martowskin1:She has been trying to talk to her husband for 3 weeks and he has refused to listen to her pleas. Is he God? Why should he be happy her son is hungry and homeless while she has a roof over her own head? You said she is rude and claiming to pay all the bills in the home. Do you want her to start lying to faceless people on this forum when she needs help to sort her matter out? Many women out there are paying majority of the bills in their homes but you will not hear it from their mouth. You probably wouldnt have heard it from her , if not that people were assuming the boy is going to be extra financial responsibility on the husband. She made it clear so people can get a true picture of everything. What would you have expected her to do in this case? Her son hasn't gone to school for 3 weeks and counting, he is been starved where he is and probably mistreated. She has been begging her husband for 3 weeks and he is not listening. What should she do pls? Give her son up for adoption? |
Vyvyanvyvy:Well done. Look after your children well o. They are your own flesh and blood, birthed from your loins. A man can always walk away without looking back, as you've experienced even from your first relationship. If your husband tries to make trouble, just continue to appeal to him.. He may decide to take a walk, but such is life. You win some, you lose some The main thing is that your son is safe |
martowskin1:I guess she was just being nice and polite. Same way a man should discuss with his wife if he wants to take a major decision such as bringing in his child from another woman. She is bringing the boy into the house now anyway, as she has already pre informed him. Good luck to them all. |
martowskin1:She says she pays the rent of their home, so its technically her house.

Amala seems to be working perfectly ![]() Abeg, who has ogufe and abula over there? I'm so glad to hear this news
|
iammo:They threw him out, and kept him illegally in house arrest at Awe telling us he has been banished. He has a court order in place for his release and to pack his personal belongings, which he obviously can't do himself but is using his lawyers to do that. They have been instructed to pack his personal cars, books and clothes only and the sword left by his forefathers. |
grafixdon:I'm all for contributing to the household you live in, either by chores or even financially But don't ask a person to start doing your dirty chores as they arrive in your house from a journey, especially when your children who made the mess are in the same house. It is wicked and uncalled for. Can you imagine travelling abroad to your relative's place on holiday, and your first day of arrival you are given a mop and bucket to clean their bathroom A bathroom you've never stepped in before, you've never used before. On your first day ![]() |
Tripitaka:Get your perspective right. The girl in question is not a help. Her first day shouldn't be spent alone cleaning their mess, while the child of the owner of the house, who contributed to the mess is flexing. Like you said, first impressions last longer. The girl's first impression of her aunt and family are obviously not good and she will forever see them out to maltreat her since that incident. Most of the blame lies with her father, who cannot raise his child himself and dumping her on someone else. |

Some people and taking the pictures of others from Facebook sha. Na by force to post food?
|
People should sit down in their homes and stop travelling about unless absolutely necessary. Cancel all holiday plans for now, till the virus runs its course. |
BHigher:You have made a wrong assumption about me, and you are just being very reactive . I am not in government, and have nobody in power who can influence policies and decisions you want. Until you can stop being reactive, it will be hard to have a reasonable conversation devoid of emotions, but filled with logic and facts with you. |
BHigher:Please kindly share reasonable ways they can do better, and not by saying border closures. Your country hasn't done badly at all so far. Remember that countries that are most affected are also trying to contain the virus in their countries by closing down entrance and exit into affected areas so they do not spread the virus. They have a valid reason to close their borders because it's become an epidermic in their country. Nigeria has no such reason for now. We are following every advice by infectious disease specialists /W.H.O and also disseminated such advice to the public. Kindly follow it, share it with others and stop making ignorant comments. You only continue to feed your paranoia |
omorihi1:Corona virus is in nigeria and more people should have brought it in the country by now, unless they're not presenting to the hospital. Perhaps those that have it are just treating it as a common cold?, because they don't have serious symptoms |
SeunWedsLinda:Stop being so negative. That virus spreads easily, and for them to have been able to contact trace everyone except 2 people who had contact with the Italian is a very good job, especially in nigeria where we dont have a database for people and their residences. Only 2 people confirmed after almost 2 weeks or more since the virus came into the country isn't bad at all. Nigeria hasn't done badly and her government has been proactive unless you're not been truthful to yourself. |
