When the pandemic started both Governors were too lousy. You keep on hearing flog anybody who violates the order( Ebonyi).

Our borders are totally locked and no one can enter more like a tyrant instead of a democratic Governor ( Rivers state)

Many called it pro- activeness but it was outright foolishness and power drunk Governors.

It will be very risky to even allow these two dictatorial characters to rule Nigeria.


Now as at today Ebonyi has 5 COVID cases and Rivers has 8 COVID cases or so with all the lock down without planning.


These two people can't rule a country with such tendencies.

Firstly as a Governor you appeal to the people who elected you by explaining to them the actions that are bound to come not talking to them like animals.

Secondly , sit with your cabinets and engage the legislature on how to manage the situation and not running a one man show.

If these Governors had sat with their advisors and engage issues as it is all loopholes will be sorted out and right things done.


Both are bad example of a leader.

i don't know much about Umahi but Wike is a very proactive governor. He close the state boundaries early enough and took internal measures to curb community transmission...

The FG agencies have deliberately sabotaged the efforts of Wike by allowing persons whose Covid-19 status aren't know into Rivers. These people have arrived thru the Air, sea and land borders.

What about unscrupulous police personnel at the boundaries who collect N1,500 to allow passengers cross Rivers State boundaries, against the directive of the governor.

What about insensitive citizens of Nigeria who want to cross into Rivers State by all means. some know their Covid-19 status, others are ignorant of their status but they are United in junketting allover Rivers and causing health hazard.

Las Las, Wike can only take blame if the situation gets out of hand, but be rest assured that such a pragmatic man will never be infected cos he will take and enforce stringent access control around himself.

And as for monthly allocation, the 13% derivation given to Rivers is about triple what is given to Anambra, so what's your point?
