We have studied everything about the transformation of Dubai and we will put our knowledge in practical and transform Nigeria to Dubai in no distant time
😃 😃 if you've been to Dubai you'll know we don't have the leaders that can ever transform Nigeria to Dubai.I'm someone who doesn't like to curse but I didn't know when I started doing that( to our politicians) in my first visit to Dubai(that's about 12yrs ago). The politicians here don't really care about the state of the nation but power and more money.
PoliticsWho's Really Counting The "Decampees" by Xpol(op):
Politics is full of wayo and magomago.

Yesterday: "4,500 people decamp from LP to ANPP or <<<."

Today: "150,000 decamp from PDP to APC or <<<."

So who's counting the people as in they'll ask them to line up and count 1,2,3,........ to 150,000 right?
and many people believe all these and even be insulting one another coz of it.

Modified.by this "<<<" I mean "the opposite" or "vice versa".

I hate how Nigerians drag religion into everything, campaign for your candidate with facts and figures, base on his experience and ideology, tell people why you think he's the best man for the job.

In doing these you'll win more people to your side.

A pastor as the VP, tell me what different he's been making.

Muslim/Muslim, Christian/Christian or mixed ticket adds no value to the economy. *Bishop/pastor ticket won't stop terrorist from killing people(Christians to be specific)
Religion has done more harm to Nigerians/Nigeria.

It's in Nigerian you'll hear people declaring fasting and Prayer to end terrorism , to end corona virus.

None of all these politicians are "genuinely genuine", to be honest with you they don't have your interest at heart,

They only tell you what you like to hear during campaign to earn your vote...

OBVIOUSLY THEIR ABROAD COUNTRY DOESN'T PERMIT DUAL CITIZENSHIP THAT'S WHY THEY HAD TO RENOUNCE NIGERIA

UNTIL YOU GO LIVE ABROAD THEN YOU WILL UNDERSTAND THAT NIGERIA IS A NICE COUNTRY WITH THE WAY YOU START SEEING THE WHITE PEOPLE FIGHTING TO GET THE NIGERIAN VISA TO COME TO NIGERIA

WHAT YOU NIGERIANS DON'T KNOW IS THAT THE NIGERIAN VISA IS ONE OF THE MOST DIFFICULT VISAS TO GET IN THE WORLD

HOW MANY OF YOU HAVE SEEN THE NIGERIAN VISA AND HOW SOPHISTICATED IT LOOKS?
yes you're right on this, on two occasions I've heard it from passengers next to me. You need to see the joy in their face for being issued a naija visa.
I was like which "yeye" visa these ones dey happy for, they explained how difficult it was getting a Naija visa.
Even after they'd lived and worked in nigeria,to get a renewal was still difficult.

How do men marry wives who don't listen sef? It beats me. Bro you're the husband, you spent money to marry your wife, she has to listen to your opinion. Which one be insecure? You say you no like something, she has to stop it whether she likes it or not.
All these things were evident when y'all were dating but love blind you, but it is what it is, stamp your authority on that household, you're the boss in that house, simple and short.
hmm women are not always like that. I'm sorry to say this>> sometimes you won't understand and keep asking yourself "is this woman ok?" When you say your own they mostly say their own.
A man who can't control himself will always beat his wife.

I think it one of tomato disease...I always see it in my farm, at least one in two thousand stand. Nothing you can do about this stand, just remove it.
ok thanks bro.
AgricultureRe: Step By Step Improve Way Of Cultivating TOMATOES by Xpol: 5:03am On Jan 03, 2023
Farmerakinloye6:
Mistake that can cost you your farm: 1 fertilizer; know dosage, when and how to apply it. If you do mistake, your TOMATO will die. 2. Manure, if you do not allow your poultry littter, pig, cow e.g to compost and you use it fresh, your TOMATO will die. 3. Insecticide, if high dosage is use especially on young tomato, the result will be devastating. 4. Namatode, if you don't know history or you are using the farm land for the first time to cultivate TOMATO,it make sense to treat the soil. Have heard someone said "he lost 6000 stand to namatode." 5. Seedlings tray, after you sow seed inside seedlings tray spread them on soil (if the soil is fertile, your seedlings will thank you), if you spread them on concrete they will be dying/cripple one after other maybe 10-15days, because there root has shoot out and could not penetrate to search for nutrient/food.
Always look before you leap...more loading....TOMATO Farmer pls add your own and let make Nigeria Great!!
please what causes this problem

TravelRe: My Life As A 29-Year-Old Nigerian In Accra, Ghana by Xpol:
SUFFERInSMILIIN:
Because of the high level of Crime of Nigerian citizen it is very difficult to invest even in famine and other businesses in the village because you need to go through the Investment promotion council and gipc which is half a million u.s. dollar up-front. This figure was put in place so that Nigerians do not just come to Ghana and stop committing a horrible crime voting for criminals supporting criminals and wanting a criminal to lead them in a foreign man's land
lol, so you mean if you rent land and start farming Government will come for you because you don’t half half a million dollar? All these things are just formalities on paper holding ground a little on their major markets I can categorically tell you that the main reason it was enforced then was bcoz of the election which their president was trying to win. At that time re-election wasn’t sure for him and he didn’t want the opposition to use that against him. So when the union started agitation and demanded that Government must enforce the law, and after months of agitation they noticed that the Government wasn’t ready, they took the law into their hands and started locking Nigerians shops. The IGP gave direction for the perpetrators to be arrested and locked up and that the shops to be reopened with immediate effect. With continued pressure and as a typical African politician the president didn’t want it to appear as if he didn’t consider his citizens first before the foreigners and with the election approaching so he yielded, You can see that in how he struggled to win the election. I have businesses in the city of Accra so do many Nigerians and throughout that time there wasn’t any problem except those In Circle market and their spare parts market, Abossu okai ( I’m not sure I got the spellings correct ) and Mokola market(which they opened back in less than a month)

