EnglandAmaka:Peace is what we all wanted in Nigeria, for Fubara to had accepted the deal, he must have seen something ordinary person like you don't see. Nobody forgone a battle that is very well in his favour, let think peace before anything. If he is impeach today, majority of people telling him to fight will move on with their lives in less than a week. Power is transient, he will leave it one day, just like those before him, he should not let Rivers state burn down because of him. Let there be peace please. |
Stop bordering us with the news of this unfortunate people called themselves leaders. He and those before him has been making case since 1970 withiout acting. What exactly is important of this new when we all know nothing good can ever come out of them? Ogun state has one of the best arable lands for agriculture in Nigeria, yet this useless being won't do anything rather than making cases on news outlets. |
FRANCISTOWN:Forever sir, life is so flexible to those who doesn't take it to their hearts. Our minds is actually the causation of our physical being, those who live like a bird are the happiest people on earth. Taking life as a joke doesn't mean you will live like a slowpoke, it is the ability to take things as they are withiout worrying about them. It is the ability to know that the real purpose of life is to live in peace. You are always at peace if you don't take things to your heart. |
Thundafireseun:Ambode is not a coward or dumb as people think, he was rejected not only by godfathers or political heavyweights but by entire party structure, including their foot soliders( Thugs). You don't expect him to fight in such situation because it would amount to nothing. If this governors do not quickly win the hearts of majority of those that matters, especially key party figures, he may eventually lose this battle, especially his second term bid. |
Mrfeel:It shocked me too hate, that Wike of a guy must be very strong or most loved politician in Rivers state. Or maybe they were all forced to resign by incumbent governor. Nigeria politicians normally align with who is currently in power especially if they are already holding offices in his/her government. |
FRANCISTOWN:You take life too serious, which one be she must apologise. Just warn her not to say that again and move on. My wife don't even know the relationship between me and my family because I hardly discuss anything about them with her. She don't know if I give anyone something or not, so stop discussing your family issue with your wife to avoid a situation like this. |
Mhizzard:Majority of guys telling this kind of story are only saying what they are fantasising about. Single women, not to talk of married can't be begging you for sex, the highest they can do is to give you an obvious green light. If a woman really want sex, she will easily get it from men, so why would she be begging you for sex? |
Sirchiboy:Just pray you don't find yourself in such situation. It is very easy for us to judge from distance. There are some that works all their lives but can't make it, so at 40 or 45, you don't tell them to remain single for life just because they are yet to make it. I know someone who was afraid of getting married but now 43yrs old withiout a wife. I also know a guy who married with an average income but now doing very well in UK. Sometimes, being married bring out the best from you because you have bills to pay. It make you focus on your goals and works harder. What I hate most is when you keep giving birth to children you can't cater for. With my little understanding of life, I don't blame anyone again for the position they found themselves. |
10mobile:Redpillers only exist on social medias, those guys forming James bond on Nairaland are the ones spending the most on women. The self acclaims redpillers can go any length to have a woman they truly like. If anyone tell you he doesn't take shits from women, he may be right but just know that he has not met the one he truly wanted or being fantasising about. |
hakeemhakeem:So we still have people who think like me. Nigeria has been rulling by bad leaders at least since 1970. |
sheanzy:I don't expect anything less from you guys, shebi una don dey lament up and down. Only if you started your crypto journey before 2016 that should he talking to me like that. People know me very well on Nairaland and offline, just that I always feel it's a waste of time posting here because you people hardly read withiout insulting. Even if a post doesn't go down well with you, you read, digest and move on. Thank God for those who know my value here and offline. I won't reply any of you again. |
When we tell people that crypto is no longer what it used to be, some mofos will craw out of no where to insult you or call you novice. The era of buy and hold for big profit is gone, all efforts is now concentrated on Bitcoin and margins trading. Even if bitcoin reach $100k, alts would either gain little or depreciate. If you want to trade crypto, do only bitcoin and top 20 coins. Trade probably once a week or 2 weeks, because within this period, market must have taking side. Ico is another aspect you should not ignore. |
Can't this man just do the work and stop explaining to us. |
blackgold2018:Lolz, is like you were very small during Obj era. Reason I don't fancy Tinubu as president, he will eventually Nigeria to almost one party state before 2027. Just be watching. |
blackgold2018:He will probably retire from active politics after his tenure as president. If he fail to do that, another person from his inner circle will wrestle power from him. Besides, Tinubu carries the same mentality as OBJ, a governor can't fight them if they truly has interest in such state. If Tinubu hands are in this River crisis, there is possibility that fubara may be impeach or allow to finish his 4 years before dealing with him. Obaseki was able to defeat Oshiomole because of his presidential backing. Presidency under Buhari don't want Edo to fall in the hands of Tinubu, because it would be very easier for governor to control delegates under him as against party excos that can be easily control by party national chairman. |
SadiqBabaSani:You just know today? Africans hate themselves and development of their land, that is all. Anyway, you"ve used the right words for us "Animals". |
