slimyem: ....and here comes another avenue for wasteful spending....Syh = Shake your head! After not before the 'wasteful spending'(presumption is ........) |
robinhoodd2: and u STUPIDLY think u can get a job with that ur bad englishNo mind am Jare, some people don't know they are the source of their bad luck! |
Mama, RIP |
People will pray for you when you are serving and protecting their overall interest. The Benin Monarch has seen clearly that PDP which ruled for 8 years failed woefully in developing the state whereas Oshiomhole led ACN government in less than 4 years had made remarkable progress. Why won't he pray for him or will he rather pray for PDP to return and continue with their unfinished business? Oshiomhole well done and any serious politician wanting to win votes in an election better learn from this. |
charles424: Haba!!!why dismissal? That's too harsh, atleast the officer appologise for the violation and he never argue with the Gov. Atleast the gov has made his point,,so no need for stiffer penalty....the gov has done well and the officers too..let bygone be bygone. The real question to ask is if the Colonel will not commit a similar offence in future. Remember saying you're sorry and being truly sorry are not the same thing besides people have been sanctioned in the past for this same offence so what happens to "no partiality in justice"? |
ajbabs: Millitary officers that are not operation are expected to comply with BRR edictOnly on emergencies I guess! |
abbey37: They should tender justice with mercy o,the colonel was sober and apologeticYeah Sure he was but the law courts should decide not sentiments. |
Neoviper147: Fashiola, Made in Great Uniben. This guy must be president in future. I am proud of my school. Are all products of Uniben including yourself as exemplary as Governor Fashola? If so I guess UNIBEN only produces great men, that will be a good thing to note! |
This will teach companies a big lesson - don't compromise the welfare of your customers for cheap gain or you could pay dearly for it. |
Osama10: ^^^^^You sound like a fool! |
It's interesting how greed can teach some people how to fool others in order to inherit a fortune they didn't work for. Gold diggers pretending to mean well, if your spouse goes broke or bankrupt tomorrow I guess that can only mean that you only marry for the good times. |
Watch it all. Some years back abacha died mysteriously from so called poisoned apples according to rumourville, Abiola was fine until after having a cup of tea, now Arafat? Hmm who knows! |
OP, Too soon to judge, wait till Olympic finals itself! |
Op there might be some truth in the points you made but I think to a large extent it might be mere co-incidence. What would you say about Zenith Bank branch in Yola or Lokoja? GT bank has a lot of Igbos working for it at least in the Abuja branches I have visited and done business with. |
@OP It depends, Yesterday I was hit twice first in the afternoon at Wuse 2 by the side by one unruly guy driving a honda accord with learner sign on it. We argued and cursed each other till the guy got tired and drove off to pick a lady (maybe he was watching her all along and didn't want to miss her), then later at night at Jabi, a Keke Napep hit me from behind and made a scraping mark on my rear bumper. I let it go because there was no serious damage done. But if the damage was unbearable I'll make sure that man fixes my car before I let him off. |
Welcome to the Labour market ex-Otondos, but for the enterprising ones, the world is your oyster, make the most of it! |
Stop beefing goldie all you jealousy and bad belles! Black is beautiful! |
Air Nigeria claims it's due to internal industrial issues and not due to faulty aircraft. Whatever the case it's high time something is done about airlines retaining 'flying coffins' and other often ignored safety issues. |
^^^ Abuja is loaded with up and doing bobos! As for those that think it's a boring place, I'll say you don't know what you're missing! |
Catlanta: Prayed ke? Na wah for people oh!I tire O! |
We are watching closely! |
Pipe Dream! |
Mynd_44: Why would this make front page? I don tire for NairalandBecause it's entertaining and engaging! |
Nigeria is blessed with good people who are not good at making things good - really painful truth |
OP the bolded text you highlighted could have several interpretations so how do you contend with a reply that aptly explains the statement other than yours? |
Things broke people say: I need cash now now! |
Isaactop9: Ibo and money. Instead of mourning his wife who died he is looking for case to hammerShame on you, the man is angered by the untimely death of his wife and for him bringing those responsible for it to justice is the least he can do in memory of his wife. That's what the lawsuit is about, I'm sure you won't think differently if you were in his shoes. |
A revolution is hard to implement in Nigeria because the people themselves are anti-revolution! Try and do the right thing and see how Nigerians will turn against you! |
"NONESENCE INDEED"
he for sue GEJ than suing ppl that manufactured the plane long tym ago.
