I think a good lawyer can win this case in the girl's favour. The school's rules and regulation begins and ends within the school environment or any other place within the school's jurisdiction. Do they know how many students in such religious schools that book hotel rooms in nearby towns just to have sex during breaks before going to their respective homes? This is a consensual sex outside the campus during school holidays, that it was made public doesn't make it a crime. Proper counselling or at most suspension would have sufficed.

There are more fraudulent sellers that deceive (scammed) intending buyers with good product pictures but deliver unexpecting/fake/low quality products.
