could pass through solid objects, see and hear people but the doctors, nurses and relatives could NOT see or hear them. I personally think the topic itself is flawed. Being treated "bad" in old age is not restricted to men. In fact, more women actually suffer this than men. Go to any village - ANY village at all - and check for yourself. I think the reason for the false impression that men suffer it more is because of our society in this part of the world - men are identified with power, so when the frailty that comes with old age starts,

We're simply not wired like that. So yes, we know madam is probably living it up with the kids, but it's ok, she's welcome to it. So yes - if you are a man, by all means treat your loved ones well, but don't make the mistake of expecting to rely on them in old age. Make plans for yourself, and live out your years in comfort.

A suspected car thief has been arrested, thanks to a DNA sample taken from blood found inside a mosquito.

Finding the car in Seinaejoki, north of Helsinki, police saw that the mosquito had recently sucked blood and decided to send the insect for analysis.

The DNA found from laboratory tests matched a man on the police register.

The suspect was tracked and arrested.

He denies stealing the car and says he was just hitch-hiking a lift with a man driving.

The car was stolen in June in the town of Lapua, some 380km (235 miles) north of the Finnish capital, the AFP news agency reports.

It was recovered several weeks later in Seinaejoki, about 25km from where it disappeared.

UK to stop issuance of Golden Visa in a move against money laundering.

The British Government has concluded plans to discontinue the issuance of golden visas within a couple of weeks in a move spurred by the planned Russian invasion of Ukraine which has led to renewed calls for tough actions against illicit funds flooding the United Kingdom (UK).

A Golden Visa refers to a citizenship by investment or residency by investment programme which is directed at foreign nationals who want to acquire residency in a certain country by investing a substantial amount of money or by purchasing a property.

This Tier-1 investor visa route has up until now attracted wealthy Russian and different worldwide traders, who have taken advantage of the opportunity granted by the scheme to resettle in the UK.


According to a report by Financial Times, this visa scheme has been under intense scrutiny since the relations between the UK and Russia deteriorated after the poisoning of former Russian agent Sergei Skripal in Salisbury in 2018.

Review of the scheme

The UK government in 2015, tightened up its criteria which allows individuals with a minimum of £2 million to spend to qualify for the Golden Visa by insisting on checks to know how these candidates got their funds. It is reported that since 2019, the individuals are expected to have proof of a UK checking account.


However, allies of house secretary, Priti Patel stated she was eager to bring to an end the Golden Visa scheme due to beliefs that the system might be exploited by the laundering of illicit funds. Authorities officers confirmed plans had been being drawn as much as scrap the visas inside weeks.

A £2 million investment allows an application within 5 years, while it is reduced to 3 years with a £5 million or 2 years with a £10 million investment.

The UK Home Office said it had already reformed the scheme to ensure it is not used to facilitate corruption, and did not rule out further changes.
