Any geologists in the house know how salt finds its way into that lake at Okposi? ![]() |
Tranquil pic of Uwana beach...Afikpo and Okposi salt lake. These type of places should be used to promote tourism in the state. See how clean and clear the waters look!

Pic of Nkalagu cement Factory, 1959-60. Notice the steam train waiting to evacuate cement to the ports and the rest of Nigeria? Just imagine...a train in Nkalagu, present day Ebonyi state! Just shows you how we've retrogressed as a people since the 60s! ![]()

Kahujadekadura:Bros, just ignore all the fools on here! The ones on here that are actually Igbo and abusing Mazi Kanu don't have the wider interest of their people at heart, rather their intentions are a bit more self-centred as they think only of the elections and Atiku/Obi winning! They know within their hearts that even if Atiku/Obi manage to overcome the rigging machine the APC have placed before them and emerge eventual winners on the day, that nothing will change in relation to Ndigbo and their place in this cursed country! Is anyone actually thinking that Atiku (even if he genuinely wants to) can see to the restructuring of the Nigerian polity in such a way that each region/state/ethnicity will be in control of their destiny (which is what the Biafran agitation is all about), and be free to use their resources as they deem fit, only paying a tax or remitting 50% proceeds to the centre? |
discusant:You know this...i know this...but i wonder why Agbaje doesn't know it! It will take nothing short of a miracle to wrest Nigeria from the firm grip of the ethnic-religious entrenched interests holding it to ransom! |
Realist2:Word! ![]() |
obicentlis:For where!? For this Nigeria!? It's those that still believe in Nigeria and say we should try to change things via the ballot box that would be surprised, frustrated and angry! Me, i've given up on Nigeria about a year ago...nothing surprises me anymore! ![]() |
cucumbae:Because our politicians in the south (not including the efulefu southerners rooting for Buhari/APC) are so daft and gullible! They actually think they can beat APC fair-and-square at the polling booth, not knowing that the devilish and sneaky APC have started rigging even before the voting begins! I would imagine that as PVC collection is going on relatively smoothly in the core north...even as Nigeriens, Chadians and underage kids line up to get handed PVCs with ease; down south, it's a different kettle of fish entirely as possibly up to 30% of the over-sabi and gullible electorate (a conservative estimate) would have been disenfranchised using a myriad number of tricks! ![]() |
sotall:It's all part of the grand rigging plan! The OP should just forget collecting his PVC as it's either been handed over to some APC politician by compromised INEC staff, or they've gathered some of the PVCs they think may vote for PDP/Atiku (those with southern or Igbo names) and chucked them in the dustbin! ![]() |
globemoney01:Given the wicked treatment Buhari has dished out on Ndigbo since becoming president, if Obiano is asking Ndigbo to vote for this very same bigot based solely on emotions he may have expressed, then he (Obiano) is more daft and gullible than i actually gave him credit for! |
abduljabbar4:We can understand why Benue people no wan hear anything Buhari or APC! Care to tell us why Bornu people (that have never had it so bad to the extent their governor was shedding tears recently) would reject Atiku? |
jchioma:And the ones they can't use to rig for Buhari (because they're located in 'unfriendly' regions/states) they burn! ![]() |
Glorymax:Spot on at the bolded! I've always posited that our useless and subservient elite is a big part of our problem in Alaigbo! It beggars belief that there are Ndigbo in APC still shouting 'next-level' and 'sai-Buhari' when this gross injustice is going on! I hope neutrals can see why calling these bastards 'efulefu' is justified? The subjugation and marginalisation of Ndigbo has been elevated to party policy under this evil Buhari/APC regime! |
JFT24:Care to point out the FIVE? |
majamajic:That's like rubbing salt into injury and telling you, 'you're third-class Nigerians...do your worst'! ![]() |
ollah2:Shut up! You guys champion federal character when it suits you, and ignore it when it suits you! There are 6 geo-political zones, so commonsense and strict adherence to federal character dictates there should be at least 6 Igbo names on that list....possibly even more, if they were fair and considered those states in the south-south like Rivers and Delta that have Igboid groups! |
