Nice one...the CEOs deserve the pay because they work very hard and don't forget that you are looking at the bright side of things, when it gets really 'dirty', the 'heads' of the CEOs are what would roll, not that of the assistant manager, so let them enjoy it while it lasts. |

ethicallyright: "A strong man doesn't have to be dominant toward a woman. He doesn't match his strength against a woman weak with love for him. He matches it against the world." - Marilyn Monroe.
Norma Jean, also Marilyn Monroe , was the Kardashian of the 60s. A sex figure she was - an innocent fine face, endowed with curly blonde hair and the slim figure 8 which were in Vogue few decades past. Many men who we would later define as simps ,fell at her feet and wished they could have just a night with the late thespian.
The quote above suggests that women do not love men who beg them for love. If he walked your flat ass out of his office and saw you as the flirt you are, you'd fall for him. If he didn't convert his job hours at the mall to a honey moon, the title of this thread could have been :
"I love my boss but he doesn't care"
or " My boss is rich but doesn't love women. How do I make him notice and fall in love with me?"
We've warned these weak men consistently but they care little. Tell him to give you 5 million naira and thereafter tell him that he is " emotionally assaulting" you. Maybe he will learn this precious lesson the hard way.
Lucky lady, I give you my blessings! Damn! Brilliant! By just reading your post, I can tell my day has started well... |

J111333: Lord have mercy. Inasmuch as a lot of women cheat in marriages just like men too, a good percentage of the blame should also go to the nurses that swap babies by mistake or for monetary gains. My brother, as a Nigerian, to avoid stories that touch, please give birth abroad and if you cannot afford it for now, please get a sane, competent and classy hospital in Naija with professionals. Whether it's by mistake, omission or commission, the excuse that the baby might have been swapped is lame and unacceptable to any right thinking man. |

You see when I was starked broke ladies avoided me like a plague but mum was there for me never left me once, consoled me and always assured me that things will be fine.

Your wife can divorce you over a simple matter but mama can never leave she is mama till death.
You can get another wife but you can never get another mama.
Check it even armed robbers who are facing firing squad mama will still be there crying her eyes out but it will take the grace of God for wifey to be on ground.

Crime › Re: Rape: Izu Madubueze Reads Suicide Note Before Killing Self Over False Accusation by Yoighaman(m): 9:11am On Jul 28, 2020 |
May his soul rest in perfect peace but suicide is never an option, say NO to it.
Sometimes I wonder, "What can even make me commit suicide?", I'm yet to find an answer, let me ask few questions again:
- Is it false accusation of rape from 20 women? 20 is small, they should make themselves 50.
- Could it be debt? I borrowed $2B for business and lost it? $2B small, increase it to $5B, my mind has the capacity to absorb the pressure and tension.
- Could it be detection of cancer in my body? They are free to detect 6 more.
- Could it be the loss of a loved one? 4 more can join them.
- Could it be heartbreak? Vodka & tonic will fix that in the meantime till I get a replacement.
- Could it be an amputated body? The surgeon can come back to amputate more.
- Could it be extreme poverty? I'm ready to shine shoes and hawk on the streets.
- Could it be rejection from Family and Friends? I will make money and channel it towards the less privileged and make them my Family, afterall, not all biological families are meant to be, some can't even stand the presence of one another.
.... thinking......still thinking.....
- Could it be impotence? I will adopt children and give them the best of life, meanwhile I will keep smashing for the pleasure derived from it.
- Could it be long prison sentence? I will go and come back even if it's when I'm 85years old, as long as I don't die there, and even if I do, it's all good.
Just think about it; suicide should not be an option, there is always a way out, please seek help if you need to. |

postmann: The simple answer is no. Because men are not wired to accept that. Once there is coital violation on the part of the woman, then the mariage is mentally, psychologically and romantically over. I deliberately left out the spiritual part in order to stay aligned within the scope of this section.
The woman's sexual organ is sacred and should never be violated by another man in marriage. It is taboo. Gbam! Well said bro. |

boye1: Yes you can get your money back, How easy it would be, depends on when you sent the money though. I know the value might seems so small but it's not about the value but the fact that this scammers are destroying the Nigeria Brand and we're all emboldening criminals that will destroy us all in the nearest future.
There is a CBN policy on this and the process you can use is called funds recall. Send an email to your bank if this was done within the last 14days there will be a hold on the account for the said amount. It is more easier if its within the same banking infrastructure. If it was over 14 days the bank auditors will have to mediate and if you don't like the resolution you can then report it as fraud to your nearest police station then take a copy of the police report to the bank and there would be a hold on the BVN number.
I hope this helps you and many others in future
If you want to educate yourself you can find a link below to the CBN policy for further reference.
https://www.cbn.gov.ng/Out/2018/BPSD/Regulation%20on%20Instant%20Payment.pdf In my opinion, what the OP experienced cannot be categorized as fraud because there was mutual consent and no force or cajoling was applied. OP willingly transferred the funds but the recipient had 'an unforseen occurrence' which made her coming impossible, unfortunately, the funds were applied by the beneficiary to 'save a life'; that's the story. A good example: Can you sue or follow up on a case where someone fleeced you of your hard-earned money by promising you fixed matches? Think about it. @OP: Like most people mentioned, you have been scammed, just forget about the money and move on. Some of us have fallen for this scam before, it would only make you wiser.....that was many years ago anyway. |

@OP: I unobliviously lost millions of naira to football bets many years ago and sure regretted my actions. I admitted it was a bad habit I had to quit and just like all bad habits, quitting is mostly done gradually.
How did I stop or drastically change? I stopped seeing it as a money-making venture and switched to playing for fun, I stopped using large sums of money to play. I simply starting using 'peanuts' to play and if I lost it, I would not feel bad. Since it was not a do or die affair and I wasn't trying to recover my lost funds, the habit stopped taking my time and interest.
To cut short the long story, please stop seeing it as a profit-generating business and don't try to recover lost funds. If you must play, play with inconsequential amounts and before you realize it, you will have lost interest.
May God heal you. |
