I'm disappointed with the Owerri picture that that Spyder posted. But I still support him nevertheless. The truth must be told. And the underperforming governors must be shamed. Our activities here is the little way we do that. The poor state of the road he posted is worse than what we have in Anambra during Mbadinuju's regime. But it's ok. I've been to Owerri, around Concorde Hotel. The place is beauty personified. Its green scenary endeared me to the location. Even my uncle who was enroute to US was impressed. He planned to spend only 2 night in Owerri, but later spent 1 week at Owerri with his wife. He actually confessed that Concorde hotel is the best hotel that he has been to in Nigeria. He use to lodge at Zodiac hotel or Blue Island hotel in Enugu. But he has since abandoned Enugu for Owerri as the city where he rests whenever he wants to escape from the prying eyes of the villagers during his visit to the country. Forgive me for my limited knowledge of Owerri town, but I'm impressed by what I saw on my short sojourn to Owerri. I hope that someone shows us the photo of the beautiful locations in Owerri. According to Ohakim, Owerri is the greenest city in Nigeria. I can't help but agree with him. I hope that someone proves me right.

Where is the 10 lane expressway in Onitsha? Wet blunt is not good for the brain. BTW, Onitsha is a mega city. So I don't quite get u when u attach the clause 'attain the status' to it. Tell me how many cities in Nigeria that can match Onitsha in terms of structures? Jot down your remaining sermons in Peter Obi's campaign manual.

afam4eva: Ebonyi happens to be one state that's very close to my heart because Enugu and Ebonyi are brothers. I think the problem Ebonyi has is the fact that past(Egwu) and present(Elechi) governments have not done much to sell ebonyi. We rarely get news from there unlike some other states. The prroblem with Ebonyi is a leaderrship problem just like Abia and maybe Anambra.

Let the envy continue to kill you. Otu Onitsha city remains the economic pride of Ndigbo, by the time Onitsha-Awka expressway is completed you wouldn't know Osha again and other major upgrade going on in and around the city. It has already begun. Imagine the 10 lane road that zooms through the city of Onitsha, it can only be compared with Ikorodu road in Lagos.

Ask her when she finished secondary school. Calculate the number of years to the present. Add it to 17yrs. You will get her right age in 96% of the time. The statistical error is at + or - 2%

I never knew that this issue will ever arise. I was at Bridge Head market exactly one yr ago. It rained on that day and I took shelter at the back of the mosque in a shop where they sells mattress. The place was a muddy mess. The day I visited the market coincided with their prayer day. The place where the mosque was located is supposed to be an open place. Most of the structures there are makeshift structures. The environment is very dirty too. Infact, those areas are in dire need of Upper Iweka styled treatment. I will try to provide photos when next I visits.

That mosque should be demolished as fast as possible. It's contributing to filthy outlook of the place. You guys need to be there to understand why it should be demolished. Remember that bridge head is the point of entry to Anambra from the west. How can Moslems inside Igboland give us order on how to beautify a major Igbo city? Mbanu!

This is a city that is next to Enugu in terms of beauty in Igboland. After taking us through Onicha chaos, we need something to assure our people that they are indeed striving hard at development and should continue. Impoosible! No one can ban okada in Onitsha or Anambra. The worst they could do is to restrict their movement. Remember that Nnewi people favours motorcycle as their means of transportation. So do many towns in Anambra. Any regime that tries to ban okada in Anambra should expect stubborn resistance. It just can't work
