What does skin colour have to do with anything, after all, it was the White SA government that caused all the problems. If they'd taken into account the indigenous population, when developing the nation, South African wouldn't have had such a huge infrastructure deficit at the end of apartheid.
I don't beat about the bush. So far, no black controlled country has been able to develop and sustain a country to be a second world country let alone being among the first. SA black controlled government inspire of their improvement of the affairs of the black population have failed the country at the national level. O yes, it has nothing to do with colour but so far so good, only the white government holds any promise of development. This is the sad truth.

Actually, the article was posted on a popular and thoughtful South African website. The author is over-reacting though. SA will get its act right sooner than later. 9-years of Zuma misrule can't be fixed in less than 2 year by the current administration.
Hopefully but I doubt sooner. The rot is beyond Zuma's misrule. He gave enough instances down to municipality levels across all provinces. It's gonna be a tough process for SA.

Damage control the British stole the most important thing from us.
(1) replacing our language with English.
(2) replacing our culture with theirs
(3)installing democracy on us.

All these they stole from us make Africans have complex till death. We're not satisfied until we measure our success with theirs . That's One of the reasons people Bleach their skin to White.

Without colonization Africa would have been Grate in her own way, all these copy copy is as a result of complex.
You have a point but on a flip side, if it weren't for them, we might have been overrun by the Isalmic hordes from Arabia. The north Africa you see today was never peopled by those defendants of Arabs you see today. Most black people were kicked out of Egypt by force. Think again about the European invasion. It was bad though but not a bad as what we did and are still doing to ourselves.

A thief returning items he stole isnt doing a "pleasant gesture". Or is it because the thief is a white-skinned fellow?
It is the moral and right thing to do.

Do you think if it is the other way around, the white man wouldnt have sent troops to recover their stolen items?
You don't call this a bad gesture despite the fact that what the British did to Benin was wicked. Even if he chose not to return them there's nothing you can do than lament. As at that time, conquest of lands were still happening and all the effects at that time remain permanent till date. It is a question of morality versus evolution. You don't have to call him a thief. It won't encourage others who could be inspired to do likewise by his gesture.

Did I tell you I'm rooting for resource control? I know better than you that it will never come. My voice has always been the balkanization of the failed contraption. Forget about any rubbish presidency that will only be a figure head. Not even OBJ was a free spirited president from the South. He had things he couldn't challenge about the north. Boko haram can remotely be linked to him. If he had stopped Yerima's sharia right from the beginning, it wouldn't have festered to become what it is today. His words were; 'shari'ah will die a natural death. Here we today. Presidency of Nigeria is rubbish without the freedom of all her people.

The writer is very correct. SA is on a downward spiral. Their own PHCN called ESKOM is starting to fail. Generator sales is growing and China is selling big. The funny thing is that ONLY a sensible white SA government can revert the impending failure. The same route Nigeria followed to be at the present doldrums is exactly where SA is treading. Exposed people like the author and the OP have no where else to cry but Nairaland. Many black SA are starting to realise that no one will hear their cries but their fellow black people. But who will help them? This is the big question. CERTAINLY NOT THE FAILED NIGERIAN state. It's a tough world for Africans especially the Blacks. Chai!

Shoukd we say the Ambazonian people are not marginalised by central Government? Its very obvious and glaring.

But is taking arms the solutions even when you don't have string international back up ?

Majority of Nigerians only know the Ambazonian part of the story but not interested to know the government part..

Biya have been aggressive on them no disputes but is taking arms the solutions upon how educative and exposed her people her. Why attacking government facilities? Why turning your land into war zone?

Early this year, Biya organised national conference so that all regions can voice out their aggressions, Ambazonian people did not attend the same conference..

Africa country the Gambia took Myanmar government to ICC due to killings of Rohinga people which everybody called Genocide.. Why can't The Gambia state armed the Rohinga people and start Jihadist cos they Muslims are minority? It is simply called Protocol .

Btw, seceeding out of Cameroon is not something visible in the next 10 years or so.. Emotional blackmailing hardly works in the world politics most especially when your regions dont have collateral (Huge natural resources) in exchange for world countries to intervene.
All this long grammar will not stop sensible governments from doing the right thing. The Amazonian deserve help from a sensible government and they've got it. Biafra deserves same and are at the verge of getting it. All supporters of oppression like you will fizzle out in the nearest future.

I don't want to believe that a northern conspiracy against the South West is brewing, but if it is, I am so sorry for the north. There's no way the north is retaining the presidency beyond 2023 we'd rather join hands with SS,SE and middle belt to make an Igbo man the president, even though the Igbos are too pre occupied with seeing the downfall of Yoruba but failed to realize that they could play the situation to their own advantage.
So your condition on voting an Igbo man president is only if the fulanis refuse to hand over the position to you? Wow! There's no sincerity with you. You decision is very unstable without honour. Any way, let the few deluded Igbos who believe in the Nigerian presidency play the unstable game with you. We on the other side have our mind made. This is Nigeria is dead to us. Unless a new set up that guarantees with control our land and resources, every other thing is a waste of time.

Islam › Re: Reddit User:"I Know Islam Is A Lie, But I Don't Know How To Leave It" by Yujin(m): 12:18pm On Dec 14, 2019
Religion! Religion!! Religion!!!
Over the years, I've discovered that religion is just a 'topping' to the real person that we are. If you naturally a good person, religion will enhance your goodness. If you are not so a nice person, religion will help to cage the little evil in you and if you're actually a very bad person, religion will either give you justification to do more evil or force you into involving in hidden crimes. This is a way of knowing what side a person falls. The word apology is a sure way to know a person. Anyone who finds it difficult to apologize is naturally bad. The average human can apologize whether it is from the heart or not but the very good ones always apologize with all their heart.
As for the various religions, they affect us differently. Christianity usually makes a very good man extra humble and much likely to go into extinction faster. It makes the average human to be the good Christians(born agains) you see while it makes the evil humans to be closet devils and they eventually fall out of faith because it becomes unbearable to them.
Islam on the other hand makes the few good people confused and most of them usually find out later in life that there's a big problem some where. For the average human, Islam turns him against every other religion and effectively against other humans. They barely tolerate your existence. Then for the natural evil people, Islam turns them to open terrorists. They actually are interpreting Islam the way it should be.
As for Abdulrahman, he should try to get a job outside UAE and travel out to secular countries where he can live his life freely. Atheism for me is a phase of doubt most people pass through. If you persist in thinking deeply, you'll revert back to having the belief of a Supreme Being.

I wonder when you guys will see what Aisha Buhari has been trying to let you all know. Just fix this into the puzzle and all will become clear to you. This is the missing piece: what if that man there is not Buhari? Aisha is fighting a personal fight for her immediate family since Buhari is no more. Mamman Daura can't remove her from the picture because it will expose them more yet they can't seem to let her be because they want to exert their own decisions without her interference. This is the battle happening. I wonder how dumb Nigerian people can be. I wonder which man will be alive and see his wife in that capacity fighting with relatives. Jubrin El Sudani well done. Your multimillion dollar contract of being called Nigeria's President will soon expire. Most of the developments they had was during military era yet less than three decades of civilian government they are very backward. Border closure is an attack. The proposed loan of $30 billion is to provide enough fund for looting. Yet they cannot meet up. The elemental power would resist them. 2023 is still far.
So you think border closure is an attack? If I may ask, an attack on who? Yeah, the proposed loan is there for looting and who will pay it back if disintegration becomes the only choice?
