EducationThe Danger Of Fear by adexpa(op): 11:38pm On Jan 30, 2020
FEAR! THE GREATEST WEAPON FOR GREATNESS.

I am very sure every reader will be astonished and dazed to see a topic like this from any sane writer, but I will indulge you to go through the text before passing judgment.
The topic FEAR! THE GREATEST WEAPON FOR GREATNESS came to mind after several thoughts and experiences while been a student of fear.
The greatest south African man to ever lived, Nelson Mandela once said ‘’ Courage is never in the absence of fear, but the ability to conquer’’ which I rephrased to be ‘’ success is never achieved in the absence of fear, but ability to manipulate, maneuver and overcome’’ . No one ever amount super-success without the prefix fear. Sam Adeyemi in one of his book described FEAR as “a defence mechanism that God programmed into us to warm us of danger’’ which to me implies the gift God gave individual to fight battle ahead.

I am very sure everyone will agree with me that it is the fear of failure that makes us prepare ahead our encounters; fear of examination failure makes us read adequately, the fear of broken home makes us prepared ahead by reading books on marriages and also go for cancelling, fear of career failure makes us read books to develop ourselves and get mentors in our career path, and many more.
I am sure with this understanding, we believed fear has a vital role to play in our greatness. Any endeavor embarked on with zero fear never flourishes at best. So, it is the presence of fear that makes us triumph, display and deliver maximally. The presence of fear with super determination to succeed brings about super-success.

The question now is, how do we manage our fear and turn it into weapon of greatness? because It is never possible to kill fear, but we can manage our fears to produce desire results.

Below are few points to manage our fears in order to achieve greatness in our encounters;
1. ADEQUATE PREPARATION: Preparation helps us gain power over our fears.
2. GAIN EXPERIENCE: When we gain moderate experience on whatever we do, we are able to command fear.
3. PRACTICE: We need to practice whatever we do over and over to be in control of it. Practice does not only make perfect but makes permanent.
4. VISUALIZE SUCCESS: Always be seeing success in whatever you do. Never see failure at any point.
5. TAKE OFF PRESSURE: Do not allow pressure to control you. Deal with pressure at all cost.
6. KNOW YOUR STRENGTH: The ability to know your strength helps you in making best use of it in whatever you do.

Finally, wisdom is the attribute of taking adequate and proper time to acquire right information and execute them rightly. The fear you do not conquer kills your career and initiatives, therefore, you must be at all times salivating techniques it will require you to conquer your fear.

Thanks for reading……

“Whether one is right or the other is wrong, it is not for me to decide. The court will decide. This is a very simple matter. An election was held when there was an injunction. Second, elections took place in LCDAs not recognised by the Constitution. These are matters before the court.

I think many people did not read this part. Why can't malami wait till February and allow court to order Makinde herself.
PoliticsRe: Current List Of Most Corrupt Countries In The World, Ghana Overthrows Nigeria by adexpa(m): 5:49pm On Jan 16, 2020
I do not think there is any error on the list by not including Nigeria. I agreed that Nigeria is corrupt, but there are many other corrupt nations that are worst than Nigeria. We were disappointed by the list because we have only lived and know much about Nigeria compared to our knowledge of other nations. God bless Nigeria

My candid advice

U self try
I know it's not easy but try
Nothing like a praying wife

Even if he didn't meet U, life would still be beautiful for him.

I love this above statement my brother, many Nigerian women had turned themselves to automatic fortune to men, they believed man's prosperity is tied to their destiny....... Your life has changed after you married me; that is their common statement. Even if it was so, must it be entitlement.

Just try
I don't think I'd want to marry a woman who doesn't pray also.
Just tryyyyyyyyyyyyyy

babzo:
Really?
If the people of the State see these moves as beneficial to them, then well done sir.
But i am concerned as to why that amount is to be spent on past questions for one set? Will another 170 million be spent next year? Are there not cheaper ways? Like a digital format? Of course that can only work if the students have smart phones or computers.

I love this your post. I saw him to be a good and a passionate leader who really wants to change things but that doesn't not qualifies him to be a visionary leader. We have to know if the question past questions are going to be in paper form because that can not last many sets before it will be torn and become useless. If the past questions are the paper form, we have to call it a big mistake and he will have to be reviewing every of his plans well before executing. It might be a good idea but not properly channelled or carried out.

As to the N9 billion, what happened to the jnitial contract? Did the contractor not do what he was paid for? Has he been made to refund what he collected? Or maybe its she.
On the contract, I guess he must have evaluated the stage of the project and relate it with the already disbursed fund before cancelling it and reaward without asking for a refund from the contractor. Another question is, why did the past governor awarded it with 7m and he awarded it 9m......

