I'm not in warri for now and I am even yet to do my clearance and collect my HND result.

I am currently using a phone and once I get on my laptop, I will send you a link to the lady's website as well as her email. She is ever willing to review CVs and it more like a hobby to her. She is really good at it.

Yes, the short courses offered at my school are well worth it. A friend(former classmate) once adviced his friend who is a non-engineering graduate to do a short course at my school, which is in line with the area of his IT. They met while my ex-classmate was doing his 1 year IT at Portharcourt refinery.

The guy did and today, he is working with an oil firm. The last time I asked after him , my friend told me that he has moved out of his self-contain into a 3 bedroom flat.

For me, waiting for newspaper adverts for job application is just out of my dictionary. I didnt even apply for the last NNPC adverts due to their fraudulent recrcuitment scheme. Two guys in my school who got in did so through connection. One in 2010 and another in 2012(the last recruitment).

Amen o o o. Once it's done, I will first complete our uncompleted build which my mum left before she died.

As for girls or marriage, I dont know what to do with them for now.

I just pray I dont carry this feelings into marriage. All I ever wanted is to get a fun-filled loving relationship but the opposite has been the case.

^^ brother you have said it all. That's my fear... I AM NUMB.

I am currently waiting for my NYSC call up and at the same time working on getting a job in an oil firm. I have spoken to two friends and one has assured me that he will help me by God's grace and that we will have to talk about it at his residence in Portharcourt but that will be after his wedding I guess because it comes up this December. I am confident that surely, a job will click through this guy because he is more than a friend to me, a brother. Another good thing about my friend's wedding is the girl he is about to marry. She was there when he had nothing. She would often send him 2k-5k while he was in school. It wasn't long afterwards that he got a job at Total. Who do you think he will marry? Surprisingly, a banker who wouldnt have ever talk to him when he was a nobody talkless of a handshake, saw his bank statement and tried to seduce him... He had to tell me this and that I shouldnt worry myself that when I have money girls flock around me. But I guess they will fail.

I am also in talks with two other people for a job as well and also applying where possible.

By God's grace, my job hunt wont be more than a year...

Brother, marriage is the last thing on my mind now... I have totally lost it all. It will take a lot of work for any girl with a good heart to bring me back.

My tastes for girls is insipid...

I dont even know what to do anymore... My heart has turned into a stone in last few days. Every girl I see now is a male to me--no attraction. Every damn thing is dead. I have lost it all. It's like my heart is now in coma... Seriously!

My pain now is that I knew that once I become financially bouyant in terms of getting a job, it would be worse. I dont want to hurt anyone and I may just back out of the relationship I am in now.

You can wait and before you know it, she will move past you and start going out with another guy. then you will really be stuck. Move on

I dont have any phone number but can tell you that his father's house isn't a bad place to start, which is a Lawanson area. The street is named after him so it wont be hard to find and the house is just at the extreme end and right corner.

I used to pass through that street to school in early 90s.

Kingsleyinfo: please check again, there is one that is for Nigeria.
I think they are trying to recruit for their entire regions across the world.

although there is no grade requirement,
my contact said that they will be using 2.1 and 2.2 as a base for screening applications.
but if you have some valuable work experience, then i think you got a shot at BH.

i am also very interested in BH, their training opportunities is second to none.

Lets just keep praying, and never give up on personal development,

as for me i plan to acquire skills untill companies can no longer ignore my CV
i might not get a 2.1 but i certainly have what it takes.....

God dey.....
My brother forget grade limitation. They only include that when they advertise on newspaper so as to auto-screen people and reduce the workload.

Behind, they dont consider it. But you have to proof your worth though as a problem solver.

I am currently working on my CV with a professional and she adviced that I take my time to do it and after which, she will review it. Thereafter, I will swap it with the one I already submitted at BH.

I finished from Petroleum Training Institute this year and will be going for my NYSC by February.

booqee: forget her joor..undecided the girl is purposely playing on ur emotions..and dats cruel and self centered. She knows you love her., why is she still acting so selfish claiming she wants to heal. How can u heal if you don't let someone help you?? Abeg give her space jare..do like say you no even see her. If she really loves you, she'll come calling back. No time..just like someone said
what can one do to change dis guy's opinion on nigerian girls?? huh angry
My sister, you can't blame 190. I am also a victim. It's so bad that my heart is almost dead to feelings for any girl at the moment. I am even scared of myself at the moment so that I don't end up hurting someone. It will take a whole lot work for any serious lady to bring me back.

Even the girl I am with now also contributed to it because initially when I was after her, she did abuse my rights for being cool. Though I told her about my previous experience but out wanting to prove what I don't know, she added to my injury.

Now she wants a relationship and we are in it, at the same time I don't feel anything anymore. This might make the relationship boring. I havent felt like calling her for some days.

This is what heartbreak has caused. I am not attracted to any girl no matter her beauty. I knew it will come to this, I forsaw it and strived to find a girl that will stand by me now and not when I am made because in no distant time and by God's grace, I am getting employment into an oil firm.

Tell me the fate of any girl that may come way after series of heartbreak.

I don't even have that hope of finding one any longer. Getting married is the last thing on my mind now, but I had high hope for this sometime ago.

I am in a turmoil now and I don't want to put any girl through what I have experienced. I could go on but it's not worth it.

According to the last article I read, he did state his illness as a factor and that it's more spiritual than physical because doctors couldn't find what was wrong with him. I missed him too.

On a very serious note, are you guys really serious about knowing where he is?

