August mama here... welcomed my baby boy on Thursday 9 August via VD without tear.. he weighed 3.3kg at birth...

I must say that God indeed does answer prayers, I had a VERY smooth delivery. .. labour and delivery didn't last long and I had no tear.. was up and about barely after delivery. .. I give God all the praise..

I wish other mamas safer delivery. . lots of love

Good evening doc, my wife is three month pregnant she is having headache and back pain. pls what to do next

Those are symptoms of pregnancy. If it is too severe, she can take paracetamol, however, this has to be approved by her doctor.
I, personally battled with headache around that time too and even if you take drugs today, it might still come back tomorrow.
She can place ice park or hot towel on her forehead for some relief.

Sadly, the issue of back pain usually gets worse as one progresses into the pregnancy. You can help with massaging her back (not belly o).
By the way, I'm not a doctor but just trying to help out.

Mama I think its best you speak to your doctor before repeating any medication. Sometimes the symptoms take time to clear even after medication.

good morning mama,pls I need help to suppress my painful and engrossed breast,I think nature is just trying to remind me the loss of my baby

I used towel soaked in hot water (not very hot please) to gently massage mine. That was usually in the morning and at night when I was given the omugwo hot water bath. I noticed that it was very effective in melting the milk in the breast and relieving me of the heaviness.

Then when the milk started flowing, I made sure I wore my bra with a little tissue paper covering my nipples (didn't make provision for breast pad since baby came premature). But I was always changing it to stop the breast milk from flowing.

I think the milk dried up in 3 days and my boobs started returning back to normal size.
