Politics › Re: Why Do You Support The PDP by 7lives: 5:14pm On Jul 05, 2014
Kunle106: The problem is not with pdp or apc whatever, the problem is the system itself
Nope the problem is with the citizens who have eyes but cannot see, and when the few enlightened ones are paid some tokens they jump out to mislead the already dumb voters and in the end everybody comes out to cry foul as if putting square peg in a round hole can bring out a good result.
Show me your friend and I'll tell you who you are, anybody campaigning for a party like PDP needs to be feared, the person is either a sadist or an agent of darkness. I remembered how the news went viral that Alao Akala was bathing in human blood in his desperate bid to win the last election which he eventually lost.
All that Akala need to do was just to serve the people but he refused, he will rather go about it diabolically.
The season of politics is here again, and people are disappearing, human abattoirs like Soka and many more are being uncovered and as soon as these places are uncovered, the powers behind them will quietly bury the matter.
The truth of the matter is that most people will vote for a party without having a concrete reason for taking such decision and bite their fingers in anguish few months after the election.
May the Lord deliver this country from the yoke of Mamon in the mighty name of Jesus.

onomeasike: Trust me this OP is irresponsible. Why wait till you got fired before complaining. While I am not holding forth for jumia, this jumia guys should not be run down in this manner. They have opened a new vista in commerce and for a new line of business, they will still be having a challenge. The govt should move in to assist them before they pack up due to the antics of never-do-good like this OP.Also, we should keep praying for Jumia for God to help them find out saboteurs that may still remain in their employment. I have dealt with employees like this OP and I am sure he is not a complete witness of truth
What exactly are you talking about, I know someone who works for konga and am not getting positive feedback from him. The thing with Nigerians is that we are too docile, we don't know our rights, all kinds of exploitations and wickedness going on in this country and it seems Nigerians are oppressed for being a citizen of this country.
@OP if you have any issue with jumia or you felt cheated, take your case to the LASG office of the public defender, they can help you.

Eze Promoe: FIFA belongs to the Europeans, others are invitees. Though I support Netherlands in this game but I don't see a European nation lifting this trophy.
This is why Europe have more teams at the world cup so that by hook or crook at least two European teams will play in the semi final and at least one will play the final match and probably win the trophy. Only few men like Diego Armando Maradona can explain the politics of world cup in FIFA, its really a messy affair.

What vexed me most is that a large percentage of that 170 million population believed in that mediocre team.
They were praying for them & expecting a miracle. Those guys lacked skills & talent. I wonder what they do at training. They can't cross, shoot or head ball. We had several corner kicks against France. Yet, all were wasted. Ahmed Musa ll cross ball as if it's a stone. Chai!
Nigerian football is just like her government.
Take it easy, you'll soon be labelled a BH, Nigerians don't deserve anything good, this is why we celebrate mediocrity above performance.
Politics › Re: Bola Tinubu’s Friends Created Boko Haram - Obanikoro by 7lives: 2:31pm On Jul 03, 2014
yemmight: Obanikoro should just be ashamed of himself. The unfortunate thing about black people is we dont have any shame at all. He was appointed State Defence Minister for the Elections in South-West. The forces Obanikoro took to Ekiti alone will be enough to stop the killings in some parts of the North. While he was busy harrasing some prospective voters with the forces in Ekiti, Boko Harams were busy slaughtering innocent souls in the North. Koro, just enjoy the power while it last, Almighty God in Heaven has not slept for once. He will eventually judge you according to your excesses. I just pray It should not be long.
Obanikoro is another rat in the corridor of power, he should have been made the minister of information so that he can heat up the polity very well.
Ebenezer babatope who made himself a willing tool in the hands of Abacha and made a lot of enemies for himself among his people, where is Babatope today?.

@Op I was just discussing this issue with my mum yesterday, don't waste your time preaching to these people, its all envy. The so called Yoruba leaders that can not achieve anything meaningful for their people are the ones brain washing their fellow loosers as if Tinunbu was the reason behind the colonization of the Yoruba land by the British. They followed Awolowo on the outside but hate him on the inside, they did the same thing to Abiola, they are now obsessed with Tinunbu. Tinunbu has done his bits, let them step forward do something meaningful no matter how small and see if people will not appreciate them.
However if all they can do is to cry and weep about Tinunbu then they are on a long thing. Awon agba oshi, awon oni iranu.

Politics › Re: Anambra Election Protesters Are Not Igbos – Obi’s Aide by 7lives: 3:52pm On Nov 20, 2013
Why the hue and cry, the people have spoken, Ngige should accept the result of the election and move on.
If everyone thinks that Anambra as a state deserve a better governor and the people decide to vote the way they did, they have probably weigh their options and realized that it is better to continue with Apga, but if its all about their hatred for APC, then they are on a long thing. If the election was rigged, and the result of the election is not the reflection of the voting, the riggers of yesterday did not prosper so how can the recent ones succeed, the summary of the whole thing is that all the parties concerned should be careful not to throw that state into chaos, where two elephant fights, it is the grass that suffer.

Worthless daughter of a LovePeddler mongering father, it is not your fault, it is the Nigerian military that was recruiting anything from the northern Nigeria. Your worthless wandering fore fathers, sneaked their ways into this country, through the northern Nigerian porous boarders, and Nigeria paid dearly for it, or do think people don't know?.

Politics › Re: Lagos Jails 120 Beggars, Deport 1,708 Others To Their States by 7lives: 5:07pm On May 18, 2013
At Oshodi market, one evening, about 6pm, in the year of Sanni Abacha 1998 to be precise, i was returning from work and i saw this dirty looking fellow begging for alms and at the same time hawking nacet razor blades.
I can hardly make out what this guy's objectives are, a part of me wanted to give him something, the other part warned me to move on.
The following weekend, because my house is around Afariogun in Oshodi, i decided to stroll down to Ladipo market to buy a vcr machine, as i navigate my way through Apakun under bridge, i saw this same dirty looking fellow again sitting down under this bridge, normally this is where we normally go through into Ladipo market, as i moved closer to where this man was sitting down, some old men selling sand on the other side called me from behind that i should not go through this path, so i had to go through express road and cross into Ladipo market.
Two days later i was watching channel news and this same fellow was being paraded on the news as having been killing and selling human parts, right under this bridge. THIS MAN IS CLIFFORD ORJI.
What I'm trying to say is that we should not criticize government for what we know next to nothing about, they also have their own intelligence reports which are the reasons for some of these hard decisions.

Meanwhile, state tertiary institution teachers have been on strike for three months. No solution!

If his attempt to set up a political party is true. This will lead to destroying the hegemony yoruba peope are enjoying at the moment. This is why the SW has bin so focussed and made so much progress so far because majority share 1 particular progressive ideology. This is the one time the yoruba nation has enjoyed unity of purpose and Fasehun shuld not be the devil's advocate.
