Olamide is an ass seriously.

Forget that stupid fake apology letter that was crafted for him by a publicist, Olamide has no regards for his fans or anyone else. I know this personally.

The guy is pompous and feels too good for normal people.
Stop spewing rubbish, he's one of the hardest working artiste in the industry and a very sincere human being. Anytime I visit Nigeria,he always responds to my calls and invite without receiving shin shin because he stays loyal to those who were there when he had none so please shut the f*ck up!

Note 5 is also between $700-800 in the market yet it sells for 176k here. And LG v10 is like $750 and it sells for 154k here.
Like I said it is worth between 150,000 to 200,000 Naira, anything more is just added cost by the middlemen. Everyone knows that new phones cost more, give it 3 months from now and it would be definitely cheaper. When Note 5 first came out, it sold for over 200,000 Naira at slot.
Romance › Re: Why Do People Say Husbands Are Scarce When I Get At Least 2 Toasters In A Day? by abbey621(m): 7:46pm On Jan 01, 2016
There's a difference between toaster, husband and good husband, just as there's a difference between girlfriend, wife and good wife. It's not about marrying someone rather it's about having a wonderful marriage that actually stands the test of time. I remember one girl for area back in the days, she was the hottest in town, over 10 toasters per day, she would collect gifts from the toasters and mistook them for affection, she decided to marry one of them based on the gifts she received only to end up being in an abusive relationship. To cut the long story short, 2 kids and a divorce later, she's now willing to settle for anything, funny how life is truly a biatch!

This will be a good plan if implemented properly. We all know the reason Boko Haram and other terrorist recruit easily is because of poverty and frustration caused by illiteracy brought on by years of corrupt Northern politicians and religious leaders. I've often wondered why Dangote does not do more for his region even tho he is wealthiest man in Africa?
Phones › Re: [pic] Can You Buy The Blackberry Priv For ₦225,000 by abbey621(m): 6:54pm On Jan 01, 2016
The price in the market is $700 so it is worth between 150,000 to 200,000 Naira, anything over that is the seller or middleman's add on profit. But let us forget about pricing, speaking strictly about quality this is the best Blackberry till date, considering I upgraded from a Note 4, this blackberry is the best of both world(Blackberry security and Android ecosystem).

If it takes Hitler and Idi Amin to curb the dramatic rise of corruption in Nigeria then so be it! Even Obama has been accused of worse when executing executive orders as the president of the USA. What most people don't realize is that a judge can grant bail but new charges can be levied against the suspect and the person arrested again. It's a loophole in the system that DSS and the president are taking advantage of, absolutely brilliant! In the past administration no one was hardly jailed for corrupt offences, it's high time it is corrected. We all know the individuals involved are guilty of treason, looting and/or espionage but sentiments and hatred against Buhari would not let most people say the truth.

It is not hard

I believe that women can raise their hands on their partners. However if you were objective enough and took you time analyse it, you might actually consider the fact that all what he have written could be self-serving story to absolve himself.
And it could not! So how are you so sure that he's lying? All he has written shows an element of sexuality some women of nowadays are so into and having gone through classes like human sexuality, psychoanalysis behaviors and advanced human physiology as part of my graduate degree, I certainly see the possibility of the woman being the instigator on this matter. I know it's hard to believe for most normal people but when you study the mind of a nymph, trust me you'll become more enlightened!

How would he know she is more responsive? Even a rapist and paedophile say the same about their victims! .

He didn't mention anything about her demeanour after the beating. I see a man who is trying to justify is beastly behaviour. That is what abusers do!

If a wife hits him (which I don't believe) and he responded with same. Why on earth are they still staying together, they need help please.
Your lack of objectivity on this matter clearly shows you are clueless. I only have one main concern and that is the bold part of your comments. Why is it hard to believe that a woman can raise her hand against a man in a moment of rage? We see it in the news, movies and so on, yet you feminist wannabees play deaf and dumb!

I've said it once and I'm going to say it again, "many are called but few are chosen"! Nigerians are so hooked on miracles that they are willing to try anything, almost everybody or anybody can be seen as a person of God but only God knows his true servants. Everybody wants to visit the hottest Alfa/Pastor in town for miracles but miracles don't come cheap. Sometimes it takes a whole cow buried at the worshiping site, other times it calls for human sacrifice but all na miracle....Happy miracles my foolish Nigerians, may we all find what we are looking for!

