You are not be fair on the couple.

First of all the teenage girl is not the husbands niece but the daughter of a village neighbour, they are not related. Then why will you force a struggling couple who is nursing her own baby (and working at the same time) to take care of another person's baby?
Where I blamed the couple is not involving the girls family or reporting to relevant authorities that a baby had been abandoned in their care.

The said they reported to the police, but I doubt the police has the facilities to cater for abandoned babies.

Didn't you hear her family members confirming her mental challenges and saying that the she is being treated?

Is the family member that pronounced her mentally challenged a psychiatrist? How did he arrive at the diagnosis? And what treatment did he prescribe? Furthermore what is her relationship with the said family member?

If Precious says she wants to visit , won't the host be informed to make themselves available to receive her on the appointed date?

So every time Precious wants to see her 3 sons that she birthed, she will have to always infirm the host to book an appointment? Should the host and her not have a custody sharing arrangement since the children belongs to them both equally?

Precious Chikwendu was caught in adultrous acts with a Naval Officer, she ran away from her home and started posting videos on the social media showing a family altercations (no actual physical assault) to claim that she was being beaten, she also said FFK was sleeping with the housemaid curiously a month later she said the same FFK is impotent!, FFK hates Igbo, FFK doesn't pay the house workers well, one of the children has COVID-19, She also raised the wrong allegation that there was a wound on the forehead of the son (the video of the children released the following day disproved such spurious allegations) , Precious later released a video where she was crying that she was being prevented from seeing her children.
In all of these, what exactly do you think she hopes to achieve?

All these are irrelevant to the matter at hand. The issue at hand is shared custody between the parents of 3 children. They were not married, so if the relationship breaks down, either party can phuck whosoever they like. After all FFK had Phucked other women, even while he was legally married.

Now, in this age of social media as you said what do you think the people on social media will do for her?

It's because of social media that you and I are arguing about it. With eyes on the case the judge and the judiciary will be a bit more careful

She was NOT legally married to FFK so she lacks the legal capacity to sue him for divorce or make claims for financial settlement.

Not practicable to abandon the baby in the hospital. If the baby died in the hospital, the couple would still be liable.

Now compare it to the couple's story and you will realize the teenage mother is not telling the whole truth.

She abandoned the baby with the couple and wanted to force them to adopt it. The couple on the otherhand failed to feed and care for the baby and left it to starve to death.

But she went to the police after the baby dues despite how the police work. Stop defending the wayward teen. It is a case of unwanted pregnancy. The teenage mother abandoned the baby with the couple and the couple neglected to feed the baby. If the couple actually kidnapped the 6 month baby, I am sure the mother would not keep quiet. She would screem, make noise and fight to have her baby back. She even abandoned the baby when it was just a few days old. Which sane mother does that?
The girl would have involved her family and police if actually her baby was held hostage. But if was after the baby died that she decided to cash in on the situation and started claiming hostage. The teenage mother just want to cash out.

In the US women have the upper hand. If your wife or girlfriend just file a police report that you physically assaulted her, that alone can get you questioned by the police. If the lady has any bruise on her body even if she cause the injury herself, that can get you jail time.

She was not denied access to her children, but in the said letter, the lawyer wrote that they will have to confer with their client before they can schedule a time for her to see her children. Is that not double speak?

The Olu of Warri honoured my community - Ureju, by inviting us to the palace and raising our flag at the palace gate. It was a huge event with dignitaries invited from all over the state and indeed the country. It's was a very colourful and entertaining event.

Mothers that lose their children to the foster system are either deemed to be unfit to care for children or they willingly give out their children for adoption.

She is not asking for child support as the children are not in her custody. She is only asking to spend time with her very young children. In saner climes, custody will be shared between the parents, but in Nigeria where money is might, the richer parent can deny the poorer one any access to their children.

All my life is being full of mistakes and errows which can never be corrected..

trying to help others really made me to loose everything i have... I'm currently a nobody, i've lost whatever i have before and now i'm living a lost life..

Get a hobby, a job or something you enjoy doing. As they say the mind abhors a vacuum. If you mind is not occupied with something positive and productive, it will be filled with negativity and destructive tendencies.

Go out more, meet people with similar interests and hobbies. I wouod have said get a girlfriend, but that can exasperate your problems with the demands of Nigerians girls and with the possibility of a heart break.

Not just legal document. Only court marriage secures the rights of women and children in a marriage. With a marriage certificate, relatives of deceased husbands cannot just come and appropriate the properties of their brother.

Also the widow and their children cannot be driven out of their matrimonial home, which is quite common under marriages conducted under native law.
