You should have asked her what she did differently so as to learn one or two and also teach other women too.
Poor men should ask rich men what they did, so they can learn a thing or two and teach other paupers.

And why are you happy to take terrible deliveries as the norm? I don't understand you ladies on this platform. Women give birth all around the world, some go through hell, some deliver like hebrew women, some go through some difficulty....but you people, especially little girls that haven't experienced childbirth, c ome online and make it seem like it is worst pain in the world for every mother and when women that have actually been through it come out and debunk you, you lose your shit.
Alaye, have you experienced childbirth?

That's right, guilt trip her for not lying....childbirth is different for a lot of women, I've heard about women who lost so much blood and almost died, my favourite colleague is one of such. I've also heard of women who washed clothes, gave birth, came home and packed the dry clothes on same day. Infact the pregnant lady was washing clothes when my colleague saw her that morning, by the time my colleague got home in the evening, the woman don go clinic, born, come back and packed the clothes she washed in the morning.
Childbirth is not the big bad wolf you people make it out to be all the time, everybody no go get your experience. No need to debase the woman that had a seamless delivery.
Is her situation the norm?? Why are you happy to take the exception as the NORM?

Most women do not have a seamless delivery.

Have you ever been to a Labour ward before?

Abeg shut up, many women have come out to debunk the widely believed pains associated with pregnancy and child birth as exaggerated and a hoax. Of all the mammals on the planet only the modern human female needs 1 full year to recover from pregnancy and child birth.

God please tell our politicians to use our public tax money to supply water to everyone of us. God abeg

boreholes are not safe for the environment but Nigerians are forced to solve their problems. This is how we have used generators to solve NEPA problem and people are inhaling carcinogenic substances because govt cannot provide water + light. Why do we have these wicked people in power cry cry cry cry cry

I am happy for her but sad for her and the people. Because if they did their jobs, she will have another project to put this money in. Nigerians cannot continue to pay for budgeted items and let these thieves build houses abroad while hard-working Nigerians fill the gap. Let's stopeeet
Y'all will rather spend your money on churches. Those things you complain about, you can do them yourself.

Your leaders have consistently shown they don't care about you.

That is 200 - 400k she could otherwise use to buy Indomie cartons and rice bags. She instead used it in a way the community would benefit for decades. It would continue working long after she loses relevance. When I say Nigerian leaders don’t have sense, ekukes on Nairaland will type rubbish to defend their paymasters.
If this is all it costs, I'll love to do the same when I travel in December! Do you know how long this will take pls??

How about you keep your ego in check and focus on the women in your life? I don't owe you and the men on this forum SUBMISSIVENESS.

You will NEVER get it from me. Nairaland is a FORUM, it is not an age grade meeting or Men's club. This should be common sense. But I guess the delulu to conquer every woman including another man's own is strong.

Are you delusional or what? Is this the logic you guys brag about? Hahaha! I should be submissive to Nairaland MEN? The women that have been submissive to you on this forum, what did you give them? Why haven't you married them?

I have never denied having a man and I have never told young girls not to date/marry. So don't bring any silly agenda of me having/loving a man behind closed doors. It has been you and your kind claiming I am lying about having a man because no man would want an evening newspaper.

If you are good enough, GOOD WOMEN would want you. If not, you will keep crying and hoping to blackmail and bully them into sticking to you and your stoneage values.

Once again, stop being SLOW.

Ironically it's the Christians that persecuted if not exterminated the Jews, not the Muslims. Heraclius killed and destroyed their temple for killing his God. What Hitler did to them need no revisiting here. The pogrom was also well documented. The Qur'an just like the Bible provides for peace and war time, and if the two are to be considered together, the Bible is more violent than the Qur'an. It's the Christians that waged the crusade, it's th Christians that colonised the world and exterminated many tribes in the process, it's the Critaians that institutionalized slavery, it's also Christianity that gave the world the likes of Stalin, Mussolini, Hitler, and Bush, among others. I can go on.
Lying son of mohammed. Your got that from your father the Arabs, masters of lying through their teeth. You conveniently forgot the atrocities of Islam.

The bible is more violent than the quran?

Do you know that your central figure in Islam believes in race-based slavery? You never heard about the Muslim enslavement of black Africans?