12. Buhari must not overlook Biafra. He should dialogue with them. He must not hold dialogue with Boko Haram. If he does it, he will destroy his administration. Nigeria will face a lot of agitations by different groups. His government should not see these predictions as doom messages, but as a warning and follow the advice appropriately.

These are not prophecies but opinions! In fact it is a very stupid opinion, what is the dialogue going to be about. Biafrans want Biafra or nothing at all, there's no compromising so can somebody tell me what the primate is talking about? I've also noticed the use of Ifs instead of definitive statements which goes to show this is speculative advising rather than a prophesy!

Politics › Re: Suicide Bombers Attack Mosque, 25 Persons Killed by abbey621(m): 2:06pm On Dec 28, 2015
I think the main reason Boko Haram is so strong is the fact that they restrict their attacks to the North; by doing so they are able to utilize their resources more effectively. Since the beginning of Boko Haram no area has been hit more than Maiduguri yet people still live there, yet elections still hold and people don't see anything wrong with that! If an armed robber continues to rob a particular street every week for a year, won't the people in the area relocate? Do they not value their own lives? This leaves me to conclude that either Boko Haram is a political propaganda and people are not really dying as they claim or the people of the North are just plain stupid!

You've only been dating someone for 2 months and you are asking such critical questions. Please chillax! Most girls won't feel comfortable answering such questions because it is more like an interrogation instead of an honest question. You should have given the relationship some time to mature and then gradually slip in those critical questions. For goodness sake a relationship of 2 months is not well vested and this makes it easy to walk away from. As a man you do not need to apologize rather you need to show maturity by calling her and giving the relationship a chance to continue(if you really like her, if not just move on mehn!) and next time stop acting like a bebeto grin grin grin

You are right, Bro. But, my question is : were his actions towards a critically ill patient justifiable, as a trained medical doctor that he is?
In a sane society the answer is no but in a country like Nigeria the answer is yes! Remember management could have sacked or sanction the doctor because the person went against protocol and in the jungle it's always about survival not morality.

Did you read the testimonies of the doctors that have done that, paying for patients, ? If everybody keeps waiting for the time things would be better before doing the little one could do, things would definitely get worse and worse.
Ask yourself how many doctors or medical professionals working at government hospitals can afford to pay for a patient out of their own pocket? It might be helpful if you can research how much they make and how easily government forgets to pay their salaries.

The people bashing the OP deserve to be flogged! Some even brought up suggestion that the person pay out of pocket and be reimbursed later, what a stupid suggestion! I've yet to see one single person actually acknowledge the fact that money matters more than lives in Nigeria. Till we come to this drastic realization we are all just kidding ourselves! Where did it all go wrong? Politicians! They are the ones responsible for enabling laws which protects accident victims and those in need of urgent care. There should be a budget set aside every year for such expenses but rather they would rather spend money on luncheons and private dinners, private jets and clothing allowances. These morons are clueless and unfortunately the Nigerian masses are even more clueless. I weep for this bastaard of a nation, where medical professionals are forced to watch injured citizens wallow in pain till they pay up or die, I pity the nation where medical professionals are so severely underpaid that they must choose between survival and morality. Finally I pity the youths wishing for a better tomorrow, there's no such thing as tomorrow when today we keep making the same mistakes of yesterday, our politicians visit abroad for medical treatments, they know how the system works yet prefers the stone age system of Nigeria. My advice to all medical professionals is to not be discouraged but rather do your best and leave the rest.....shalom.

Stop confusing people! Jesus and the Prophet Muhammad(S.A.W.) are equal in the eyes of Allah, the only reason Muslims put more emphasis on the later is that he is regarded as the last prophet and during his time the Quran was made. Islam has been in existence since the time of Abraham long long before the last prophet.

You sir are dumber than dumb! There's a difference between being religious and being insane! Sorry to say but your wife is a professional prostitute suffering from a mental disorder which can lead to your death or the death of your child. Your pastor, your family and her family are all working together to destroy you. I repeat they all want to destroy you! Your wife is not remorseful for her actions,in fact she believes she's doing you a favor so the best thing to do is to take your child and run! I would have suggested you go home and smack some sense into her but she's way beyond that point, her case is critical and she's beyond redemption. Forget the religious crap, there's only so much a man can take and a man is only useful if he's alive because once you are dead, you're dead! Ain't no coming back!