wise2odd:Noticed that as well! Southerners, na who do una this thing!? Of course, some southerners who consider themselves slaves to the northern muslim oligarchy would see nothing wrong with this pathetic and lopsided list! |
I don't care for traditional Igbo haters that insult Mazi Kanu on here, but any free-born Igbo that joins them to insult Mazi Kanu should take up the gauntlet...walk their talk, and show us their own alternative way! Any Igbo that actually thinks getting rid of that evil man Buhari, and replacing him with Atiku would see to the emancipation of the Igbo race in Nigeria and lead to us competing with the likes of Singapore, Japan and Dubai in the next 4 to 8 years....such a naive person has another think coming! |
Dpharisee:I knew that already! See conc' Igbo haters all over this thread with their vaseline, wanking themselves senseless! They were hoping most Igbos will stick to Mazi Kanus' no-vote directive so as to limit Atikus votes in the south-east! Now most Igbos are saying they'll ignore the directive, these scum are furious and are trying to bait us with insults! I still believe Ndigbo have no place in Nigeria, and that Biafra is a better option, but i believe getting rid of Buhari is the immediate issue that confronts us! Though i have to admit, it's fun seeing the surprised, then disappointed look on these bigots faces as they see us doing the exact opposite of what they had been praying for! ![]() |
There's a special place in hell waiting for any Igbo efulefu championing the return of that bigot for a 2nd term! |
MyVILLAGEpeople:Only fair it should be the first wife, Titi! |
Princedapace:There's dislike on all sides, but the difference i see between Ndigbo and Yoruba is that while the Igbos mostly do theirs on social media, the Yoruba on the other hand have a lot of their elite showing their own dislike out in the open! Besides the ones you mentioned, i can recall the Oba of Lagos and one Yoruba doctor in the USA also making wicked remarks about Igbos. And rewinding further back, you have the actions and words of Awo during the uncivil war; the rant by Akintola against Ndigbo (i think there's a youtube video on it); and the actions and words of black scorpion during the uncivil war in which he basically insinuated that Igbos were no better than animals to be wasted at will! I've come to realise that this country just cannot contain the three major tribes, and this is one of the main reasons i want separation....to have my people live their lives in a country devoid of the Yoruba and Hausa-Fulani elite! Don't get me wrong....the average Yoruba (sadly, not fulani....their own wahala even percolates down to their masses on the street) can get visas and come visit or live and work in our new country that would emerge! I just don't want them in a position to make decisions that would affect Igbo interests! I don't hate anyone....it's just a survival thing! ![]() |
I think the whole thing is being done in a hurry just so they have something to show that APC/Buhari has benefited the south-west! |
I'll pay good money to help him carry his file of certificates! When no one's looking i'll open it and take a quick peek! |
Hundreddegrees:I've been wondering where his wife went to during this critical period of campaigns! Atikus' wives are seriously campaigning for him and by his side for some events! |
Newznow:Hehehehe ![]() LOL@ Buhari the lifeless! He's been given a tag, kinda like Alexander the great! ![]() |
EazyMoh:Mumu! You've not made any point! APC and Buhari have realised Atiku would 'divide northern votes', and this is why they're going down the unorthodox route to ensure they win! |
tuoyoojo:Buhari is just as corrupt as the corrupt people he surrounds himself with! He may not have a hankering for acquiring much material wealth....or so it seems, but corruption is much more than just using your position in and around the corridors of power to acquire ill-gotten wealth! Buhari is quite adept at pretending to be holier-than-thou, while wearing a fake halo over his head! ![]() |
Heffalump:You think they've not realised this? This is why they're going all out...hammer-and-tongs, to make sure their brother Buhari wins by hook or crook! ![]() |
