1. You brought in the bible. Our God is not an author of confusion. When he told men to lead and women be the helper (like you rightly said), he didn't send women to go help broken men because she has some "powers". Why she isn't using that power on a man who has his life figured out is story for another day.

2. As much as we are not in a competition with men, there is nothing wrong in calling out double standards. We are all humans after all and every class of human desires to be treated fairly and justly across every line. Racial, gender, social class...whatever.
