Dsimple: I went to a police station in my area, they were telling me nonsense, telling me to sponsor at least two police officers to Lagos from Abuja inorder to look for her and like you know there's a high chance we might not find her. I advised they call her even if it means me footing the bill but they said ''you want dey teach us our job abi"? I think the police men are right, going there physically is probably the best way to locate them, by the time you ask around, someone will give you an important lead on their present location |

Quite true, I recall vividly that it was the extrajudicial killing of Yusuf that started a full blown armed insurgency, strangely, they also started by attacking police formations in the state |

SilverNorGold: This is bad.. Opposition parties are now using this opportunity to target and exterminate our leaders, but they will fail, as always! Especially in Lagos. They know they are not loved by the people, and out of jealousy, decided to unleash terror - through their hoodlums - on prominent Lagos leaders, like Tinubu, Sanwo-Olu, Sanai Agunbiade, among others.
But let them know that no matter how hard they try, the blood of Jesus has already covered our leaders. They'll continue to fail, and fail, and fail, until the long arm of the law catches up with them..
God bless Nigeria. You be career Dundee, better don't sell yourself short because of crumbs some politicians are offering you. Why in God's name did he assume the role of covid palliative store keeper and distributor? He is even bold enough to say he intends sharing it for his birthday? Thank God, Nigerians are waking up. As for cocavid, they should have known better than to donate these items to the government, the Nigerian political system is too corrupt. |

Abbeyme: Lazy excuse. Palliative is palliative for all.
If he wants to empower widows, let him do that out of his own pocket. The palliative thing should never have gone through the political system, corruption, nepotism and favoritism that is rife in the political system destroyed the whole thing. They should have looked for deserving NGOs and give them a mandate to run the thing. |

Vaughanlanrewaj: Sir, there is nothing special if a person or group of people can destroy, the real hardwork and reward is in building.
A leper can spill milk but can't milk a cow.
I don't believe any Igbo behind the misinformation and subsequent carnage in Lagos has represented the Igbo well.
I will refrain from making it an Igbo vs Yoruba thing because of its likely severe consequences.
Imagine the Yoruba doing same thing, sending misinformation against the non-Yoruba in their midst. It will lead to loss of lives and properties. Clearly there is also fufu in your head, of all the tribes in Nigeria, you have singled out the only and you keep mentioning ibo here and there? On what basis? You just want to start a tribal war, you will fail Sanwolu is culpable of treason against his own people, same with Tinubu, that's what the evidence points to |

Vaughanlanrewaj: Check out this character for example
Here, he was praising his Igbo political master https://www.nairaland.com/6185803/god-bless-nnamdi-kanu-ipob
And here posting fictitious names as victims in the Lekki incident
https://www.nairaland.com/6194664/pictures-youths-died-lekkimassacre There were cyber warriors on both sides created for misinformation, every ardent nairalander knows this. It doesn't hide the fact that unarmed protesters were protesting were murdered and the governor has been unwilling/inable to come clean on his role. As for Tinibu, as I said earlier, he is a key architect of this Buhari regime, what he has sown, he has started reaping. He who brings ant infested firewood to his home, is inviting the lizard |

IDesignLOGO: People like you are the real reason Nigeria will never move forward Don't mind them, when they cannot argue reason, they throw in tribe and religion to divide people and hide the truth., but Nigerians are getting smarter. To see that both he and his oba jumped ship even before news of the massacre came to light speaks volume |
Politics › Re: Asiwaju Tinubu Should Remain Resolute by Advision: 5:03am On Oct 22, 2020 |
May be if he explained why instructions were sent to put of the light and remove the camera at Lekki toll gate, when they explain why armed soldiers were deployed to peaceful protesters leaving 'thugs' that suddenly appeared same day and started attacking police stations on the mainland, if he explained who gave the order to shoot (because even the NA is denying it have such orders)
Until then I have no sympathy.
Nigerians have been through a lot over the past 5 years and Tinubu is a direct architect of their suffering, to kill them again for complaining about the situation is wicked, and the wicked may never know peace. |

ItsReal: Let me mess with you small.
"Hoodlums have hijacked the protest from us." You said protest is the right of every Nigerian. Hoodlums are Nigerians too. They are protesting the way they know how. Who are "us" you're referring to? Did you define yourselves or those eligible to join the protest? Was it not you calling everybody to join the struggle? Sowore even called the police to join them in the revolution. Hoodlums, who are also Nigerians with grievances now joined, and you said they hijacked it. What is hijack? Did they stop you from doing your own protest? Did they redefine what you want or change the 5 abi 17 points agenda? Part of your own agenda is to release your own fellow protesters arrested. Part of their own agenda is to release their friends that were in prison since (they also thought they were wrongly imprisoned, or no be only them be thieves). You had no leader, fixed group or coordination, and you called everybody to join you. Hoodlums now joined you, and you said they hijacked it from you.
Please stop the joke.
Let's even assume they've seized control of your own protest, you cannot take back control from ordinary hoodlums, and you want to take control of Nigeria from Buhari and the army? Are you dreaming?

MagicBishop: Tinubu controls the thugs that were sent to cause havoc and chaos to justify the use of the military on the benign EndSars protesters.
Now that is the real picture of things and if you can not see that tinubu is coordinating the clampdown then you are irredeemable I honestly don't see how the violence benefits Tinubu, and he is smart enough to realise there would be a backlash like this. I think his problem is he decided to play second fiddle and now he is being blamed for every and anything going wrong |

Tejuri: The chances of the south uniting is quite slim sadly. It’s a pipe dream, so much distrust between us. Tinubu was foolish to stay on the fence this longbon several issues that bothered on the safety and welfare of his people all because he wants to please those who he assumes will hand over power to him. It is becoming clear to him, that these people are likely not going to hand over power to him and he has lost credibility before the people from whom true power comes from |

Pierced: Lekki toll gate killings was carried out by Nigerian army..... while TVC fire was carried bout by thugs. You really believe the attacks on police stations were carried out by "thugs"? The dss is now actively involved in this protest and using it to achieve their goal. "Thugs" coordinated attacks on 4police stations giving the Nigerian army the needed reason to get involved. The Nigerian army did not go and secure the police and other critical infrastructure from the rampaging "thugs" instead went to the toll gate to kill protesters. This same thugs are back on rampage despite the curfew and checkpoints mounted, a script is being played, those that know, know |

omowolewa: Assumptions and Conspiracy theories,
Tinubu must be that powerful to have influenced youths in Abuja, Info, Edo, Jos, and all across Nigeria.
If Tinubu can pull that size of followers, and influence, PLEASE VOTE TINUBU The truth is if Lasg behaves the way they way they did during the protest about fuel increase some years back they will likely have quenched it at its initial stage. The deliberately played they (human-right loving government) leaving the embers in Lagos to keep lighting other states. In as much as Lagos continues to burn, other states in the south will not be able to quench it For BAT, it's clear he is likely going to lose out in 2023, he may as well allow it to spoil for APC in general. If APC eventually uses brutal force to quench this protest (which is probably the only think they are thinking now), it will greatly affect their 2023 chances beside the bad international record it will give them |
Politics › Re: Why I Think Tinubu Is Sponsoring The Endsars Protests. by Advision: 7:33am On Oct 20, 2020 |
In the unlikely event that this protest does topple Buhari, Tinubu must have figure out they will also turn on him next because he was a core support in bringing this administration in twice. I guess that is why he is also advise that things don't get out of hand |
