I have my phone with me at all times and check it hundreds of times a day. From WhatsApp Message to Nairalander to Twitter and so on.

Please my great Nairalanders, help me, how can I reduce this attitude, it becoming something else.

You better make some readjustment by ignoring your phone and thinking of other things to do outside your phone.

It's really funny o, is it that you don't have work to do, that you'll be pressing phone from morning till night??
Or don't you know concentrating your eyes on a phone for too long can affect your eye lens??

Am also sure you dont have a boyfriend, because no guy will take that from you.

For your own good pls reduce it.

I think is not just Good for you. My father use that soap for years till he died last year, sometimes we buy it in roles for him, and he's good with it.

But me i don't use it because it gives me pimples. That's just my issue with eva soap.

even more difficult than Spanish La-Liga.
It's only in the English premier league that you can win the golden boot by scoring only 19 goals.
Cristiano Ronaldo & other great strikers in all their seasons in the premier league never managed to score more than 50 goals in a season.
It's only in the Spanish la-liga that players like Ronaldo & Messi managed to score 80 goals or more in a calender year because of how easy the league is.
And most times the number of goals you score, determines your position on the balon-dor list.
Even players like Negrado & Jesus Navas who flopped in the premier league, became stars when they switched to La-liga.

Is not as if English league is tough is just that English teams dont know how to play good technical football.

If you claim your English league is tough why dont you show your toughness during champions league matches, only thing your league know is media hype and nothing more. Spanish teams remains the most successful teams in European championship history, that's because we play good technical football.

Madrid has 14 champions league trophy, you think say we no sabi play ball na him we win am so??

The English premier league is also Considered the toughest league competition in the world.

English premier league also surpasses all others in terms of financial might like spending outrageous amount of money on buying or selling their players.

But Why is that Ballon d'Or winner barely comes out of England despite being considered the most toughest and most viewed football league in the world. Cristiano Ronaldo was the last person that won it in English premier league 2008 when he was playing for Manchester united.

2020 there was no Ballon d'Or winner due to corona virus outbreak but assuming it held we all know it was not coming to England. The award was going to Robert Lewandowski in Germany, FC Bayern Munich.

The Ballon d'Or award is an annual football award for the best player over the previous year. The recent winner of the Ballon d'Or award is a Real Madrid player, Karim Benzema.

Is it that English premier league players are just overrated and hyped? Or is it that if you want to create name for yourself premier league is the right place But if you want to win trophies Spanish league is the right place?? Please let share our thoughts on this issue.

English league can have viewership, money and competition among themselves in England, but one thing they will never get ahead of laliga is technical football, good play.
You can never compare the way Spanish teams play with the way English teams play. Even in European competition the difference still shows there.

Spanish league will always be ahead of English league because of their style of play, and that's what decide the winner of ballon d'or

Been married for over 5 years now and ever since my wife gave birth to my first child, I've been suspecting that it's not my child due to no sense of resemblance.

I finally did a DNA test but unfortunately the result shows that I'm not the father of my first child. No doubt my wife loves me so much and honestly she has done a lot, sacrificed alot for me.

My conscience never allowed me to end the marriage because honestly she is a good wife one could ever ask for though she has her bad sides.

Since the result came out, I never told her or confronted her because I'm very very certain that once I confront her the marriage will end cos alot will happen but everyday once I see the boy and remember, I get so angry but after some time when we are all playing as a family I will forget.

I still do everything a father could do for his son. Honestly it's not easy to forget about everything.

What do you advise me to do guys?

Since you don't want to confront your wife and ask her, why are you now telling us. If it doesn't bother you keep shut and enjoy someone's son.

in ondo state after downloading the ppa letter,you will take it to the state capital for submission then the focal person will give you another deployment letter with ondo state logo on it.This is the letter that the beneficiary will take to his or her ppa official for the stamp and signing,the beneficiary will then take the letter back to the focal person at Akure for the focal person signature an stamp after this process the beneficiary can upload the letter.

I was directed to a cafe by the npower staff to go get the ppa letter there. So I went they asked for login details, I gave them and they drafted my ppa letter for me , which I took to my ppa and was accepted. I later took it for re-uploading , after that I submitted in their office, and it reflected on my dashboard. So now am done with mine.
