At a time we had to ban the harvesters from our farms coz we no wan make person go fall and die wey police go con dey ask questions. It surprised me to see them climbing those very tall trees all bcoz of ordinary leaves. I know it's business but it doesn't worth it coz some of them used to fall which normally led to death or becoming handicap.

He needs not consent, you cant force anyone to be or remain married to you. The court only needs to hear one of the parties lament about not wanting to be in the union and determine that it has indeed broken beyond repair to dissolve it. In this case, it is clear he is just being vindictive. It is not by force to partake in a religious rite. So it's easy pixie.

what I'm saying is only the High court has the power to dissolve a legal union. I may be wrong though.

The traditional marriage where you only pay bride price without going to registry is the one customary court have power to dissolve without the consent of both parties.

If they are legally married I doubt the customary court have the power to dissolve the union without the man's consent.

Nigerian election is really getting better, only the kids who're voting for the first time wont know this, how many have seen where thugs cut off presiding officer's hand, how many of you have seen where they're using palm fruits for mass thumb printing.

In this election you saw how easy it was to detect over voting, accredited voters over 20k and number of voters won by a party was over 100k. In the past it could have been 500k and would be counted.

Thugs would come from nowhere, emptied the ballot box, replaced it with their own and would help voters to count the content and announced the winner.
On election days we left very early to vote and come back home then tuned on the radio or the tv.

I've also supervised some polling units as a police officer........ I can tell you guys there's improvement don't pour your emotion into everything.
