Some people are scared of every form of "operation". Fear for this set of individuals is a major factor. Testifying about how they overcame that fear is not wrong, in my view. I'm a pro-CS, but realistically, not many would voluntarily pray for operation.

Some testify about how they used prayers and faith to overcome sickness as against using drugs. It's not wrong unless they expressly condemn the use of drugs or, in this instance, condemn CS.

For others, their testimony about CS come from a place of cost related factors (this is the version I've heard a few times). CS in some private hospitals in Lagos cost as much as 500k-1m. Not everyone can afford that. It's a worthy testimony for a financially challenged family.

In some families, they never accepted the wife. And it may be a wel known fact that either parents or siblings don't just like the wife.

What he did is to move his family away from his brother. He is still his brother. Just that the brother and the wife have nothing in common.

And yes, in Nigerian setting, if family members are beafing with the wife, husband most likely ignore and mediate from the side but they will never have beaf with their family members. Impossible. I also don't encourage that.

I think the emboldened settles it. There are certain shoes I can't wear. Any decision I take regarding my spouse will be based on my personal experiences with her, not the encounters of a third-party with her.

However, as previously mentioned, there are situations where I'll try to mediate (since you only focused on family beef). In such a situation, taking sides with my partner does not invalidate the role of mediation. Remember this is about her beef with an outsider not spousal disagreements.

NB: I did not marry a woman who is hated by my family, but if such a situation were to ever occur, my decision to proceed with the marriage would already signify taking sides with her.

The PEPT Judges ruled that this case filed against Tinubu is a pre-election matter.


EXPOSURE
PDP's Atiku Abubakar instituted this same case of Shettima's double nomination before the general election, what did the Judges ruled? Judges called Atiku busy body and also fined Atiku 10million naira for wasting their time.

Atiku instituted the same case at the tribunal, the compromised PEPT Judges said it is a pre-election matter.


Emeka Nwajuba, one of APC's Presidential Primary contestants instituted this same eligibility case at the federal high court before the general election but it was dismissed as lacking in merit.


PDP also instituted it as a pre election matter but it was dismissed and the Judge rebuked PDP for being a busy body and poke nosing into APC Internal matter.
