I am sure you don't understand the nature of these floods. These places are near water ways where heavy down pour from a large catchment area will gather and discharge. The amount of water expected is too much for the natural water channel to contain which leads to flood which is usually a flash flood. It occurs once or twice a year. It's not cheap to control that amount of water.

As an Engineer living in Kano, I can tell you Ganduje did a lot of things with impunity and without recourse to conscience.

Ganduje attempted to take over Kano gulf club for these same purpose; shops and malls. Golfers are naturally connected that's why he didn't succeed.

Kano is currently the dirtiest city in Nigeria because of Ganduje. It's like 2 months and no waste management. Imagine the filth on the streets.

A polygamous or divorced man who is responsible for his way of life could pass the trait to a child genetically.

My opinion on this matter is that she could have the trait and you are responsible for knowing her traits. No one here can find that out.

My advice is to know the history of the divorce and which party was at fault then comparing her traits to that parent.

I have a friend who was from a polygamous father, his trait is not far off. He is not polygamous yet but I know if his wife makes trouble, he won't blink in making that decision. Infact, he didn't marry in church, only got to do traditional while she was pregnant. He emphasized that she had to be pregnant before he did the traditional.

Lastly, marriage is not all cozy, women naturally drive men to the edge, not every man can handle it and stay married.

Same and even worst in my case. I named my daughter but my father in-law gave her a name and my mother in-law gave her another which is their tribal name. That tribal name given by my mother in-law stuck.

My daughter bears my given bible name in school but we all use her maternal language name (MIL's given name) at-home. Even my own parents call her with that name which is not my tribe.

Even if the tribunal pronounce their judgement today, Tinubu will still be sworn in May 29. That's because there will be appeal and Supreme court before the judgement can come into effect. That will be way past may 29.

Our mechanics are the reason why people spend valuable time and money repairing vehicles all the time.
I remember an incident where my cousin is always changing the engine belt in his highlander to the extent that he will have like 2 spare ones in the trunk.

He complained about it to me but I didn't pay much attention to it, I just told him to look for the original serpentine belt for his vehicle.
When the complaint became too much I looked at the vehicle and noticed that he has been buying belts with 6 lines (6pk)while his vehicle should use 7 lines(7pk)

When I confronted the mechanic he told me confidently that it doesn't matter if the belt is 6 lines or 7 lines that what is important is the length of the belt and fitment, he showed me many vehicles in his workshop with 1 Line missing.

My mechanic uses Total Quartz Motor Oil 20W-50 - 1Litre for my steering pump.

When i drive the car at time the steering will hard. But if i off the car and leave it for like 2-5 minutes and start again it will free.

After i gave it to one guy to work the pump the thing didn’t stop. So I used vex to new brand new steering pump, I wanted to buy toks pump but the seller advised i buy brand new. Although he said the choice is mine. initially i was scared of new because its china but another thought in me was that steering pump give too much problem and i don’t know the history of the toks one, and besides the new one will likely last more it was around 15k difference costlier than the toks, after many thought i pick the new one . And i bought the total Motor Oil 20W-50 - 1Litre. And took it to another mechanic to fix and it was then it occurs to me me that I shouldn’t be using engine oil because because when I bought the car the previous owner was using one red atf oil. But my mechanic told me that red oil was not good.

I asked the mechanics there and they said the total 20w-50 is the wrong oil for steering pump. When I explained my problem they said that oil is responsible for why the steering hard some times. They said if i can return the new pump and flush that oil it will be okay. But I declined.

They told me to buy visco 2000 oil. But when I bought the visco 2000 oil. The 20w-30 was written on it also. When i told the mechanics they said it doesn’t matter that visco 2000 oil is very good for steering pump. That what they are using for people.

New They have poured the visco oil on the pump. But i am not really clear on this.

I need help on this. Is the visco 2000 oil good for steering pump?

I have seen mechanics use Visco 2000 engine oil in AT transmission. That engine oil just has a red dye but it is engine oil, same as the total.

Coming to the real question, both the ATF and engine oil are not for steering pump. There is a power steering fluid/oil.

ATF is hydraulic oil meant for heat resistance and enhancing friction while having detergents
PS oil is hydraulic oil meant for heat resistance and reducing friction
Engine oil is meant for heat resistance, reducing friction, having detergents and many additives

However, based on my research, using viscosity as major difference in the oils, I found out that ATF has very low viscosity compared to PS oil. Engine oil (20w50) has higher viscosity than PS oil. Also the lower viscosity of ATF to PS oil will cause heat build up which is bad for PS pump. Viscosity of 20w50 is higher than PS but will reduce over heating but inefficient.

My opinion is that, in the absence of PS oil, use oil engine oil with a lighter viscosity than 20w50, such as 5w30, 5w20.

The reason why most people adopt ATF is that every Automatic transmission basically has an oil pump that is basically doing the same kind of work like the PS pump. Since the operation is similar, the oil is similar. But we have very very bad ATF oils in the market that will just kill your pump. You are safer with a thicker oil than a lighter one.

Yes, if you understand politics you will know why.

The Senate President ideally should go south, it can't be the SW where the president is from. So it must either be SS or SE. But APC ranking senators from SS and SE have no influence. Senate President is a big position that should be given to someone who can deliver at least his home state next election. No SS or SE senator can do that which means none of them is influential enough to be Senate President. If Wike was a ranking senator and him being able to deliver his state, he will be a big contender.

You put people who will consolidate the party in their state or region. A Senate President is by far bigger than any state governor is, why waste the power of the position on a person who won't be able to deliver his own state or region. You consolidate your influence where you are sure will be an investment.

Even a speaker is as influencial as a state governor. They would rather give the speaker to an influencial person than the Senate President. Most speakers end up uninfluential. The dilemma is what happens to NW.

My prediction is they would get a lot of less power positions

I was actually rooting for her but I am disappointed with her already. She definitely has lost my support because it is obvious she or her cronies compromised the INEC REC. And for her to celebrate illegality and even keep acting on it means she is the same bread of politicians we need to avoid.