Hws Ghana in terms of business
It depends on the type of business you want to do, but the cost of settling up business is like times 3 of naija, Accommodation too is more expensive, profit margin can also be times 2-3 of naija.
If your business will require renting a shop/office apartment, that’s also more expenses. My advice is if you really love to invest in Ghana don’t stay in Accra, go to one of the villages and invest in FARMING, with this I can assure you that you’ll never regret it. BUT do your homework and plan well before starting.
TravelRe: My Life As A 29-Year-Old Nigerian In Accra, Ghana by Xpol: 8:11pm On Oct 13, 2022
Ehismarkninetee:
Let me tell you the truth, if you intend to establish a business here. Have it in the back of your mind that there is the possibility that it might not work out. The truth is that Ghanaians nor like to spend the way we Nigerians like to. Also, Ghanaians don’t patronize foreigners over their own people, only if you are married to them, they can patronize you. So my genuine advice is don’t make the mistake of starting a business in Ghana. It’s too risky
This is totally wrong, Base on personal experience Ghanaians love to patronize Nigerians even more than their own fellow Ghanaians. If it’s Handwork, they believe Nigerians know better, if it’s business, they believe Nigerians sell cheaper. One thing we don’t really know is we believe traveling abroad is automatic way to get money but location can be an advantage but doesn’t really determine making it in life. That’s why you see millionaires in the villages while some are struggling to eat two times per day in the cities. Investing in Accra needs close monitoring just like it is even in Nigeria, it’s not advisable to invest in any business you can’t personally manage.

thanks.. About that NOUN University stuff you talked about, I have a few questions..

1) how much is the school fees yearly to study computer science

2) Is the certificate of the school respected and can one get a job with it..

3) I heard their graduates are not allowed to do NYSC, how true is this.

Please any other information you have too would really be appreciated..
for Computer Science budget like 100k for first semester 100level, this should cover application fees plus other expenses. You won’t even finish that 100k . About 56k for second semester.

As for the certificate, is valid as other reputable universities in Nigeria and well recognized abroad especially for further study. Being an open universities lot of People think the certificate is easier to get or the exam will be easy to pass.

The only thing easy in that school is the admission, since you don’t need Jamb or any entrance exam to get admission.

In NOUN , no sorting, you don’t even know who will mark your exam or where it’ll be marked,

From 100 to 200l it’s cbt( computer based test) you know your scores immediately submitting your exam or when the computer automatically logs you out when the time is up. From 300l upward it’s written exam called POP( pen on paper)

On whether you can get a job with the Certificate, no certificate guarantees you employment in this present Nigeria but with a CS degree, once you can equip yourself with necessary skills, the certificate will only be an advantage...

On NYSC. NYSC issues three certificates and all these certificates serve the same purpose, none is superior/inferior to the other(s).
Exemption, Exclusion and Discharge certificates. The one NYSC issues to NOUN students is Exclusion letter, exemption letter is for people who are above 30yrs before graduation.

NOUN students are now cleared and allowed to go for service it’s only the school that are not yet ready to process their students for that but to me that service is a waste of time. If you’re already working and earning good pay you won’t even like going to waste one year serving the Government with that peanut they call allowee or what is it called.

LOL grin this same programming is the same reason I asked the question.. The money I intend to save Na laptop I wan use am buy grin then maybe use any small change wey remain to buy okada give one aboki wey go dey drive dey give me money... My parents have refused to give me money for anything except school fees(which they pay themselves)..

My plan is actually:
After collecting and saving my salary for 3 months on the job which would be at least 120- 180k, I'll use 90k to buy a good laptop then use the remaining to buy materials, udemy courses, data and probably upgrade any upgradable thing In the laptop.. Then I'll continue working till next year, while learning programming..

I no that before I enter school next year, I would have gone really far and also made enough money from the job to start bike business

And moreover, I don't smoke, I don't go out, I don't drink, I don't have friends, Basically I don't have a social life at all that would make me spend money anyhow. So I'll be saving every dime I get.. I also won't be paying for my transport or feeding.
Good plan you have there. With focus and determination you will get there. Average Nigerian parents will never understand or support the idea of learning “one IT skill” online so they won’t release their money for such purpose . Everything they want and know is the traditional method, school school and school cos to them, that’s the surest way of making it, though they’re right but That notion is gradually changing.

If you were 21, extremely broke (zero naira in your account) and just got admission into a University this year to be sponsored by your parents who would only pay your school fees and no feeding money since you'll be going to school from home..

would you rather forfeit the admission for this year, then work at a place where you'll earn 60k a Month for one year, then after the one year, you use some of the money you've saved(500k+)to start up a business that will be running while you go to school next year.. or you'll just accept the admission?
please don’t even think you can save 500k in a year with 60k salary. It’s very easy to say “ if I’m earning so so amount in a year at least I’ll be able to save so so amount “ but in reality, it doesn’t work that way though it’s a good ideal to get a business that’ll be supporting you in school.
Can I advise you? Use that one year to learn a digital skill, preferably programming then Start you degree With NOUN. You can even start the school now and still be having time to learn programming. If you’re a science student Good! Apply for Computer Science or Info Tech. If you have a laptop ,can get a stable source of power and your parents can support you with subscription money, you can check out this site “microverse” they’ll teach you full stack web development, you’ll get more details there.