All this questions are good to checkmate what our leaders are doing but there is no room for that

You close borders but you continue to pay customs their salaries and the CG Of Customs, whose duty is to check smuggling along the borders, has not been sack. Why not disband the Nigerian Customs Service since they have failed in their duties to police the borders and close the borders indefinitely? Using archaic method to solve contemporary problems can't solve anything but will rather aggravate it.
Very useless Government
Of what reasons do we have customs at the entrance if they can not checkmate incoming good by allowing the goods permitted by law and restrict the ones restricted by law. Closing border shows we do not have officials whose duty is to protect the border. We should render customs useless and device another means of checkmating our borders.

I do not disagree him campaining for his boss, but my concern is him been sentiment on what a region stands to gain instead of what the nation stands to gain. How long are we going to be reasoning Tribal-wise, Ethenic-wise and regional-wise instead of nation-wise. It is better we devide instead of our leaders deviding us through their foolish ultrances and interest. There is nothing worst than hate speech.

Your friend suppose have moved since. You can't continue mixing spirituality with fact and be prosperous. church is a place where people meet to serve God and tight and offering has been mandated to cater for every services it might need, if church continue making money and cant pay for her need, it should be deprive of it. Let your friend understand life fact and make good living for himself and family through his talent. He should not see what church did has evil and barbaric, that is one of life lessons and it is meant to build him.
CareerRe: Mechanical Engineering Or Computer Science? by adexpa(m): 11:06am On Oct 17, 2018
I will say you should try and finish your mech and be taking professional/practical courses in computer science during your vacations or at any convenient time, because with good professional courses you can do well in cs since that is where your interest and strength is. But if you think it wouldnt work, you can go back and start computer science, but you will still need professional courses or practical classes to triumph well in cs. I wish you best as you follow your heart

I do not disagreed that Bukola is not a criminal, but can you point me a Nigeria politician who is clean of this. It is better to appoint a criminal with intelligence and smartness, who can come out to address and carry people along at when need. Many of us are just looking at the headline neglecting other comments he made: restructuring and employment. Saraki is energetic, vibrant, brilliant, young and smart politically and that is the kind of person we need to represent us both in and out of Nigeria. We always judge by antecedent that are politically fuelled, we all see Saraki from what they say angle and not what we see and witness. Vote Saraki, he is better than lifeless and clueless man with integrity alone as licence to leadership.

PoliticsRe: School Feeding: Gombe State Releases N394m To 2,809 Food Vendors by adexpa(m): 1:32pm On Apr 07, 2018
My candid opinion; why can't govt sit and look into a way to make the parents independent through this wasted money, because how can govt continue wasting such amount of money on ordinary feeding instead of providing small scale businesses for their parents and make them independent. We need to be seeing before now in this country, we always tend to see now goals that will benefit us presently and not long term goals that will benefit us forever. We need leaders and not managers in the helm of affairs of this nation.

Judas person was a vow disciple who devoted and dedicated his life to serve christ his master, but devil who came into his life for a short time and made him lover of money should be called betrayal. Judas was as good as other disciples, he committed to christ like others until when christ was due for cross. You will agree that the perpetration was carried out within few hours when devil was in charge, and judas regretted his action immediately. We can see that judas person does not like what he did, but he could not controlled it because he was under influence. Judas person was a disciple, but for fulfilment of law, he was made a betrayal.
RomanceRe: Does Age Really Matter When It Comes To Marriage? by adexpa(m): 5:28am On Apr 01, 2018
I do not think it will matter in this your case. Suppose you just meet and she is at desperation stage when she can hide her attitudes, i would have suggest you take your time. You guys are of the same age, she can not hide her character. I do not dispute older ladies base on they gets older early, but because many of them hide their real characters just to get married and later changed during marriage. Take your time to reason over it, think of her attitudes so far. Once she is natural attitudinally, and not at despirate stage, you are good to go.

Dear, u just need to take things easy so as not to fall victim of regret. What elderly sees sitting, children might not see even clamping tree. U do not need to go wide or stay away all day or weekends to get ur man. My question is, how mature do u relate with ur parents, do they see independence in u, suppose u r them, can u freely leave a daughter like u? it is good to have freedom, but freedom can be dangerous at some point in life. My advice, get more maturity and understanding, get closer and become friend to ur parents and let them see what u r seeing that they are not seeing, by that, they will also tell u what they are seeing that u r not seeing. best of God dear.

My brother, your case is different. Do not allow love which flows due to constant sex to cover u up. It is not bad to marry someone older but, u need to be totally convinced. Disengage urself from sex and pray seriously about it, once u r convinced, u r good to go. No lady of that age will not give u all u mentioned. Just be prayerful about it, do not just conclude on her attitude and some other things u see. I wish u the best.

My one dime. Marriage can only be getting better when the two are ready for corrections, the two of you need to be ready for correction from either party, but must be able to agreed on how to go about it. She or you must not correct by shouting. It is good for her to correct your outfit but not by shouting. All you need is for both of you to realize the need for improvement and how to go about it. The two of you are imperfect body that needs upgrading time to time. As the man, you need a lot of patience to drive your home, the loads on you are enormous and you must be ready. God bless your home.