Gunayo:Obi will lose South west, entire North and win probably 50% in South South. He fuvkup big time by not cautioning Obidients family especially their attacks on personality of Tinubu, North and Yoruba race after the election. We are probably stucked with Tinubu because the same issue rasied by this PDP chieftain will definitely play out during PDP primary, and the North won't vote for another southerner who will also have constitutional right to go for second term. Southerner on the other hands won't for another Northerners after just 4 years of Southern president. |
MEEVEET:We are probably stuck with him till 2031. North won't contest against him, because he would easily use Ethnic card to say 8 years for a southerner too. North won't vote for another southerner because, he too will want to use 8 years, and they don't have that patient to wait for 12 years before power return to them. Besides, he has big players to his side plus federal might. |
Siberia01:God bless you sir, this is bitter truth alot of people fail to know. Black man culture is never design to make him progress. The culture of greed and domineering can never make any society progress. A typical black man is evil, envious, self centered, and lack mental capacity to create a modern society. Tell me why the people with functioning brains will intentionally destroyed their homes as a result of greed but takes their fortunes to another man's land to enjoy. Why will someone call himself a leader with all resources under his control but could not build a world class hospital in his country but prefer to use foreign hospitals for his medical checkup. Tell me why an experience Surgion, Doctor, lecturer and many financial experts in their fields will refuse to rescue their country but chose to be second hands values in another man's land. There is even one whose his son represents another country in a game of football, while he keep showing his fake love for his people and home land. Forget about modern equipments or technology being sold to us, black man is cursed, and primitive in his way of thinking. He will never make progress, until he make a U-turn to love his fellow men and country. |
ahnie:There was a time the same sugar you bought was sold 1 kobo, 2 kobo, .........1 naira, 5 naira.......10 naira, etc. Nigeria has been regressing since after civil war in 1970, it is just that unlike today, people produced 80% of what they consume, and they did not depend much on urbanisation. Besides, majority were not educated enough to know the kind of atrocities being perpetrated by these rulers. There were also no efficience mean of communication and social medias like today. Nigeria leaders both past and present dont have brain capacity to rule a modern society. For instance, if you check from 1980 till today, you will discover that price of essential commodities and fuels keep tripled in every regime. Until we end states and deal directly with local governments, Nigeria will remain the same till thy kingdom come. |
What is the purpose of this complain if I may ask. If you don't like how your employer is treating you, the first thing you do is to start looking for another job and leave. You are a man, you should know what is good for yourself, why complaining when you have mental capacity to move to another school or take another job. |
Thought they just started this week. |
@op, those things were bought with an hour wage in UK, and that is the difference. 1 British pound is about 1200 in Nigeria, how many people earned 12,000 per hour in Nigeria? I agreed utility bills and others may be way too higher in UK but unlike here, you get what you paid for. In Nigeria , those on minimum wage cannot live 10% quality life compare to their counterpart abroad. Nigeria/Africa are not only suffering from corruptions, but lack of quality leaders who dont know what to do for the masses. Since second Republic, no Nigeria leaders at all tier of government address the actually needs of the masses. Not that they don't want to do it, they simply lack mental capacity to know what is good for their society. You cant progress as a country wuthiout taking your human resources seriously, and that is the secret of western countries we are all running to now. If Nigerians can comfortably feed themselves with little or free, our problem is 50% solved. For instance, what is the logic in removing fuel subsidy to increase workers salaries? Is that not the same thing? If fuel subsidy is a scam perpetrated by few cabals, and must go, why can't we use the money realised from this to subsidise other sector of the economy(Especially foods) that everyone will benefit instead of increasing salary for a few? |
Fountainofyouth:Well, I see names as a mare personal identity that shouldn't be attribute to tribal identity. What matter most is the meaning of a name. I used to think same way before, until I became more Liberal and understanding. I focus more on the meaning of a name irrespective of the language it being called. If someone is called JOY or MERCY and another one is called AYO or ANU, should we say JOY or MERCY Is bad just because it being called in English? Aside that, English is our second language, and has became part of us. Have you ever seen a Nigerian parents naming their child " chun Chin' or Tiago? This is not a stone age when people were more obsessed with their lineages. People borrow your culture, identity and traditions when you are at advance stages of civilizations. Besides, what is so honourable in accepting or speaking a language but rejected names that comes with it? |
Fountainofyouth:As long as they answer their surname, I don't think you have anything to worry about. For instance, a child can be giving 3 names out of which one will be English or foreign names. There is great advantage in answering a name that will not align to any tribe in Nigeria. I have many friends back them in school, if you don't see their Id cards, you will never know their tribes. |
But why will Nigeria be selling power to other neighbouring countries when we can't boast of uninterrupted 24 hours power supply? Why do we hate ourselves to this extent. |
CandidAdmin:Lolz, he could only do that to those he knew he can beat one on one. You or your sister should've giving him a big slap that he won't forget in a hurry. |
Femmyfamous4u:He just took the right step by publicising the matter, otherwise, the bank will do nothing no matter the evidence he provided before them. |