You don't know that the conquest of your Arab masters spanned 3 continents? Why are north Africans, Mauritanians, sudanese and people of the Levant speaking Arabic?

You think they spontaneously decided to forget their indigenous tongue?

Did you know that people from Palestine are not even arab?? How is it that they're speaking Arabic?

DrFunmisticGlow:
Blood is never available because people do not donate blood. Simple!

Before any of you start castigating LASUTH, if you are an able-bodied young man. Have you donated blood VOLUNTARILY before?

Not because your wife is about to deliver, or because your relatives are going for surgery.

As long as people don't donate blood VOLUNTARILY, demand for blood will always be more than supply.

When blood is donated by a relative, it is screened to be free from diseases like hepatitis B and C, syphilis and HIV. A lot of people found out they had hepatitis B and HIV when they donated blood. Infected ones like that will be thrown away leaving less for everyone.
Thank you oo. They will tell you that it's their religion that doesn't allow them to donate. But your religion allows you to hypocritical receive abi?

If you don't donate, don't expect to receive.
Health › Re: The Blood Bank Fraud At LASUTH By Lola Okunrin by 1Sharon(f): 12:45pm On Mar 30, 2024
Why isn't blood donation in Nigeria free?

They need to make a policy, if you don't donate blood, don't expect to receive either !

Here u go again.... automatically claiming the wife is doing more ust because she works ...and I will point it to u again..this is fallacy on beast mode....

And I don't know where u got this routine from
You go to work, come home and relax/She goes to work, comes back home to cook and clean...this doesnt happen in homes unless the man is never around...

U both care for ur kid....u both work....so how did u arrive at one person doing more that the other... that means u have somehow tagged ur natural care giving as more higher than his ....and also equate or belittle his work/money contributions compared to urs....

Like I said earlier...there's a lot involved in raising a kid well, feeding, bathing, clothing, discipline, instilling values, protection, money...etc.......so Unless u can somehow show some provide yardsticks of quantitative and qualitative measurement of the care both parent provide to the child, i.e in terms of nature given abilities and non-nature (money)....then u dont have a point.....all u have is ur usual female claims of doing more so that u can claim more than u deserve....

As for what u asked for... ...the screen shot is below....u not only tag the role as once in a while ...u also said it doesn't count.....

Haba!! how can a man care for his kid and u somehow look for a way to say it doesn't count....which was why I asked u earlier, what will make it count: growing a set of bóobs and breast feeding with you...or holding the child's leg when u change diapers?? grin
Talk true. Do you and your wife equally share the cooking cleaning and childcare?
Romance › Re: What's Your Opinion About Splitting Bills With Your Partner? by 1Sharon(f): 5:55pm On Mar 29, 2024

U clearly read without applying context.... I never said that..i even specifically listed those nature given responsibility men do and added that money which isn't natural also has to be brought....
context was clear: no responsibility should be belittled and be counted as unequal which is what u uve been doing..

...I brought up breast feeding because u were claiming the care men give their kids doesn't count and can't be equal with what u do...
..so ...what do u exclusively do that men cant do in care giving a child needs from infant to 18 or 21??

fallacy!!
Nothing automatically falls on any one. ..whoever is more around tend to do more domestic work...its that simple....which is why full time house wives do more domestic chores.....and i know lots of men that do more chores than their wife because those men are more at home..

another fallacy.!!!!!
...u are just making wateva u do seem more important...u both work..u bithe cate for ur kid
How urs automatically more ??

Oh so u know it takes two to tango...so why do y'all behave like u are doing men a favour by birthing kids.....that's why i said if she thinks wateva she's doing for her kid is some favour then she shouldn't have the kid......

Nope..Nope..Nope.....that's another fallacy...
..if u birth a kid it's ur responsibility to care for him or her....weda im there or not...u will still do it.....so u ain't caring for your kid as a favour for me.....
Show me where I said the care men give doesn't count? Why do you keep going on about birthing kids as if that is all domestic tasks entail? Apart from taking care of kids, she takes care of YOU and the HOME.

Let me say it again.

If you and your wife both go to work, the woman ends up doing more.

You go to work, come home and relax.

She goes to work, comes back home to cook and clean.