Am not in Lagos, but I give you a hint on how to locate him. The question is how serious are you guys and who is bold enough to go search for him? I can provide the address of their family house at Lawanson if you care.

Let me know.

gree-die:
She needs to heal, if u realy love her, u'd help her heal, only then can she reciprocate the love. U don't want to be involvd wit her in her current state, it will be disastrous.
I disagree. I will advice the op to take whatever she say with a grain of salt.

Girls are wrongly wired such that they dont understand themselves.

A girl that once told be that she isnt ready for a relationship not up to two months and the way she said it, I thought oh this is a focused person and just want to take her time. So, I decided to give her the time and be friend with her because I also felt that a good, valuable and quality relationship starts as friendship.

Guess what? She just told me she is in love with someone else. I asked her how long has this been going, she said for a while.

I didnt feel bad because I have learnt in the hard way that girls are like mad people acting normal. It's like a mad person tell you he isnt insane. Sorry if you find my analogy offensive but that is the best way to pass my message.

Truely, I really liked this girl but I also learnt not to rely on a lady because they are emotionally unreliable.

Several months back, one also said she just want be alone and that she doesn't want to be in a relationship blah blah blah... And so, she ended the relationship.

A few months later, my friend so her with another guy far off my area with the guy arms around her waist. This happened while I was still in school. Now am done with school stuff.

With the way I am now, I have zero attraction to any girl no matter her beauty. To be honest, I am even scared the way I feel now cos I doubt any girl could move me even if she is N .a .k .e .d.

And I don't mean to disrespect the ladies... To each his own.

It is true. Most girls don't know what they want.

A girl who told me she isn't ready for a relationship and that she is okay being alone not upto 2months has just to be that she is in a relationship with another guy.

When I looked at the whole thing, I realised she chose him for reasons that will never guarantee a long term relationship.

She's just going to learn the hard way.

but like i said you must open an account with their career website before you can apply.

there is a current opportunity for

graduate field specialist 2013....
here is a link to the exact opportunity for those who are finding it difficult to navigate there

and yes a Bsc in engineering can apply, it doesn't matter which field of engineering.
and having a relevant work experience would be very advantageous
even if it is an internship, or some form of training.

good luck to all of us.
Most of the opening are for outside Nigeria, can we apply for this as well? If we are called for interview, how do we scale the hurdle? I am very much interested in BH.

Pacemaker, let me add that entreprenuers at heart don't just take is risk, they love the money game, either lose or win. But what matter to them most is what the learn thereafter.

I could recount how many times I have played with money and lost... But I am never scared of taking 'calculated risk' I get excited at the thought of making money through a viable system.

Entrepreneurs take calculated risk and are not afraid of playing the money game.

RomanceDATING: Our Relationship Wants, Boys VS Girls by 2sexy(op): 11:29pm On Oct 26, 2012
Teaser for the Day.....

Written by Canice Dim

On many occasions, i've come across facebook pages highlighting complaints of girls who are looking for, without any success,
guys who would love them so dearly without demanding for sex from them.
This is so touching and also,
so good to know that there are girls who really are so virtuous in our today's world.
This is commendable, indeed.

But the question has always remained;
Is it possible for a guy to date a girl without romantic demands ?

I want to believe that it is possible.

But then, it seems to me that the guys do have their complaints too.

Sex apart.
One thing i have also observed about ladies generally, especially with what they post on relationship pages is this;

An average lady would wish for a boyfriend who in their words,
WOULD TAKE CARE OF THEM.

Now, this is the major problem of relationships in Africa.

When a lady reduces herself to a property TO BE TAKEN CARE OF, where now lies her moral right to demand for NO SEX in the relationship ?

Properties are owned and one mark of ownership to a property is that one would have to take care of it.
Now when one takes care of a property as the owner,
he'll be automatically bequeathed with the full right to DO WITH IT AS HE DEEMS FIT.

By asking to be taken care of,
girls, ladies and women reduce themselves to properties.

NOW THIS IS JUST WHY IT HAS NOT YET MADE ANY SENSE TO GUYS TO DATE A GIRL WITHOUT HAVING SEX HER.

Hence, the popular joke that;
If the girl is saving her body for her future husband,
the guy should also save his money for his future wife. Lol

Now before i start sounding and seeming like a guy that tries to avoid responsibilities towards women,
i have to state here that every relationship comes with its responsibility.... FOR SURE !

But my point here is this;
Our young girls should understand that relationships should be about PARTNERSHIP.

In partnership, both parties should be able to bring the goods that makes the relationship to work ON THE TABLE.

Me thinks men feel cheated when they bring all the goods (money) and they get nothing but promises in return.

In place of sex,
if a lady would be intelligent enough to make her man to want to always come home to her, then RELATIONSHIP WITHOUT SEX WOULD BE MADE MORE POSSIBLE in our world today.

I may not know what ladies would really have to do to attain this,
But Where There Is A Will,
There Is A Way.

But until then,
relationships would continue to beg questions like;
Where Is The Love ?

There have been countless times where a long article had been created on this forum and the responses that usually follow isnt different from what you are seeing now...

But if na AShawo, fvky fvky article at the sexaulity section, come see people demanding for more.

I read that article from start to finish and all I can say is that the Stanley is wasting his time because the Nigerian whom is trying to inform is already deformed beyond repair.

This country is doomed.. and nothing, absolutely nothing can be done about it.

If by any means we hope for a change, then it wouldnt be this generation, may 100 generations from now...
