We have just received an NSF for her dependant asking for more information however, the interesting thing is in the email they said and I quote below:
“ I note that your Mother currently has a Skilled Worker visa”

Which means it’s only this UKVI IELTS that’s delaying her visa.

Your case is a very difficult one because your name now appears on the DVR (Document Verification Report) database, and I do believe it's too late to request judicial review or to appeal your case because it happened two years ago.

They were certain that all or some of the documents you submitted with your visa application were fake or forged, so this resulted in the 10-year ban.

All you need to do now is wait until your ban is over, and then you can put in another application.

Alternately, you might take a chance and submit a fresh application with supporting documentation and back it up with a convincing letter; nevertheless, the likelihood of success in this scenario is extremely slim but not impossible.

Note: This is just my own personal opinion, so don't rely on it 100% because I am not an immigration expert or visa agent.
