Democrat want to impeach trump not because their economy is better and bigger but because he is republican and going by polls, he might win next election.
In politics, your party is your first family anywhere in the world. Its the duty of the opposition to let Nigerians know the inappropriate bill sent to both chambers so that we the citizen can go to twitter or take to the streets to say no.
Death penalty for hate speech will never see the light of the day.
So nothing like rubber stamp or puppet senate president.
Canada ruling party lost majority in house which is a great setback for the ruling party.

So let criticized wisely, critically and technically so that the corrupt politicians can take the electorates and Nigerian youths serious.
This topic is above your intellect.
You should have stayed away.
Now it makes you look dumb.

Fake News is dangerous. There is alot of fake news in America yet its coming from the government itself by Jewish mafias that employs black characters. There is more corruption coming from outside of Africa than within.

Wake up out your slumber
You lost all credibility by quoting a dullard as your source.
I bet you don't even know the meaning of fake news.

Maybe because our legal system is flawed. You know in saner climes, she would probably win because I still cannot see what school rule she disobeyed here looking at the circumstances. What happens to all d millions being spent so far by the parents so far to get her to that level. I am not trying to exonorate the girl for her stupidity but at the same time expelling her was too harsh on her. She is an adult and there are better ways to punish her since the act didn't happen within the school's jurisdiction.
Even in saner climes as you stated, she has to prove that she was discriminated against.
That every other group would have been forgiven but she was specifically targeted by Babcock.

She might ask the court to declare Babcock's action as illegal. This is a tall order because the courts
would consider the implication of voiding institutional rules or discretion when unlawful victimization is not involved.

Cultism and exam malpractice differ from a consensual private act whose morality is subjective and which is certainly not a criminal act.

The babe is guilty of being idiot despite the expensive schooling and home training.
She wasn't expelled for a private act.

Let us not pretend that we don't know why the school expelled the girl.
It has nothing to do with any crime.

Stealing is a crime...
Is consensual sex a crime??
It makes no difference.
The alleged thief was not convicted by a law court so he isn't
really a thief and should not have been expelled.

The expelled thief and this public tape girl were expelled for exactly
the same reason. It has nothing to do with any crime.

Akiika:
The girl should go to court! What she does on her private time is her business, she is an adult in the University for crying out loud. She is the victim here for crying out loud, she didn't release the sex video. She is in the school to be trained on a profession not to be policed for subjective morals. Can we stop this hypocrisy and stop judging the girl for doing what majority of you do? Sex is enjoyable and she is entitled to go get what she enjoys.
If a supposed institution of learning is acting this irrationally, then i have given up on Nigeria.
Actually, this is no longer her private business.
It was private before the leak not after.

I believe that private businesses are free to set whatever rules they want for admittance.
Those who don't like it should stay away and remain free.
EducationRe: Babcock University Reacts To Sex Video Of Expelled Students That Leaked Online by Xisnin(m): 8:20pm On Nov 20, 2019
Rumxy:
I think a good lawyer can win this case in the girl's favour. The school's rules and regulation begins and ends within the school environment or any other place within the school's jurisdiction. Do they know how many students in such religious schools that book hotel rooms in nearby towns just to have sex during breaks before going to their respective homes? This is a consensual sex outside the campus during school holidays, that it was made public doesn't make it a crime. Proper counselling or at most suspension would have sufficed.

Hypocrisy will kill us in this country.
She can never win the case!
At least she is not returning to that school ever!

This isn't some hypothetical scenario for you to judge,
many have tried and failed.

The court does not believe in forcing private businesses to accept patrons who break their rules.
Even in clear case of discrimination, this one isn't even close, the best the victim
can get is some compensation for their legal troubles.

Technically, it is publicity that makes someone a criminal.
If no one knows, then the culprits will retain their integrity.

You are contradicting yourself in an attempt to sound smart.
Is the problem primarily a financial one or is it an image issue?

Any observant Nigerian already knows that the party name does not matter.
It is force followed by money.

Voters will vote the devil if he can outspend his challenger. Victory is all but
guaranteed if he can combine spending with force.

It seems the SS is moving on, performance is now the key. If you don't perform then the people will vote for the better candidate regardless of the party.
This is a lie that has been repeated many times. Are you not a Nigerian?

Most voters don't care about performance, those who do hardly votes.
A party usually lost when it abandons its zoning formula.

Even if the people don't want a candidate, the thugs or the police will take care of such a person.

PDP would still be in power if GEJ didn't contest in 2015.
PDP wouldn't have lost if Dickson followed the zoning arrangement.
BusinessRe: Jumia Shuts Down Operations In Cameroon by Xisnin(m): 10:01am On Nov 20, 2019
TGM2015:
I think they should closed down.

Majority of the products on Jumia are fake or substandard with high prices. There are more fraudulent sellers that deceive (scammed) intending buyers with good product pictures but deliver unexpecting/fake/low quality products. The worst is that Jumia by their policies protect these set of Sellers, unfortunately, these set of sellers are in the majority on the platform.

Driving market share (growth) without prioritising customers' satisfaction and protecting customers' interests cum scamming one employees with (job insecurity) less than a year employment, will definitely see the company out of operations. They will continue to lose as much more customers they are gaining everyday. So profit will not be growing and eventually they will be out of the market.

Seriously, if not for our indifferent/tolerant attitude as Nigerian to people (govt, employers, recruiters, individuals, etc) who are oppressing us; Jumia should have not only suspended but closed their operations in Nigeria with the level of deceptive selling strategies adopted by majority of her sellers.

As for me, their app is only good for checking product prices, most especially technology (phones and computers) related products.
Stop trying to destroy African business.
It is standard procedure to display shiny articles on online store.
I would have taken you seriously if you bought a product that refuses to work.

"It didn't look like it was in picture" only shows that you are a newbie to internet shopping.

Amazon, Alibaba and the rest all features sellers that display items that may look different
when delivered and even some that don't work.
Yes, there are many overpriced items too.

Don't hate local content!

Even GEJ voted for Lyon.

Many Nigeria governors are not that smart when choosing successors.
Imposition almost never ever works from Okorocha to Amosun to Fayose.

But time will tell if APC can survive the court case against its deputy.

oz4real83:
This is another bill to protect their loot and cover their corrupt tendencies. They want to be judges in their own case. They are gradually deviating from legislating to executing and managing projects which are the core duties of the executive arm of govt. That is why they are also proposing the anti-social media bill which will make people keep quiet even in the midst of obvious corruption.
They are not covering any corrupt practices.
Before now, ministries are in charge of awarding projects under the constituency projects
so you can accuse any senator of corruption in that regard.

If this new bill is passed, the senate can be accused of corruption since they will now be in charge
of awarding and executing the projects.

Before you reply, receiving salary and allowance is not "corruption" even if you think it is too high.