SMBH:Even the UK is not quarantining people coming into their country. Those who went on holiday in Italy and are back to the UK entered freely from the airports without any instruction on self quarantine at home. Their health minister who has just been diagnosed is staying in her house away from people and not in any quarantine centre. The nigerian government is proactive. I've just read CBN has advised people to avoid cash and do cashless transaction. When you come into Nigeria, I learnt they are screening people by checking temperature at the airport. That's more than what a lot of other developed countries are doing |
The dead is dead. Let the living live Four years is more than enough time to show respect for the dead |
Marriage is not a reward for anything. |
Your girlfriend should have gone to report him at the police station. |
bigiyaro:Quarantine centre doesn't mean you have to be put on life support machines. There are over 10000 people infected with corona virus in Italy, and over a hundred have died. I'm very sure not all those 10K people need life support, because they've been quarantined. Many are also self isolating in their homes. Even in the UK, some minister has tested positive, and she is self quarantining at home as advised by their health professionals. Why do you call the facility centre at Yaba a joke? Have you been there before? |
bigiyaro:That's the ICU. Have you been to the ICU in Lasuth or luth before? |
jaxxy:Majority of those infected do not need admission or stay in ICU. Most of those in ICU are elderly or have underlying health conditions . Our Italian gentleman may not fall in any of that category and he's enjoying his amala in isolation. I hope they gave him some goat meat with his abula sha |
Why did you change your daughter's school? Any particular reason? That might shed more light on the main issues. A 2 year old should probably still be sucking breast anyway, but these days they're been taught calculus. Logistically, it would make life easier if both are in the same school sha. However, if the reason you changed your daughter's school is because of a better standard, then you've just bought market for yourself o. You would be seen as partial, wanting a better life for your older child than the younger one. Since you've caused the trouble with your tactlessness already, just protect your daughter from the claws of the Jezebel you've created at home. |
SweetCunt97:Exactly... He's so unserious. Do your exams and register with their board there. Go there alone and stay with your brother till you're able to save enough to rent your own place and thereafter bring your family. Rent is paid monthly, so it's very easy after getting a job. How can your wife allow you lead her when you're even more confused ? |
You're not a serious person |
Born2Breed:Stop spreading falsehood. FFK can never be a reliable source of any information. There are big holes in all the statement FFK made |
This virus is really spreading anyhow. Over 200 people infected in Britain and 3 deaths Over 400 in italy and so many deaths Everyone should be careful o.. |
banhammy:He's running his 2nd term. At most, he will try to become senator, and it would be easier for his constituency to vote him in unless he's from same constituency as Sanusi |
Is this even constitutional? |
IkUKU01:When many young girls are raped in their teens or even less than 10 years sef. . We are all living in the society we've made. Let us enjoy it. They will rape a woman, society will say she was not properly dressed hence she deserved the rape. Some will say she didnt shout out loud enough so she must have been enjoying the rape. Even small girls being raped are blamed or their mothers blamed, ignoring the perpetrator. Society has asked us to applaud cheating men, afterall it's in a man's DNA to cheat and it is natural for men to be polygamous. Now we have seen a mutation in the genetics of women too, and cheating is now natural. We can all see as a matter of FACT especially with all the stories we read that Women are also now very polygamous in nature. Don't blame us, blame our DNA. We seem to forget that for every bad behaviour we as a people endorse will be COPIED and seen as normal. Yes, copied. And nobody can tell the other it is bad behaviour, because why is it acceptable behaviour for you and not for me? Many Asian cultures are monogamous regardless of their religion or lack of religion. The monogamy is not selective to a gender. Polygamy is very rare amongst Pakistanis, even though a muslim nation. Its seen as absurd for you to cheat on your wife or even marry another. Nobody will applaud a cheating husband, definitely not even your fellow men. |
JasonScoolari:There are only few faithful Nigerian men. All the women cheating are doing so with same Nigerian man and not foreigners. I don't even bat an eyelid anymore when I see men cheat, because I know their wives too are having their own side dishes. Let everybody dey flenjor.... |
