Rhino.5dm:You just couldn't wait. Lol ![]() |
Nice one...In as much as i'm tipping Soludo for that seat, i think Ngige is the only person that can win it for APC. He's even more popular than Soludo in Anambra but what could work for Soludo is the platform that he will be running under(assuming APGA clears him). |
^^^ The last picture is the road beside the sunday market in Ogba and that road is very bad and has not even been touched. But i think it won't be for to long because the road linking to it is presently been worked on. I also want Fashola to do something about the road that links Ogba to Adeniyi JOnes. That road is a cagey macabar dance and it needs fixing. |
airmark: You must be a super human switching locations in the space of 3hours to drive home your point.Lol The guy is not who he says he is. |
SamConquer: 3 Points 4 Sure.#Done Deal#Exactly. We Aston Villa fans are very confident. |
Aston Villa for life!!!! |
A-town:I think i know. When they're been killed for food, they don't feel any pain. |
A lot of people will lose their jobs because of technology. Those that will benefit are IT inclined people. Welcome to the future. |
Lagosbabe1: No Afam, you initial post was not about the title of the thread, please let us be frank. Your comments were:If you knew what the former title was, you'd understand why i said so. Imagine me creating a thread titled "[i]My Vacation in Enugu" and then i post those pictures up there. Does that even make sense? But no one will hold it against me if i post those same pictures with the title "Bad governance in Enugu". |
vislabraye: That's what she said. The thread is about bad governance. I know its not all Igbo town that's like this. For instance, Enugu is far better than this. The poster changed the title of the thread. It was the former title that i was against. This current title seems better. |
Learn web designing or give the job to a web designer. |
^^^ Mr Man, are you not ashamed of yourself. Do those project looks like what you see in other states? |
f rain c: Afam pls if u can rememberPls send me a mail or drop your email. Thanks. |
Ola Johnson: Mods, Afam in particular, you must ban Chukjojo for calling out my mother just as you did to me after claiming I called out the father of a memberCan you at least provide a link. Thanks. |
Lagosbabe1: @ Afam,I was against the former title of the thread which has been changed. I could care less about exposing the criminal in the name of Theo Orji. |
COOLDUN: You should just stop ranting and commend this OP for a job well done, i can see that you are one of those people that support evil and incompetence of the devilish rulers you call your leaders. You're the one who's ranting for nothing. I could care less if the OP chooses to expose the ineptitude of Theodore Orji. I'm in support of that but i wasn't in support of the former thread title(it has been changed). If i visit Enugu and i want to show pictures of my trip, i will cover different parts of the city and not focus on the worst places except i want to show the incomperence of the governor which is what the OP wants to do which i'm in support of. That's why i encouraged her to change the thread title which she has done. God punish Theodore Orji. |
jayriginal: What? ? ?And these animals are not hurt when you slaughter them for lunch. Hypocrisy much. |
Nelly Ghenghen: Have u been to Abuja?Abuja's greenery can't even be compared to that of Calabar. |
okpara ugo: When last did you goto AbaI never said they were not real. Read my post again. |
jayriginal: You dont think there is something off about enjoying the pain of others even if they are brutes? But it's ok to use them for sallah meat right? Why do we as human beings dwell in hypocrisy like this. |
jayriginal: Come on Afam. These animals feel pain. It is cruelty to hurt animals for sport and entertainment.I'm not really for or against it. I just happen to enjoy the sport. Maybe they should try and seek the consent of the animaals ![]() |
boron10: You don't have to politicize this. GEJ had nothing to do with it.I guess if it was the other way round, GEJ will have something to do with it. Lol ![]() |
The only dialect i can speak but not convincingly is the Nkanu dialect. When speaking central Igbo, i sample words from Owerri, Mbaise, Onitsha, Idemili etc cos i don't even know which one is central Igbo anymore. |
ikenga67: Gosh, why are you guys so reflexively defensive? the OP sees a very bad situation (which you can see in every state in Nigeria) and decides to post it here, why does her motive count for so much? Is there really a need to circle the wagon? Obviously Gov. Orji has not been doing a heck of a job, but so was OUK and so is every governor in Nigeria. Any person that believes that any government or governor in Nigeria is doing a good job is on a debilitating drink called "mediocre"I was only against the former thread title. I'm not against the Governor of that state being exposed for who he is. |
I tip Fenerbahce to win this one. The Turkish league has improved in recent time. |
airmark: You should be ashamed of yourself. You are a typical Nigerian, suffering and smiling or you are just being selfish and wicked. Are those roads not shocking to the eyes? Instead of you to encourage the op to post more and use it as an evidence of bad leadership under this ever-smiling bad governor we have. You were asking for agenda behind it. Your mind has been automatically set at tribalism, which is wrong.I'm not against the OP exposing the incompetence of the Abia state government but the title of the post does not do justice to that. She's giving us the impression that the pictures are from her visit to Abia and i find it strange that those images are the only images she saw in Abia. It would have made more sese if the title of the thread was "Pictures of the bad leadership in Abia". |
I don't know much about the politics of Kogi state but Lokoja is the worst looking state capital that i've ever been to. When i went there for the first time, i was asking people if that was the world famous Lokoja. I think the state government have to improve the lot of the state and it's people. |
owolabifunke14: Afam don't bring the issue of agenda here,I suffered before I crossed all these places and you can't tell me to mind my business when my elder sister is engaged to an abia manDid you stay in one of those houses in the neighborhood where you took those pictures? If this thread is about exposing the ineptitude of Theoodore Orji then i'm in support but the thread title has to be in consonance with that. You can't tell me that those pictures represents your trip to Abia state? |
It's obvious the OP had an agenda when she brought out her cameras to take pictures. of course these pics are mostly like those of Aba but you can't travel to Aba and tell me that these are the best pictures you could take. |
What really worries me is the bananas i see in Lagos everyday. I don't know how people can confidently be selling bananas that look like something sacrificed to obatala. Those bananas are very far from edible. |
It's because we don't have well built food markets. What we have is a conglomeration of shanties in the name of markets. Let's also not rule out the fact that Nigerians and Africans have learned to embrace filth as a way of life. |
Pharoh: @Afam . . . . The distancing from the igbo identity has almost nothing to do with language, culture or politics if you people can simply take the time to understand the opposing views. Going forward will imply that if there will ever going to be a form of relationship with igbos then it will almost have nothing to do with those earlier stated facts.Your argument about Anioma not being part of the Igbo umbrella has always centered around "Ideology" and i'm telling you that Ideology has little or nothing to do with ethnicity. Ethnicity is mostly cultural and most likely have little to do with origin. If Anioma is ideologically different then there's nothing wrong with it but that does not change their ethnicity. Should Nigeria break up, Anioma musn't be in Biafra. They could even form a republic with the Yorubas but that won't change the fact that they are Igbos and culturally they will align with their Igbo brothers in Biafra but politically and ideologically, they could chart their destiny alone. An example of this, is the Indian sub-continent where you have people from the same ethnic group in India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka etc. The same with the Chinese that are found in different countries and they have different political orientation. Being Chinese can be different from being from China. |
