Edo APC has finally expelled Oshiomole on Monday and have asked the APC NWC to ratify Oshiomole expulsion from APC, which the APC NWC controlled by APC Governors will joyously ratify in the days ahead.
Ize Iyamu will be compensated with Federal appointment and he will also be tasked alongised Obaseki and other APC
chieftains in Edo state to crumble any Oshiomole influence or Political structure thats is left in Edo state.

Politicians from PDP and APC have started their realignment and chess moves ahead of 2023, and it first victim is Oshiomole, he has been taken out of the equation, Tinubu chances at the Presidency has also been depleted.

the handsome man from Iyamho deserves this and more for ruining the apc chances in the southsouth by arranging the disqualification of Obaseki. the handsome political lizard from Iyamho deserves to not come in from the cold!

When one announces he wishes to speak on an issue when he simply could have done so it signposts two things in the minimum. First, he is short of words. Second, in the knowledge that what he has to say lacks flavour not likely to be savoured he seeks to generate interest in what he would have to say! Both are lectures after the Saturday examinations! We now know who is the political lizard and who is the political lion of Edo State.

Be it known to you that Oshiomhole is on record as saying that Obaseki never wanted to be Governor! Pius ODUBU the then Deputy-Governor was in contention to succeed Oshiomhole and Obaseki was not looking in that direction until his excellent service in Oshiomhole's government put him on the spot and the rest, as they say, is history!

Edo University was built using tax payer's money but Oshiomhole converted it into his personal property. How can the tuition fee of a state university be as high as 800,000. Obaseki has begun the process of recovering the government's property.

There are 2 types of certificate of return. The one Obaseki & Shaibu have recieved is the certificate of return to govt house, while Edo people issued Ize Iyamu and his godfathers a certificate of return to internally Displaced Politicians camps (IDP camps). Report reaching us is that the IDP camp is full of APC nairaland supporters, who want to pay them some condolence visit and weep with them.

Akinwunmi Ambode did the right thing for not trying to do in Lagos what Obaseki did in Edo.

Reasons:

1. Ambode had nobody with him in Lagos State House of Assembly unlike Obaseki who enjoys the support of the Speaker of Edo State House of Assembly, Francis Okiye.

2. Ambode don't have the support of his 'Godfathered' deputy unlike Obaseki who has the full support of Philip Shaibu, a loyal and trustworthy deputy.

3. The PDP in Lagos which is under the weak leadership of Bode George has no member in any top political office in the state and in Nigeria compared to Edo state that has active Senators (2) and House of Reps (6) in the National Assembly.

4. Obaseki won the heart of Edo people by silencing the audacious thugs led by Tony Kabaka. Can you say that about Lagos?

5. Obaseki has many sympathisers in his former party APC, who worked for his re-election as Governor. The recognised Edo APC Faction Chairman is a good ally of Obaseki. That can not be said in the case of Ambode. All APC party members in Lagos lick the foot of Tinubu.

What I'm saying is that, it would be foolish for Ambode to pull that Obaseki's stunt in Lagos. Had it been he has done so, it might have damaged his political career.

Though, it is obvious that Muhammadu Buhari hates Godfatherism because he has been a victim of such practice. Now, under him, so many Godfathers were relegated in different States.

It is now up to Ambode who saved his political career to fight back. He lives to fight for good another day. That day should be closer than we all think.

Obaseki suffered injustice at the hands of APC goaded on by Oshiomhole. Ambode, elected on the platform of APC jettisoned the party .

True, it made a lot of difference when Obaseki told Oshiomhole and his CO-travellers in violence that it would be fire-for-fire! Strangely they thought Obaseki had no liver!!

Good for our democracy. In retrospect, it is very clear that Okunbor will ruin his business if he acts in a manner that will earn him a visa ban to USA and European countries.

Oshiomhole just found out how a political lion can suddenly become a political lizard!

No doubt! Obaseki is not your everyday Nigerian politician. Folks who know what it took him before taking the decision to leave for pdp understand this better.

He must handle insecurity traceable to IPOB first and we will see about that.