P.S. It is possible that you've exaggerated just a tad bit or maybe you've equally done some bad things to your wife but no matter what for any guy to go through half of what you're going through is way too much, run for your life my broda, run!

Christianity Etc › Re: Muslim Dressed As 'Santa Claus' In Sokoto Praying (photo) by abbey621(m): 2:19pm On Dec 21, 2015
ehie:
in the 1400 year history of islam, muslims have murdered over 270 million people.

Fact: Since 911, muslims have committed over 23 thousand deadly terror attacks around the world.

Fact: Islam can not and will not peacefully co exist with any other religion on earth. Never.

Fact: Where are all those so called “peaceful” muslims when the terror attacks occur? Why do they not stand publicly against the attacks as a religious group? The reason….. is in the verses below… It goes against their koran.

Muslim (20:4645) – “…He (the Messenger of Allah) did that and said: There is another act which elevates the position of a man in Paradise to a grade one hundred (higher), and the elevation between one grade and the other is equal to the height of the heaven from the earth. He (Abu Sa’id) said: What is that act? He replied: Jihad in the way of Allah! Jihad in the way of Allah!”

Muslim (20:4696) – “the Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him) said: ‘One who died but did not fight in the way of Allah nor did he express any desire (or determination) for Jihid died the death of a hypocrite.'”
Muslim (19:4321-4323) – Three separate hadith in which Muhammad shrugs over the news that innocent children were killed in a raid by his men against unbelievers. His response: “They are of them (meaning the enemy).”
Tabari 7:97 The morning after the murder of Ashraf, the Prophet declared, “Kill any Jew who falls under your power.” Ashraf was a poet, killed by Muhammad’s men because he insulted Islam. Here, Muhammad widens the scope of his orders to kill. An innocent Jewish businessman was then slain by his Muslim partner, merely for being non-Muslim.
Tabari 9:69 “Killing Unbelievers is a small matter to us” The words of Muhammad, prophet of Islam.
Ibn Ishaq: 327 – “Allah said, ‘A prophet must slaughter before collecting captives. A slaughtered enemy is driven from the land. Muhammad, you craved the desires of this world, its goods and the ransom captives would bring. But Allah desires killing them to manifest the religion.’”
Ibn Ishaq: 990 – Lest anyone think that cutting off someone’s head while screaming ‘Allah Akbar!’ is a modern custom, here is an account of that very practice under Muhammad, who seems to approve.
Ibn Ishaq: 992 – “Fight everyone in the way of Allah and kill those who disbelieve in Allah.” Muhammad’s instructions to his men prior to a military raid.
The Quran:

Quran (2:191-193) – “And slay them wherever ye find them, and drive them out of the places whence they drove you out, for persecution [of Muslims] is worse than slaughter [of non-believers]… but if desist, then lo! Allah is forgiving and merciful. And fight them until persecution is no more, and religion is for Allah.”

There is a good case to be made that the textual context of this particular passage is defensive war, even if the historical context was not. However, there are also two worrisome pieces to this verse. The first is that the killing of others is authorized in the event of “persecution” (a qualification that is ambiguous at best). The second is that fighting may persist until “religion is for Allah.” The example set by Muhammad is not reassuring.
Quran (2:244) – “Then fight in the cause of Allah, and know that Allah Heareth and knoweth all things.”
It is a shame that you have chosen to pick certain verses from the Koran to justify the hatefulness of your existence! It is also a shame that you have zero clue about context and how it works when dealing with religion and tradition. Yes it is written in the Koran that Muslims should fight Jihad(Holy War) but well thinking Muslims realize that you do not fight Jihad against innocent people or nations. I've repeated on this forum the fact that violence exists in all religion and in all an element of extremism exists but yet the ignorant ones keep believing one religion is better than the other not knowing they are spreading ignorance day by day. I would like you to look up how many people have died because of Christianity and compare it to the figures you have about Islam, you will be surprised that history repeats itself very clearly!

Please stop saying what you don't know! When protesters arm themselves with cutlasses and other weapons they are no longer treated as mere civilians. This becomes more glaring when they pose an imminent threat to the command of our soldiers. I'm still surprised anyone would call the Northern States a civilized entity, this is WAR and the North is a war zone! Boko Haram could disguise like Shiites and vice versa and I'm sure military intelligence had this in mind.
