In any decision in life, you scale the weight of damages that would be incurred if a particular step is taking. I weighted the options, and I see that divorcing a good woman because of her inability to match his sexual demand is far more damaging, hence my advise to him. I did not specifically asked him to take it, it was just a suggestion since sex is the only reason he wanted to divorce her. As cheap as sex is these days, it doesn't worth being use to throw away his family if he truly love them. From my little experience, women hardly bothered on what you do outside as long as you are a caring and responsible husband and keep it within yourself. I will say it again, divorcing a good woman because of sex is not really a solution. A real man in Nigeria context take a second wife or have a fling outside to keep his family.

There are different approaches to solve every problem in marriage, OP did not talk about love, abusive or any other problems but sex, which is quite different to love.

I only suggested a solution to him since the only reason he wanted to divorce his wife is sex. He is an adult, so it is left for him to take or reject it. Leaving a woman and her children because you want to be free to enjoy yourself seem selfish to me. Besides, he said he won't be marrying another woman, which means he is free to date different women at will, so what differentiate him and those that have side chicks.

As for If i can accept same from my wife, there is different between a wife who doesn't love you again and started cheating and what op is talking about. Since you based your assumption on Love, there is no reason any right thinking man would keep a wife who cheat and doesn't love you anymore.

Having weighted the option, it is fair to say he can temporarily seek for casual sex instead of putting his wife and children in perpetual psychological pains. What is not feasible there? Of course there will be single houses with beautiful compounds for those who can afford it. It would be tagged luxury and quite expensive that only about 10% of entire population will be able to afford it, and you must not have more than one of it.

Besides, what is the needs for proper city planning when it cannot be enforced? Even if it is, will you also compel individuals who cannot afford to build good houses on their land to do so? The reality is that, you can't have good cities with individuals erecting structures here and there, absolutely impossible.

Our self centered and egocentric culture/tradition will never make us progress. A typical black man care not about his fellow man or society but himself alone. For Nigeria to have beautiful and organised cities, the right to build structures or buy land must be remove from individuals. Real Estate or construction companies should be the only organisations mandated by law to do so. Flexible Mortgage system must be introduce by banks, government and other financial houses. We are just wasting spaces in the name of building individuals houses, a single condo can accommodate a whole street in some localities. Would it not make sense if 50 people buy a flat each in a building than making useless structures on 50 plots of land or more. No individual or family should be allow to own more than 3 bedroom apartment or duplex if you are rich enough.

By this development, it will be very easy for investors to invest in a massive modern buildings and condos. This will also curb corruption to a greater extent as most of the loots are being spent on properties.

Marriage is not overrated if you marry a good and supportive wife. Some men become wealthy today because of their wives.

First of all, the Latin nomenclature is what most (but by no means all) US universities use in degree classification. It isn't very common for US schools to use the British system of classification (first, second, third class honours). Unfortunately, CSU has not made it clear what terms it uses to recognize distinction in schoolwork. All we have to go on is a statement purportedly issued by a Mr. Westberg stating that Tinubu graduated "with honours". How did this become a first class?

Anyway, universities in United state normally make use of percentage% (A - F), which is also refers to as GPA in which 4.0 is the highest. They also call GPA of around 4.0 first class by virtue of being the first. First class, second class, etc are common terms use in degree classification in any English speaking countries. They may or may not directly write it on results, but that is the term generally use to called them after graduation.

I have been to polling units different times before , so i know how things works. In a layman's terms, it means we are suspecting that you want to japa into the US.

I saw someone who was just going on a study leave from a whole Deloitte where he works in presently in Nigeria being bounced too.
Most of the interviewers didn't even check out relevant documents of the applicants, but just drew their conclusion based on face value.

I was discussing with people and they said inasmuch as the reason for that verdict was baseless and stupid, we Nigerians are viewed as the worst of the worst world citizens to allow access into the US, irrespective of one's qualifications.
We have a government, system and people that are fantastically corrupt.
We have people who engage in and support illegalities.

Our judiciary is biased and is for the highest bidders, and our political system and elections are flawed (none is perfect anywhere in the world) but ours is glaring and very embarrassing.

Our leaders are not patriotic and that is why when we as citizens have our rights trampled on locally or internationally, nothing is done about it.
Nigeria is not regarded as anything again.
In other words, we are just seen as nothing but irritating pollutants.

So for those of you that applaud evil in this land, pray you remain forever in Nigeria because even if it is just to go and visit and come back, they will not allow you.

When they tell some people to stop damaging Nigeria names and their leaders integrity on Internet, they thought you are only doing that for political reason.

It is OK to condemn government or call out corrupt leaders through constructive statements or vote them out but everything is bad or not proper if you call your country or leaders all sort of derogative names for the whole world to see on Internet. These people relies mostly on online forums and social medias to get their information about your country, yet some people has made this their duty to keep damaging the integrity of the country they called home thinking they are doing already rich politicians.

People should only call attention of government to what we think they should do rather than criticising them irrationally or keep damaging the name of their country. You can't slap your father in the present of your friends and expect the same friends to respect you and your father or allow you to come close to theirs.
