I've never heard them freestyle before. |
nnenna.1:Yes, i did and i replied. All i said is that you should change the email associated with that particular account and then request for a password reset after which you can take the action. |
Igbo language is not relevant or it's relevant is minute. It's not until we make concerted efforts to make it relevant that it will be that. How do you explain a situation whereby you're considered educated and schooled is you can't speak your native language. So, it means by promoting education, we'll de-promoting our language because the people are being educated with English and not Igbo. |
Did you meet her in badoo.com? If you did, probably she was angry you didn't pay her before attempting anything. It's pay before service. na money for hand, back for ground. |
Eze Promoe: Fluency is not actually the issue but will they turn up when called for a set?A lot of them don't really care about the Igbo language but would turn up if the money is right. This is what has been plaguing anything IGBO. The people are always after what they can get personally and not what they can help the community(Igbo) achieve. |

I have made it a rule never to speak to any Igbo person that can't speak Igbo and is proud of it. I don't want any form of inferiority in my life. I almost slapped a woman and i regret not slapping her that i heard talking about how allowing her children speaking Igbo will spoil their tongue. These are the 1diotic elements we're breeding. These are the same people that can deny their roots. They're the same people that can deny their father and mother if need be. I think a law should be passed by the government to make it compulsory for people to be able to understand their native turn if they must seek employment in Nigeria. These 1diocy has to be curbed. |
I was the one writing the names of noisemakers, so there's no way i would have written my name. |
solomon111: Utomi should be the next governor. He should take a cue from Rochas who has tried his hands in the presidential election but ended up settling for a state Governorship position. I actually think these people are more needed in the states and Local governments because that's where their effectiveness will be felt the most. |
dbride: YOU said this? YOU reasoned like this? Stella Oduah has just ONE ministry, GEJ has so many. The ministers are supposed to be his eyes over the different ministeries assigned to them. They have full authority. Waoh, can't believe you made that comment. You should understand how organisations function. Free your mind from that tribal bondage and you will reason like you used to. Religion and Tribe truly are demons that attack the real human mind with blindness. Think about it bros, I know you now, wetin come happen...obu zi kwa ngi... na waoAre you aware that apart from NCAA, there are other sub-agencies that fall under the purview of the Aviation ministry. SO. it's not only Jonathan that has so many ministries to oversee. Commonsense dictates that if a particular sub-section of a ministry or agency is not living up to expectation, you take it out on the person directly involved in that sub-section and if it persists, you can take it out on the person at the top echelon which in this case will be the ministers. But fortunately or unfortunately, the minister is not responsible for the appointment of the NCAA boss and if anything the blame should rest on the person that appoints him before the Aviation minister. |
Idun'oba ehis:So, why are you trying to compare the TIVS and the Ikas? The TIVS don't speak Hausa as their native language but the Ikas do. The Ikas bear Chukwuemeka but the TIVS don't bear Hausa names. |
manny4life: Everyone keeps going for the Gov. ticket, what about the LG, isn't that viable?I actually thing the solution of underdevelopment and poverty rests in the hands of the local government. Why can't we even have people of Utomi, Soludo, Fashola, Ezekwesili in the local governments? |
Garri the 1st: You Afam are you from Delta?? You've been posting all over the thread and nobody has asked you if you're from Delta so why are you concerned about where the poster is from??What is wrong in Technocrats becoming politicians? Isn't that what we should be encouraging. Are you satisfied with the likes of Uduaghan and Ibori? As far as rotation goes, i'm speaking based on PDP rotation formula which musn't be followed anyways. Let the best man for the job take it. I think the likes of utomi, Iweala, Ovia are more than qualified. We all know that what has led to Anioma not producing a governor because they are not seen as core Deltans by the other parts of Delta state. Despite the fact that in Delta Central and Delta south, you have the likes of Urhobo, Isoko, Ijaw, Itsekiri etc, all these people are somehow connected culturally and socially unlike their Igbo counterpart in Delta North. So, an Itsekiri man will rather vote an Urhobo, Isoko or Ijaw than voting an Igbo man and vice versa. |
boron10: Jim Ovia tooYes, not forgetting him and Nduka Obiagbena. |
kofoshi: The question begging for an answer is: will core Deltans ala Urhobo, Isoko, Ishekiri who collectively make up the bulk of Delta electorate vote for her? Her recent fraternisation with her Igbo kins across the Niger would suggest that she has her ethnic group more at heart than that of her state so other bonafide Deltans might be worried. And who made those people you mentioned core Deltans? And what's wrong with Ngozi Okonjo Iweala associating with her ethnic group? Does being a Deltan stop her from being Igbo? And what's even your business about who she chooses to identify with? Are you from Delta state? |
All these Ogbanje and eckankar bloggers are at it again. You leave what Genevieve told you to go and believe what an ogbanje friend of hers said. I'm not even sure the ogbanje friend exists. |
ndu_chucks: Oga, what are the President's impeachable offenses in this case? I sense Igboman trickry in your dialogue. What are the minister's sackable offense in this case? |
I was even expecting to see a Nigerian or African name. This shows that Africa is now exporting some of it's values to the world ![]() |
ifyalways: LOLLol Some Guests no get shame sha. |
HIV is not a death sentence like people think and can be contained. Magic Johnson has been living with HIV since 1991(23 years) and he's still enjoying life. Meanwhile, go here to encourage others to take an HIV test https://www.nairaland.com/1425756/whats-hiv-status-heres-mine |
Red_Card: I'm from Ikwerre. I don't think we eat anything like that. You don't think or you know? I lived in an Ikwerre village and they do eat it. |
eaglechild: Stella Oduah is the best aviation minister ever. He's second from bottom to Borishade. |
There's something Ikwerre people eat that looks like coackroach and they don't even cook or fry it before eating. It's eaten fresh. |
Sec5: Does that qualify her to run for governorship seat in Delta?I don't know what the constitution says about that but she won't be the first person to do that. The wife of the former PDP chairman, Ahmadu Ali's wife contested in her native Asaba(Anioma) to become a senator. |
@Okija_juju and hercules07, Abeg make una go politics beer parlor go discuss una Canada parole. |
Okija_juju: The Fola guy in charge of the NCAA was appointed by the FG and not Madam Stella..This even further exonerates the Minister of Aviation. I thought the Minister is the one who appoints the NCAA boss. |
Italiano1: Afam that analogy is not bright.THis same thing can be said about the NCAA boss who was appointed to oversee a specific department that deals directly with what people are accusing the Aviation minister of. I'm not saying either the Aviation minister or even the NCAA boss should be fired. I'm just addressing the hypocrisy of some Nigerians. I'm even forced to agree with Odua's assertion to some extent which asserts that air crashes are "an act of God". This simply means that they can be a natural occurrence because even in advanced countries of the world where attention to detail is worshiped, planes crash. So, in as much as a little more effort from people at authority will help reduce the occurrence of crashes, they should not be sacked solely for that afterall cars crash all the time and at no time has the Ministers of Transport been sacked or has anyone called for their sack. The Aviation ministry goes beyond just airlines. |
hercules07: You are now being ridiculous, impeachment is a legal process and the offenses are laid down in the law of the land, if plane crashes is one of the listed offenses, then the President should face the music. The Ministers are appointed by the president, he can hire and fire them, one of the reasons for firing people is incompetence, incompetence can be through direct actions or indirectly.Impeachment can come if the president has violated the laid down rules as stipulated in the constitution or has performed below par and the aviation ministry is under his purview. So, if you blame the Aviation minister, why not the president? Why Odua and not the NCAA boss? The NCAA was created for a particular purpose which makes it not directly under the Aviation ministry. |
