Nice research by Dr Isa. How I wish we have many of you guys on NL. In addition to doctor Isa post, the best way to rear snails is to make them feel as if they're in their natural habitat. For instance,if you're a plantain farmer, it would be very easy for you to provide a shelter for your snails. This free roam will also allow them to feed on the fresh plants within the garden. Snail hardly fell sick if they're in their natural home. Also, to prevent the occurrence of disease in your farm, fill your pen with sandy-loam soil that have been thoroughly burnt before filling. WARNING- To all the prospective commercial snail farmers, please don't just jump into the business without adequate research or a consultant. There are still some practical aspect I cannot mention here because you may not get the tactic by a mere reading. Failure to do adequate research or consultation might resulted to unproductive or hinder the development of your snails. |

@op, the phrase "it all boil down to our mindset" make your beautiful write up more interested to me. As regards what 'Naijacutee' said earlier as well as sub-conscious and super-conscious. Talking from experience,there's blessing in the act of giving, and where or who cause these blessings is what I don't know,but honestly I belief it's God or probably as a result of our mindset. Also, I'm quite agree with you that our concious mind or mindset determines what we tend to be in life including our health. Keep them coming bro! |

@Dr. Isa, The unbeatable and other great farmers in the house, please how much is a bag/kilo of corn in the market? @kelvin50, if you have land, 100k should be enough for the production of maize. Let me teach you a simple technique, let assume you're cultivating 2 acres of land. 60k should be enough for clearing and the seeds you will need, buy any good anti- weed chemical and have it spray on your farm, this would surely prevent your crops from being covered by unwanted weeds for the period of planting - harvest. The life circle of maize is range between 2- 4months maximum. Actually,I'm currently into plantain and moringa farming but would surely invested in maize if the prize per bag is reasonable. |

Something I noticed about Chelsea team,they are too comfortable with the ball and lack fighting spirit. Formation is also poor,alone stricker at the front can't help Mouriho in the present EPL and CL. The following formation would have helped them to comfortably defeated Basel; Czech Ivano/Essen. Luiz. Terry. A. Cole. Oscar/Ramires. Mata Lampard/Mikel. Hazzard Etoo/Ba. Torres Shurley,William and others on bench. |

They did the same to the previous set. Just imaging,I've been cleared since march this year,what prevent them while others are sending theirs to the senate before ASUU strike started in June. I called a friend who normally gave me info about the activities at DSA,he said not all dept would be mobilize this Nov,that I should call my faculty for comfirmation. But based on what I heard from part adviser,it's not seems my faculty is going anywhere this Nov o. He said senate never approved any results, that may be they've sent it to NYSC without senate approval,he don't know. |

Aside that,telling they've already sent 2600 names make it unrealiable except those Ogas I called were lying to me. Let wait and see what's going to happen. Besiedes,what's 'Business committee'?
